Again I had the Deluxe pedicure which comes with salt soak, salt scrub, moisture mask and lotion and of course the usual nail, cuticle care and polish. Gel upon request and additional cost. I called the day before and requested Cindy. I made the appt for 12 but when I showed up, the calendar had me booked for 1pm. Fortunately I was off that day and able to go run an errand near by and come back. When I came back, Cindy was already setting up my pedicure tub. She always looks lovely dressed nicely. Never disheveled. She greeted me and invited me to the pedicure chair she had set up for me. She made sure the water temp was comfortable and offered me a beverage-water or soda. I accepted a water and began looking through the variety of color options. So many to choose from! I also was offered a pedicure menu to choose which type I wanted. I went with the deluxe. You get to select a scent for your salt soak, scrub, lotion & mask. I choose the Honey Tea ( I think lol). Cindy rakes her and pays close attention to detail. She even got into the aide walls of my big toes and removed the ingrown toenails I'm prone to. She was very concerned with my pain/comfort and asked if it was ok several times. Digging those suckers out can be very painful. She did a great job! All across the board she did a great job. She filed & shaped my nails nicely, pushed back my cuticles and removed the dead skin on my heals with care. She also gave a wonderful scrub and massage. She did not tuah my service which I reall

From the moment I walked in on a hot afternoon, they made me feel welcome by offering me a bottle of water and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of service was outstanding. What impressed me most was their willingness to accommodate me when I decided to change my nail color after my pedicure was already completed. Mimi didn't hesitate at all and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. That level of customer care shows that making their clients happy is truly their top priority. Lele did my pedicure and she cut me a few times... she also seems like she hasn't been doing this for too long because it was a little messy. But I had patience for her. Now, Mimi on the other hand, did my manicure while I'm still getting my pedicure done and used my lap as her table. She had the machine on my lap and had me reaching to my right so she can do my nails... instead of relaxing, it was so uncomfortable. She also didn't clean my nails, there's still lots of skin around my nails and she did a white under my yellow which makes the color ugly (I didn't ask for this). She said to "trust" her.. yeah, not again. She rushed her job, didn't clean up the mess, and the manicure didn't even feel like a manicure. I paid $90 plus tip. She went first and they made me wait, which to me, if your not available at 12pm, let me know. The reason I was a little hurry was because I had another appointment at 1:30pm for my birthday hair and make up. What gave them the 3 star was the question this lady ask, I didn't get a chance to ask for her name , I remember she was wearing a dark colored shirt that day with glasses and a mess up on her finger. So what got me upset was that she asked me "You got money?" I looked at her like at first I wanted to make sure I understood her right, does your repeat the same message again. I told her "Yes I have money. Why would I come and not pay?"Then she looked at me and continued the job. The vibe was a bit unwelcoming. I also felt like I was integrating her time because I was in a little bit of a hurry. I did apologize to her and I explained to her about the situation so she understand it better. She still looked at me bit unwanted and was talking to me. I noticed she was even paying attention to the conversation cuz she asked the same question twice.
