I've played a lot of escape rooms, but Exit Game in the OC truly stands out for the care they put into every experience. Whether you're stepping into one of their family-friendly adventures or braving their horror-themed room, the theming is thoughtful, immersive and detailed in a way you don't always see with the bigger chains. You can tell that the owners genuinely love what they do - every set piece, puzzle, and story moment feels intentional. My group and I had the chance recently to play their "Help, I'm a Cat!" room and it was such a blast. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The team is warm, patient, and incredibly attentive. They read their players well and tailor the experience to what each group needs, whether it's someone's very first escape room or a team of seasoned enthusiasts looking for a challenge. I fully trust them to take care of my nieces and nephews when they are old enough to get introduced to the escape room world. They make everyone feel welcome and set you up to have the best possible time. If you're looking to support a small business that delivers memorable experiences, thoughtful design, and exceptional hospitality, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Had a blast! We came here to try the 13th basement room. Which was a nice twist on parody horror escape rooms. It was definitely more on spooky vibes, and funny (to me) not very scary. Although there are some jump scares. Overall, this is a super cool escape room with many different aspects and puzzles. It was super cool for our game master to break everything down afterwards, and to learn more about the development of the rooms. It's super unique and you can tell they love what they do, which only makes us players admire it more. After finishing our first room we were offered a discount if we did the other room as well on the same day, and of course we had to try out the kitties. It was super cute and we had a blast, even as a grown adults. I really enjoyed our time here learning more about the development and puzzles. Thanks again! Please let us know if you guys have a new room in the future. I think whether you're a newbie or experience player, this place is definitely worth a try and a good time.

We had a great time here. The host was a highlight. Very nice and very willing to answer a lot - I mean a lot of questions from our kiddos. It was really nice to have a room that was geared toward/ for kids to play too. I will definitely come back And play the other room.

Got to play "Meow, I'm a cat with my friends for international cat day! The room is such a flip from Exit Game's other room '13th Basement' (which is also amazing for scary movie lovers). I love the design of the room, Exit games never does wrong on designing. I love how kids and adults alike would enjoy playing this room. The puzzles still got us thinking, so don't underestimate it just because kids can be here. Got to talk to the owner, Jeremiah about tha rooms and is excited to see more in the future! Absolutely amazing time and hope to chat more

Took my 10 and 11 year old daughter for their first escape room and we all had fun! No scares not too tense just the right amount of fun excitement!

Exit Game-OC: Meow I'm a Cat! We just wrapped up our adventure at Exit Game-OC, and their brand-new game "Meow I'm a Cat" was EVERYTHING. Our whole family had an absolute blast crawling through the space, solving feline-friendly clues, and trying to find our way back home. It's silly, immersive, and seriously one of the most fun experiences we've had together! Grab the family or your favorite friends and come meow the day away--you won't stop laughing. One of the best escape rooms hands down! The puzzles are extremely clever and well executed. The owners were really friendly and explained the rules in great detail. Will definitely be back. Spoiler - "Jesse" makes a guest appearance!

We have had the 13th basement room on our radar for a long time but it requires a minimum of three people. We recently started doing escape rooms with another couple so we finally did this room and it was definitely worth the wait. This is probably one of the biggest rooms we have done and there are all kinds of great puzzles that definitely require teamwork. I think this is the only room we have done where they actually let you take pictures inside the game, but obviously with the promise to not give anything away. There are some good scares but nothing extreme and there is a fun twist at the end. Luckily we didn't need too much help, but Abisai was a great game master. After we escaped, he gave us a whole walk-through of the game and answered all questions about it. Before and after the game we had some great conversation about various escape rooms in the area. They are working on some new rooms and we can't wait to return and try them. The 13th basement is definitely highly recommended!

Our group beat the escape room!

I wish I could do 6 stars. My dad's dying words this morning were "Leave a 5 star review for the escape game. We got a hell of a deal and the game was a banger." He really loved exit game & we had so much fun as a group. I'm recommending this place to anyone I can, Jeremiah was a great game master & it really felt like I was stuck inside a room with a killer. 11/10 I would go here again and even though I wasn't voted MVP for my group I still had fun.

