Additionally, they went the next step as we were seated in a table with chairs but the chairs all had soft, pillow cushions, providing extra comfort while dining. I love that you can see the kitchen while they cook as the aromas of the delicious ramen are being prepared. If you see the bathroom there, do not be alarmed to see that their toilet has a bidet set-up. They also have toilet paper if you have never used a bidet before. Now to the best part, the food! There are two dishes I highly recommend: Bulgogi Ramen and the chicken Katsu with the bulgogi rice bowl a good follow-up. The ramen is delicious with the meat being tender, flavorful and the sweet bulgogi taste seeps into the broth, adding extra flavor. The noodles taste fresh and hand-made as well! Grana is absolutely worth a return visit and there's plenty on the menu that we'd happily order again. It gets a relatively older crowd, but I don't mind if that food is good.
