We came here because on Google it said the place was open, it is 12:08am on a Sunday 1/11/25 and the place is closed. I drove here all the way from Brooklyn to have a girls night out with my friends who are from Yonkers and wanted to treat me out for my birthday. There is not an issue with it being closed, but at least have updated and convenient information!

Dusse drink was so good. Forgot the name

Came here two weeks ago on a Saturday night around 8:30pm with no reservation, we sat at the high top table close to the DJ. Great customer service, music, clean lounge & bathroom. Only complaint is for $65 we paid for hookah it burned out way too quickly, it was mint flavor & had a smooth taste though. The drinks were super strong ! I only had mozzarella sticks but next time I visit I will order dinner. We left at 3am the vibes was lit all night. I'm from Queens , it was worth the travel.

I love this spot EVO . Their are so many surprises here, the food is actually really really good . The chicharron is just juicy and they give a great portion. I love the churrasco as well. My favorite was the fried chuleta. It was juicy and just mmm mmm good . The staff is great too , lovely people and very professional. The DJs are really good too . They have some great drinks too. I love the city island and the lean back . Just two good drinks that are tasty and get you lit . The ambiance is good as well , the owners definitely keep the place up to date and fashionable. Oh and the back has a nice heated outdoor section. It's very cozy and warm and spacious back there. And some nice angel wings for a pic .

We Got late night munchies and randomly picked this restaurant on door dash. I never really order so much in my neighborhood since there isn't that many options, but this establishment won me over. We ordered 12pc hot wings, beef empanadas, chicken empanadas, and a side of fries...and WOW ! The wait wasn't long, the wings weren't soggy and tasted amazing! The empanadas were big and stuffed perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

I came here today during happy hour ready to spend money and tip good. I was in a great mood. Everything started well But the girl who did my hookah from the jump gave me bad vibes and I was over it. I wish I could had tip the guy who made my drinks more but since the girl ruin my mood I wasn't about to use the ATM there. When she brought the hookah she said it was $35. The guy laughed and I was already uncomfortable by this girl. I had a very bad experience here. I won't be returning. The hookah was trash. The tips for some reason had oil or grease on the wrapper. Her aura was very bad. I didn't want her near me again. You know how you just get bad vibes from someone you can feel it. That's exactly how her presence felt. Sorry to the guy who made my drinks I didn't tip you more. I wanted a confirmation on the price of the hookah and I was left on seen. That was very unprofessional. Do people write complete sentences any more? Just lazy. I guess the "35/25" means 35 for the hookah and refills are 25. I realized that's probably what the person meant a few minutes after I send the message. Just so fukin corny. I dislike people like this. Update: First off all. I was not upset that I was charged for the hookah upfront. I know that paying for a hookah is always a must every where I go. So that wasn't the issue at hand. She was acting real funny. I'm going to leave the one star because that's my opinion and my experience. And for whom ever replied reevaluate your professionalism. You sound very irate and unprofessional. Take it up with the persons you hire at your establishment. Now I wasn't going to go in and be mean but the ladies you have working there look madd hit and ratchet. Hair not done, looking like they did not showered and rolled out of bed. Reevaluate how you let your staff come to work. They look sloppy and ghetto. The guy was the only one who looked presentable, neat and clean. It was more than just the hookah but since you want to be an as***** I'm going to keep it raw and blunt. How are you upset for a rating well deserved. How is my one star ridiculous? Take constructive criticism and do better. Everybody is not going ride your d*** and tell you how amazing your establishment is. Learn how to keep it professional and keep it moving.

You know I can't figure this place out at all I went here on a Friday with my boy for his birthday just a simple table for 2 and I was running 10 mins late they didn't want to let him in without me and they give up our table too which didn't make sense to me at all then we we finally got a table we had less then a hour to eat drink and smoke hookah. It took almost 30 mins for us to finally get our hookah and food the only good thing about this place was our waitress she was on it with the drinks and the customer service she was nice and sweet. The music was pretty good too but that all I can say about this place it need alot of improvement.

