By far the best dry cleaners I have been to in Downtown L.A, they are the nicest people ever. I have tried some other cleaners nearby, even ordered pick up and delivery from some of them, but I came to the realization that none of them even come close to E.I.C, in Customer service, Quality and Prices, they don't charge tax , Big Plus. I am baffled at some of the negative reviews on here, none of them reflect on the service and quality that you receive here, and I'm pretty sure that most of the negative reviews are either written by jealous and envious competitors or their friends. I have brought everything from suits, pants, to dresses and shirts and everything comes out super clean and perfectly pressed, I never have to question their work, Yeah they are that good!!!. They are a family owned and operated establishment, and I came to find out that they have been here at this exact spot for over 25 years, you can't stay in business that long if you don't know what your are doing. They are on top of their game, they are super friendly and always greet you with a smile, they always perform top quality dry cleaning. I am happy to support a Family run Business. Bad service overall. Twice now I've brought a shirt for simple dry clean (light blue shirt one and white shirt another time). Both times the stain didn't come out and both times they urged me not to try any further stain removal. I explained that I wouldn't wear the shirts with the stain, so why not try again. When told no again, I just left. If you wanna pay $8 for a shirt to not get cleaned and essentially get a hanger and some plastic to take home your still stained shirt, this is your place! For regular cleaning services...go elsewhere. read more

This was the first experience of my life where I was yelled out of a store. I live next to this cleaners and against my better judgement decided to see if they could hem a shirt for my upcoming COVID wedding. To be clear, this shirt was from Zara so nothing complex. I asked if I could pick up the garment in 5 days time to which an older woman in the back began to scream the date at me as if I was a joke and continued to yell NO NO NO so loudly that I felt forced to leave. There was no discussion or compromise - in fact, I was willing to pay a premium to ensure that they are fairly compensated for a same week alteration but the two workers had no interest in hearing me out. I could tell that their aggression towards me was not going to subside, so I walked out in silence without stating my case...not worth it if that's how they choose to run their business. You would think during COVID, this establishment would be grateful for business from a potential loyal customer...but no...trust the reviews...they are RUDE & I was disrespected. Decided to come here since itself right next door to my building. First time I went in I needed an alteration and some shirts cleaned. Shirts came out good and alterations okay, but im satisfied. Had an issue when my gf went to go pick up my clothes and they wouldn't release it to her unless she had the ticket or paid in cash. A little sketchy. 2nd visit I dropped off another batch of shirts and suits. When I went to pick it up they said I never dropped off a suit and the owner(mother?) was rudelt saying how I never brought a suit. I let them look for it because I was in a rush and got a call an hour later saying they found it. 3rd visit. Go to pick up the coat and another suit and they can't find my suit again. The same owner rudely tells me there's no suit again and after 5 minutes they find it. I would be okay with it all but the rudeness is not welcome. Paid for my items and I'm on my way. The son who helps run the shop is very polite and friendly so because of him I give an extra star. read more

I've been bringing my garnements here ever since moving into downtown . Convenient location with flexible business hours including Saturday hours. They always manage to remove all stains from the garments , even if it means working on the item a second time if it didn't come off completely the first time around. You can tell they care about the clothes, and also pad the suits jackets with tissue paper once they are done, in order to help keep the shape intact ! read more

I don't know who these people think they are. Went to pick up some things that were left there entirely too long bc we're in the entertainment industry and travel for months at a time. These people literally attacked me, lectured me and went on and on like I'm a child. Extremely aggressive and unprofessional. They are willing to lose a whole customer over $60 which means that not only is their customer service bad but they are not smart business people. I came last Saturday to pick up a blouse and there was no amount written on my ticket, so the guy asked the lady (his mom, I'm assuming) how much to charge me. She said $6.50, which I thought was ridiculous for one blouse. I asked if that's how much they've always charged for blouses and he said it's never changed. Interesting. Didn't he just have to ask how much to charge for my blouse? I gave him my card (I had no cash on me and it doesn't say cash only) and I hear her yell at him for accepting my card for something so small. I had clothes I needed to drop off and had no time to go anywhere else, so I decided to just suck it up for one more time. He asked me when I wanted to pick up and before I could answer, the lady said Saturday. Mmmm.... no, I'd like it by Wednesday please. I've been coming here for the past 6 months and always gave them ample time for my clothes because I do see how busy they get. But to answer for me?? Kinda rude. Anyways came back to pick it up and he charged the girl before me $6 for her blouse. Yes, it's never changed. Firstly, I have only had the following services done at the store: dry cleaning, pillow cleaning, shirt cleaning, tie cleaning, pants repairs,and dog bed cleaning. Great family run shop. I've been coming here for six years and have not had any issues. The family is always willing to help with express orders when needed and always have the clothes back on time. Prior to coming here, I tried other shops in the neighborhood but they have lost my clothes or didn't have my stuff back on time. The price is a little higher than other places BUT I personally think the service and organic cleaning are worth the added couple of cents. I also have a dog who tends to make a mess of his bed or pillows. I've brought all my damaged items to the shop and they were able to patch everything up and take out odors and stains. They also just started delivering to neighboring buildings so thats an added advantage if you work late and can't pick up your clothes. read more

For the last year my husband and I took all of our dry cleaning across the street to Ralph's because it seemed convenient to drop it off while grabbing groceries. However, Ralph's never did a great job. My dresses constantly came back with new pulls and my cashmere sweaters are now pilling. My husband's shirts would come back with the stains still fresh. Did they even attempt to clean it? I was beginning to wonder. So we were fed up with the lousy quality and decided to try Executive Cleaners. Talk about a GODSEND!! Not only are they super friendly, they do an amazing job! I brought in my husband's white shirt that had a red (ketchup?) stain on it. We had taken the shirt to Ralph's TWICE to try and have the same stain removed, both times did not even make a difference AND we had to still pay for it. (Thanks for nothing, AGAIN, Ralph's) The first time I came to pick up the shirt from Executive Cleaners, POOF the stain was gone! They also removed a tough oil stain from one of my dresses! (I swear we aren't usually this messy) She also checked the garments to make sure that the stains had completely been removed and asked if I was satisfied. Absolutely! You can tell they actually care about the quality of their work and their customers. Whether I'm buying cashmere sweaters or it's a silk shirt from H&M, I want to NOT worry about it getting destroyed at the cleaners or wonder if it's actually even being cleaned. I know that I can rest assured when I drop off our clothes at Executive Cleaners. My husband and I will be bringing all of our dry cleaning here from now on - which will probably be often because I guess we really are that messy! Oops. read more

Extremely happy with Executive Image Cleaners. The owner Julianna always remembers me, and takes care of my clothes as if they were her own. She is extremely attentive to detail, from the smallest stain on my sweater (which she finds on her own without me having to mention anything) to making sure everything is done on time. My clothes all come out looking like new after she works on them. I trust her with all my expensive stuff too. It's right across the street from Ralphs on Flower. We tried Ralphs cleaners, but found it more expensive, took longer and not all that professional of service behind the counter. Horrible customer service. I went in to see if I could get my pants fixed as I had ripped them along the seam. When I went into the dry cleaner I was ignored by the associate and didn't get helped until another employee came to the front desk. The owners are wonderful people and very friendly. This was my first time there but will definitely go back in the future. I had my girlfriend stay outside with my dog while I dropped off 3 suites for dry cleaning and have 2 buttons resown. The lady quickly waved my girlfriend to come inside after seeing my dog and had a nice conversation before leaving. When it came time to pick up my suits the lady and her son were just as friendly despite finishing up their 12 hour work day.
