Misleading... I called b4 dropping my pants of to get shorten... Was told on the phone will be $10 to shorten... Ok i said that's fine they were near my house... N ive had my pants done there in the past... But back not long ago they charged $8... Ok that's wats the extra $2 ... Dropped my pants off... Didnt bother looking at the receipt bcuz ive never had problem with them... Was always satisfied with the service... But this day picking up my pants... I was very disappointed... I didnt realize i was being charged $12 a pants to shorten... When i called to verify the price b4 i dropped them... If it was going to b that much... I would have dropped off near cvs or near us bank... They only charge between 8 to 10... They said $10 to shorten kids jeans... Which they never mention to me... Well ill tell u this... Never again ill bring my jeans here... Lucky i only brought 3... Was gonna drop off 8... No more business from me n my wife... read more

The ladies here are nice and make good recommendations. Their service is pretty fast with a quick few day turn around. The only downside is they only take cash or check. Their rates are pretty high up but it's chino hills so what do you expect. They have always done a good job on my alterations. read more

Came here to get stitching done on my jacket. Like the other reviews, I would have to agree, the tailor here has no customer experience whatsoever. We walked in and she heard us with the bell while standing at the counter, and blatantly ignored us. When she spoke to us, she did not even have the decency to look us in the eye. Also, her prices are extortionate* and I seldom use that word for a business. She quoted me $90 on what costed me $30 elsewhere. read more

I am about 5 years late to post this review. The reason I decided to write because I was remembering my experience from years back: how I brought an outfit to be hemmed (skirt and blouse). I also requested to make an inside pocket on the waistline so that my keys would fit. They charged me more for the pocket than they did for the skirt and sleeves combined. when I wondered why was that, the owner stated with an attitude that this was not a routine job and took them several approaches to tailor and attach the pocket. That pocket was just a square-cut lining, so it would require 3 sides sawed and 4th be attached to waistline! I told them that this is the most simple thing that any professional tailor should be able to do. The owner did not agree and suggested I take my business elsewhere for my next time. Then I asked for the reminder of the material that was cut from my skirt lining during the alteration, so I could use it to saw the pocket on my own, because the one they attached was so small that it would barely fit a mailbox key, left alone the car key. In response, she brought some odd piece from another cut and said that they threw mine away. To tell you, there should have been at least 1ft x 3yd worth of fabric remaining after my alteration. Besides they kept my heavy duty hangers and heavy duty bag, and gave me my outfit hanging from made-from-wire hangers and and wrapped in plastic film so thin that my fingers went right through it. Therefore, I am very surprised that they are still around spreading their bad attitude on customers. I agree with the prior review that they don't have customer service skills and they don't have any professional skills nor pride of the trade! BEWARE! read more

Maybe I caught the lady on a bad day but she was so full of attitude that it was amazing! I showed her the dress that I needed to have taken in which was full of sequins. She told me she could do it but was mumbling to herself about how it was going to take a long time to do the alterations. She went ahead and fitted me for the dress and I gave it back to her. Then she went into a tirade about how this dress was a waste of her time, it was going to take her too much time to fix and I should find someone like my mom or my aunt to fix it instead! I ended up just getting my dress back and taking it somewhere else. I will no longer use these people for anything! read more