Evo has fallen off drastically. My girlfriend had a birthday brunch yesterday and the experience was garbage. Hubby and I arrived at 2pm and the rest of our party was pretty late but I will say that the staff was understanding, never rushing us. We posed for pics in front of their step and repeat, enjoying the music that was blasting from the speakers while we waited for everyone else. Their brunch starts at 1pm and ends at 6pm so we had plenty of time to make the most of the day. We ordered our apps around 330p and our server brought out carafes of Sangria, Bellinis and Mimosas for the table while we waited for the food. There were around 17 of us and it took 45 min for the apps to start coming out. Mind you, the apps are VERY small. Their wings only consisted of three per order and they were TINY. The fried mac & cheese were three mini dry triangular discs of cheap boxed mac with a mayo/ketchup dipping sauce and some ridiculous parsley oil that dotted the plate. It looked a hot mess but since I was starving, I stole one off of hubby's plate because for some reason my app never came. The server informed us that the kitchen was behind and those of us who didn't receive out apps would get them soon. Over twenty minutes later and I finally received my bacalaito roll which was gross and fishy. I love cod fish fritters but whomever conceived this monstrosity should be shot. It was one super long and skinny egg roll sliced in two with cod fish and eggs inside. It tasted NOTHING like a bacalaito in egg roll form which is what one would expect and again, the dipping sauce was meh. So in total, I waited for over an hour for one nasty fish egg roll that I had no choice but to eat because I'm preggers and by that time, I was dying of hunger. They didn't even want to take our entrée orders until everyone received their apps, despite the fact that it was the kitchen's mistake in the first place that, 1. We received our apps SUPER late, 2. Some of us had to wait even longer to receive our apps after they screwed up our order and 3. Two guests never even received apps at all. We had to insist that they take our entrée orders because we didn't want to have to wait another hour or so for more food to come out. My first choice was their steak and eggs which they were out of. How exactly are they out of an item when they've only been open for three hours? I'm not exactly sure but someone in the kitchen is doing a half assed job with inventory, especially considering that they had THREE large birthday parties reserved for the same day, same time and I'm almost positive that the steak & eggs are one of the top sellers. I mean, they only have a handful of items on their brunch menu so you would think they keep a decent inventory of items. I settled for their Chicken & Waffles and hubby had their Penne a la Vodka w/Chicken,some of which I tasted and it was not good at all. It had a weird taste but when you're starving, you have no choice. Again, my food was one of the last to come out and on top of that, one of my chicken pieces was undercooked. Yes. Salmonella and I'm pregnant. It took another 30 minutes after I complained to get a new dish which was dry chicken this time but at least it was thoroughly cooked and a likely microwaved Waffle. Another guest ordered the Penne w/Shrimp and after they started bringing out everyone's food the kitchen finally realised that they ran out of pasta and the guest had to choose something else which meant she waited even longer for her food. The sad part is that the manager would not come to the tables unless we asked the server to send her. It was like she was ducking us and didn't want to deal with the complaints. My girlfriend's sister set everything up for the day and felt we were not in a position to complain because we were late to start but they accommodated us and allowed us to keep our reservation and the entire meal was a sh*t show. My girlfriend's elderly father never even received his entrée and someone had to share their with him. I think the manager took of the price of one person which I think was not enough. They never even gave us dessert. My girlfriend had a birthday cake but our brunch included a choice of two desserts and they never even offered but the staff was asking for pieces of cake. Really. Most of the staff was drinking, smoking hookah and hanging out while we're waiting for our food that wasn't prepared properly and some of which never even made it out to our table. The only upside was that the DJ was decent so great going, DJ7ONE8 for at least keeping us dancing. So we were charged almost full price for two missing appetizers, a missing entrée and no dessert which was supposed to be included with brunch. Don't eat here. Go elsewhere. Bronx Burger House, Bronx Public, Silhouette and a host of other establishments would have served us better with a true party atmosphere, way better service and food that actually tastes good...plus AYCD.

