    Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

It's a pretty mediocre diner. The foods are ok and they are kind of expensive for such a small diner. The foods are generally unhealthy and they have very limited vegan options

I stopped by on my way to visit my sister because I wanted a coffee and a muffin. Unfortunately, there were only corn and blueberry, neither are favorites, so I settled for apple pie. The person who greeted me when I entered also took my order, filled my order, and processed payment. The place was surprisingly empty for a Sunday morning. The dining area was clean and inviting. If you are passing by this place will do. I cannot comment on any thing besides coffee or pie, both of which were very good.

I used to love coming to the diner. Now, however, it's a nightmare. I've tried ordering from there through Uber eats multiple times by order gets accepted. And then it gets canceled less than 10 minutes later this has happened to me about five or six times. I'm not ordering late at night or even close to its closing hours no explanation or anything.

We were in the area for a conference and it was between our hotel and the conference center. We were all starving so stopped in. None of us are from the East, so a diner sounded like fun. We were seated promptly and the staff was attentive, and courteous, if not West coast nice. All was well. Bevs showed up promptly and were refreshed when needed. Than the food arrived! One of the group ordered the deluxe egg salad sandwich on rye. He reported that it was delicious and more like a chopped egg salad, with lots of lettuce, just perfect for him. I had the Greek salad with Gyro and it was huge, fresh and delicious. Included a couple of Dolmas, a favorite of mine. The last guy in our group ordered the chef salad. Oy my! It was huge and a one of a kind presentation! I am sure he wondered why I asked to take a picture of it, but I wanted to include it in my review. Take a look! I don't know why this dIner in rural Westchester doesn't get better reviews, because we all had fresh, tasty, satisfying meals in a nice restaurant. Try it for yourself!

Oddly, they don't have a website to check out the menu. They do have a Facebook page, but the "menu" link to a take-out delivery service is broken. But trust me, their menu is about as impressive as anything you'll see at a mega New Jersey or Long Island diner. They have breakfast all day plus an embarrassment of riches running the full gamut of sandwiches and burgers to salads and full blown dinner entrees. The diner is massive, with two humongous dining rooms, and I thought our service was pretty good. The server was friendly and personable, the drink refills were automatic, and the food came out pretty fast. I had zero complaints with my Western omelet. It was served piping hot, tasted great, and was a decent portion. My friends ordered a cheeseburger (a massive platter with fries and rings) and an open faced hot turkey platter that came with so many side dishes, we barely had room at our booth for everything to fit. The baked goods behind the counter and at the check-out station are very impressive, and I picked up half a dozen huge raspberry Rugelach for just eighty-eight cents apiece. As far as diners go, we had a solidly average experience here, so I'm surprised to see all of the negative posts that created a 2-star average across 66 reviews. Our visit really had no negatives at all.

So I gave this place 2 stars because the food was okay. The French toast weren't presentable. They also weren't cooked all the way through. As you can see they are crispy but still not cooked all the way. The eggs were also okay. There were areas that were wet like they weren't cooked all the way through. The sausages I had were the best thing I had, and oh! The bananas on top of my French toast. My bf has gotten sprite and it was so sugary. Luckily they changed it out but it took a while to get service. Crazy part is they are sitting all in a booth in front of us and other patrons. There was actually a complaint from another table that they waited an hour for service and their food was cold and it was bad food. I'm sorry but I won't be coming back.

Today between appointments at an adjacent medical complex I ventured into the Executive Diner because "it's got to be better than apple bees " The Diner is a true Diner old fashioned decor, the waitress was very nice and didn't bother me too much ( which I like because who wants to be bothered while they chew) the table was clean and there was enough room for me to wheel my best friend in his stroller. The Menu is vast, I noted they serve alcohol, offer tons of varieties of salads, wraps, breakfast and burgers, as well as Greek fare. Why not get a burger... The Cowboy was food to get down but unsatisfactory. I would not complain because while the burger was cooked exactly as requested it just over all wasn't a great burger. The fries meh. It came with a few big onion rings that made me smile. The cheese was barely there and did nothing to add taste, the bacon made it good, the patty was dense and lacked seasoning, even salt...yes it was charbroiled but it was very plain, even the sauce was non existent practically. I didn't expect much and that was accurate. Waitress was nice so she deserves her tip. Please always try to tip servers in cash if you may it's nice. I wanted to give this place 2 stars and bumped it back to 3. The bathroom was horrible just lacking. The baby changing table has clearly not been cleaned and shows. I had no choice and put my coat down so the baby never touched the changing table. There's always room for improvement. I wish maybe I had ordered breakfast instead and changed my son on the booth bench quickly ( please never do that unless you have no choice in food serving environment)

