I asked to do square white dip powder and my nail tech wasn't willing to do what I wanted. I got a mani and pedi and my pedi turned out great. The lady was super sweet and provided great service. My manicure tech first told me she wouldn't cut down my nails shorter after I had asked her to which she responded "it'll look ugly". I understand for specific nail shapes like almond a specific length is required to achieve that look but not for square. I then told her about how my family owns nail shops and she proceeded to make a comment about how it's a chop shop based on its location. In any circumstance when is it ever appropriate to make that comment?? This salon is nice and it is on the pricier side but the service does not meet the price point. I had multiple witnesses as well who can attest to these comments since I went with my friends. My square shape also came out wide, bulky, and ugly. I had to refile and reshape themselves. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience at Blush and I won't be back.

The employees were quiet but friendly, the salon is very clean, and they did a great job on my nails. Apparently there were mixed reviews in the past for this location but Susie (manager?) said they recently taken over ownership of the salon but kept the same name to save $. I asked for something very simple, but the customer next to me asked them to copy a very detailed Valentine's Day design she had found online, and the manicurist totally nailed it (no pun intended). My manicure did take a little longer than I expected but I think that's because they were so detail oriented so can't complain about that. The salon was very short on customers for a Saturday afternoon so I hope their business will pick up soon. Maybe now that the Costco gas station isn't such a nightmare and blocking their parking lot, things will get better for them. Bonus is there is a Starbucks next door so you can get your drink on before getting your nails done.