Dog friendly patio, happy hour and close to home, yeah! The happy hour is very good! $15 hookah, great appetizers (the ones listed on the menu for $9/$10 for only $5). We came on a Saturday and still did happy hour prices.

There are some dedicated parking spaces that have a three hour limit if dining. Upon arrival, I entered the inside restaurant space for Dakota's on the Grove. It was aesthetically pleasing. I should have sat inside here instead of in their outdoor space which they call The Grove at Dakota's. I was able to choose where I wanted to sit, so I chose a table near this shed where the bartender/waiter was. I noticed they were setting up for the Knicks Game 3 final and there were two large TVs and a projection screen. I overheard the waiter state that the area would be packed for the game tonight. There was also good music playing throughout. They had a large connect four, which would be nice to play. They are family friendly and had high chairs for babies and toddlers. When sitting outside they state that they have to preauthorize your card. Now getting onto the food. I was seated and provided with two menus. I immediately asked for a happy hour menu and then I waited for about 15 minutes, until I followed up with another waiter who brought out the menu for me. For the happy hour menu before I received my food I initially thought the prices were good, but upon receiving my food it was evident that the prices are off in terms of the portion size of the food. I ordered a $5 slider. I thought it would be a decent size. It was incredibly small. For the $5 price they should give at minimum 2 sliders but ideally 3. This would incentivize people to buy more. The slider was the best thing I tasted while there and I would have liked more but I couldn't justify spending another $5 when it was so tiny. The tiny slider appeared to be the portion size for a toddler. I ordered calamari which was $9. I was initially disappointed that there was such a small amount. I was even more disappointed when I tasted them. They tasted very "fishy." They absolutely needed a squeeze of lemon and fresh cracked black pepper to try and balance and mask the taste. I believe the portion size for the fries was also off for $5. The fries came in a teacup. Fries are something that people tend to order to have something to pick at while dining and it would make sense I think to provide more fries for the same price. I also could not justify getting another set of fries in a small teacup for $5. I did not like the taste of the fries. When the sparse calamari, tiny beef slider, and small teacup of fries came out, I realized I would not be full and ordered chicken wings from the happy hour menu. You have to get a minimum of 6. You cannot mix the flavors. They were out of the dockside fire sauce so I went with the garlic parm. These wings did not taste like garlic parm. The garlic parm seemed like an afterthought, which was just sprinkled on the wings at the very end. The chicken itself did not have much flavor. They did not mention providing any dipping sauce. I asked for blue cheese and I had to wait for about ten minutes and then remind another waiter that I was still waiting for my blue cheese. They were out of the mozzarella sticks. Moving onto the drinks. While I get being outside and maybe wanting to serve drinks in plastic to minimize glassware breaking, I did not enjoy being served Pinot Noir in a plastic cup or the white cranberry lemon drop in a plastic cup. Each time I was taken aback that they weren't offered in glassware. I got the $7 Pinot Noir from the happy hour menu. A regular glass of Pinot Noir is $9. I also ordered the white cranberry lemon drop which is priced at $12 and is not included on the happy hour menu. The drink came out in the same sized small plastic cup as the Pinot Noir. I think once again that glassware should be used. When ordering a lemon drop you tend to expect a chilled frosty glass with a sugar rim, and that was not what I received here. I think the sugar rim would have elevated the taste profile of the drink. All in all, I really liked the outdoor area. I would probably only return to get a canned beer in the outside section. I hope they start to carry some sour beer options. I do not see myself trying the food again, with the exception of a burger (since the burger was really good.) I did have an inquiry regarding the pre-authorization charge and the final charge that I saw on my credit card. I called and left a message and the restaurant got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated.