Located right off the Sprain, it's in a good location and parking is decent. It looks how it sounds, both inside and out. Nice big bar, a pizza oven front and center, and of course the fireplace. Love all of the wood. Service was good however they were empty so perhaps grading on a curve there. I got the open faced steak sandwich. Pretty formidable portion with plenty of steak, however in hindsight I should've ordered it medium. Got it with bleu cheese and there was a crapton of it. Onions/mushrooms were good. No chance in hell of picking the thing up, yet very enjoyable. My son liked his chicken fingers, mostly just eating the fries as per tradition. My wife's pizza took awhile to come which was weird as they weren't bus and the pizza guy was standing around, however we went as they opened so perhaps they were waiting for the oven to heat up. We came for a post-hockey lesson lunch and this did the job well. My son generally prefers Valhalla Crossing nearby (trains, ya know) which has a similar vibe, however wouldn't mind inserting this oldie into the rotation once in awhile.

Came here for brunch and this place has definitely changed since the last time I visited years ago…read more We were greeted and seated right away, and within minutes our server Adelfo came over. He was funny, friendly, and super personable. We ended up chatting about our kids and he made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. He mentioned the entire place was recently renovated, including the kitchen, and it shows. The space is clean, bright, and even smells new. The concept is pretty unique. The restaurant is split down the middle with IHOP on one side and Applebee's on the other, but now it operates as one combined menu. You can order anything from either side no matter where you sit. Breakfast all day, even at the bar, which is a fun twist. We started with the Ultimate Appetizer Trio with mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, and chicken wontons. You get to pick three sauces, which is a great touch. The mozzarella sticks and quesadillas were very good, especially paired with the sauces. The chicken wontons missed for me. The Sweet Asian chile sauce and coleslaw did not work and the chicken texture was mushy. For drinks, I tried an Irish coffee since the espresso machine was down. It was not great. Very light on whiskey and came off watery with no real creaminess. The hot chocolate was just okay. The Bourbon Street Steak had good flavor, but the cut is now top sirloin instead of ribeye and it shows. Still enjoyable, but not as strong as it used to be. The fries that came with it were solid. The highlight for me was the Ultimate Breakfast Burger. It had a lot going on with a beef patty, hash browns, American cheese, bacon, a fried egg, and poblano hollandaise on a brioche bun. I swapped the egg to fried hard. Messy, falling apart, but somehow it all worked and tasted great. I also took advantage of the 2 for $25 deal with some upgrades and tried the 3 Cheese Chicken Penne and the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Both were good and added even more value to the visit. Overall, this was a great experience. Strong service, a clean and updated space, and a fun concept that gives you the best of both worlds with grill, bar, and breakfast all in one place. I would definitely come back and try more items like the O M Cheese burger, quesadilla burger, bacon cheddar chicken sandwich, loaded buffalo chicken omelette, brownie bite, and the sizzling butter pecan blondie.

No flavor on the waffles and the chicken tasted frozen. The French toast tasted like toast with a shake of sugar. We asked for the manager and he was too busy to see us. The place was not packed and not only did we have a super long wait but the food was not hot. The waitress was a doll and helpful but paying $70 for food that's was not eaten is a shame. We tipped her well because she has nothing to do with the quality of the food. Sadly I could not speak to the manager. I she. Proof what we paid and pictures of all the food left behind. One bite was all it took. We ordered three entree and all of them were warm and not edible. I'm so annoyed that o still had to pay for this horrible meal that we did not eat. Now I'm back home making food for the kids because they could not eat this horrible frozen food.
