Went with my friends for the first time this past weekend and Nick was the gamehost for us. He immersed us into all the stories for the rooms and it was very entertaining. We did 3 rooms, Kitty Cat-astrophe, Wizardly School, and the Butcher room. Kitty Cat-astrophe was our first and favorite room because it had lots of components that allowed our big group to split and all try to look for clues to solve each puzzle. So if you like all the puzzles already laid out and looking for clues that way, you'll enjoy Kitty Cat-astrophe. The room was also super decked out but not in a cringy cliche childish way, it was fun and adults would enjoy it just as much as kids. Wizardly School and Butcher room all follow a sequence so our group together one by one solved the puzzles so if that's your cup of tea, those two would be great for you. The good part: We did Holiday theme room and had Chris at the beginning of game. He was excellent introducing the story with enthusiasm and humor. He did great. The escape room puzzles were fun and we had a good time. The bad part: it was before the game started. Gigi was unfriendly and not hospitable. She said they were understaffed but no need to be rude. Our family went as a last minute activity for Christmas Eve and it was definitely the right choice. We had a lot of fun and a great time thanks to Chris, our gamemaster. When you enter, I recommend checking in on Yelp as it allows you to get a free water bottle (Seems unnecessary but you'll understand its need after finishing a room). Our game master chatted with us a bit and we all talked about our interests and got to know each other as our party was slowly trickling in. Chris was very patient despite our group being a bit slow. After the rules were explained, we put our items in a locker near the front and got started. The game itself was very fun, we went with Nutty Christmas to get into the spirit and because I didn't want to scare the kids for the game. When asking for hints, Chris answered with a spin with his own personality, which was nice since I'm used to reading hints off a screen from faceless game masters. This added a more personal touch. In the end, we ended with 13 minutes to spare and got our pictures taken. There was no "We escaped!" signs like I was hoping, but their photos are so much cuter. I thought it'd be a normal picture, but when he sent the pictures, it came with a super cute frame. This is probably the best victory picture we got so I'd highly recommend trying. read more

I came here the other day for Spy vs Spy and had so much fun!!! Our game master was Steve and he was so funny + friendly and overall awesome! The escape room itself was definitely difficult (actually the most difficult one, which I hadn't realized when booking it) but we finished it just minutes before time ran out!! It was my first escape room and I'm probably going to be addicted to them after this experience. It was so incredibly fun and I recommend it to everyone!!! Yay!!!! read more

The employee (Tim) that set us up and helped us through our room did a great job of getting us excited and explaining everything. The room we played (Spy vs Spy) was difficult for our kiddos (ages 14, 11), but was doable with us walking them through. The building is misleading from the outside. It looks super small. But it was clean and very well put together. We had a great time, and highly recommend! read more

We LOVE Exit Strategy!!! The season Elf room was awesome! The games were fun and required real collaboration, which made it perfect for our family. The game master was wonderful--super helpful without giving too much away, which kept the experience challenging and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and well designed; we're a family of five and could easily move around without feeling crowded. We've done almost all of the rooms here, including the seasonal ones, and absolutely love them. We went again last weekend and had a blast. Today we actually tried another very popular escape room company with locations in multiple cities, and it was awful in comparison. From now on, this is the only escape room place we'll go to--we just need more rooms to do! read more