If you've been a mom long enough and have thrown enough parties at different places--or on your own--you will truly appreciate Lei and her team. I told my husband this was the first time I had a true "Jesus take the wheel" feeling where I could actually let someone else take care of everything. Usually as a mom, you're taking photos, setting up plates, arranging food, lighting candles, and herding children. I DIDN'T DO ANY OF IT and I am SO SO SO grateful!!! Yes, I still woke up at 2am making sure the car was packed and checking everything off my list, but once we arrived, I didn't have to worry about a single thing during the actual party. Thank you, Lei and team! Everything was exactly as stated in the emails and texts. NOTHING was forgotten. We got the Treasure Package, so we had an hour in the Aquarium Room, an hour in the Beach Ball Room, and then lunch for an hour. My son had the best 6th birthday party, and all of his friends had an amazing time too! The team was thoughtful, kind, organized, and communicated clearly throughout the entire party. The setup was beautiful, and not having to clean up afterward was AMAZING. If you want true white glove service, come to Seascapes. They will not disappoint.

They know what they are doing and are great at utilizing the decor you bring in. You don't need to worry about that at all in addition to the schedule and flow of the dining room time. They also present a slide show of all the pictures from that same day and all the kids LOVED seeing their faces on the screen, it was sooo cute watching them scream and laugh with joy. Highly recommend Seascape for all the reasons above but also the exceptional customer service, family-owned, family-friendly environment and their competitive pricing for party packages and lastly the good they are doing, giving back to the community. Book your kids party here even if it's a bit of a drive (we reside in Huntington Beach) it's worth the drive!

We have hosted multiple birthdays for our kids here and cannot recommend them enough. The prices are a bit cheaper on weekdays for the same experience and since the party is only a couple of hours, we are usually able to get great attendance for a simple weekday party at an affordable price. You're allowed to bring in your own snacks and they sell pizza/beverage packages. I love that flexibility to bring healthy snacks but also give kids what they really want: pizza. They call you a few days beforehand to confirm details and answer questions. Then when you arrive they handle all the setup of the decorations and banners and gift bags and cake (they ask for nothing frozen) while you go ENJOY YOUR PARTY. To me, this is the huge advantage of hosting your party at a venue and at this venue in particular. The ability to enjoy the party without stressing the details is priceless, and they do such a wonderful job with the presentation. They even asked me to come approve the setup before everyone came in. Then while you're enjoying your time with the kids, they have a photographer snapping quality pictures of all the kids at the party. They climb in the bounce houses and through the play stations snapping amazing candid and posed pictures and play them for you when you're enjoying the pizza and snacks. The flash drive of images, including group photos in front of the ginormous inflatable slide, isn't even crazy expensive. It was like $25, or something like that. The photographer's time and effort was 100% worth the price and gave a lovely memento of the day that I could share with other parents. In short, this place is amazing and affordable and so much fun. Do not hesitate to book a party here!

We walked into a workshop-style setup that felt more like an attraction than a retail store, with stations arranged around the room and displays of completed vehicles showing the range of customization options. The space had a high-energy, hands-on feel with a steady flow of visitors moving through the build process, and the staff were present at each station to guide us through the steps without taking over the experience. The customization is easily the biggest highlight. We browsed through a variety of vehicles to choose from, including sports cars, trucks, off-road vehicles, and licensed models, with plenty of cosmetic and performance upgrades available along the way. Being able to personalize nearly every part of the vehicle made each build feel unique, and we enjoyed seeing the car gradually come together as we moved through each station. The build process is designed to be interactive from beginning to end. Staff members guided us through each step while still letting us do most of the assembly ourselves, making it accessible for younger kids while remaining entertaining for older visitors and adults. Once everything was complete, we were able to test drive the finished vehicle before taking it home, which added a satisfying ending to the experience. One thing that stood out during our visit was how energetic and welcoming the staff were. They stayed engaged throughout the process, explained each option without making the experience feel rushed, and made the customization feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Even with multiple groups building cars at the same time, the atmosphere remained organized and fun. The team moved through the stations with efficiency, and the pace of the build kept the experience engaging without feeling hurried. The biggest thing to keep in mind is the price. The base vehicle is only the starting point, and adding upgraded wheels, lights, sounds, performance parts, and other accessories can increase the total fairly quickly. It is easy to get carried away with all of the customization options, so having a budget in mind before you start building is helpful. Overall, Ridemakerz is a unique hands-on experience that combines creativity, customization, and interactive entertainment into something much more memorable than a typical toy store. Whether we were building a favorite sports car, an off-road truck, or a completely custom design, the process was just as enjoyable as the finished product.
