Location - Times Square, New York City This is a big store with a good selection, but nothing above a size large in anything. The employees were nice. The biggest Expesss store in the world and I left empty handed.

Its a very big store as you would expect from a store on time square. Very clean and organized. The staff was smiling and helpful but my complaint from express is that in recent months they have increased their prices alot. It used to be a mid range price brand but I think those days are in the past

It's been years since I have been to Express. Back in the years of 2005-2010, I used to buy a lot of my work shirts here, but the quality of the shirts were bad, the collar would get destroyed after just a couple wears, and I decided to stop shopping with Express. They keep sending me coupons, and since I'm in the office again, for a couple days per week and sadly I put on a million pounds being home, I decided to see what pants they had. The store is three levels, but the store was mostly empty. Much to my surprise, this seems to be the only store left in the city. I made my way upstairs to third floor, which is for mens clothing. I found an employee because I wanted to see a specific pair of pants but it didn't seem like she understand me, initially. We worked through the kinks and brought me to what I asked for. They looked awful, in person, so I decided to look for something different. The majority of their pants are grossly overpriced or didn't have a great color scheme. I ultimately found two pair of pairs, one of those aforementioned grossly over-priced ones and another that was on sale for $50. Unfortunately, I was informed I couldn't use the coupon because one of the pants one of the pants were on sale. I just decided to quickly look for another pair of pants that were on sale instead of paying !140 for a low quality pair of pants. Ultimately, I did get two pair of pants, neither of the ones I originally came for. Overall, I think this place will eventually close down because the store was empty, not many staffers either, their price points are way too high, and they don't have a quality product. I know my review comes off really negative but one positive was the two staff members I did deal with were friendly and helpful.

This store has so many beautiful selection. I love how big the department store is . The service is really good and I always find the clothes here to be at great value

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Now that's what I call an X Press. Expensive trendy brand name clothes right in the heart of Times Square which is morphing into a sort of really shiny glamorous Disney shopping mall. They have some pretty good stuff and the girl that helped me with super nice so I can't give them less than three despite their obnoxious prices.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

Dear Stacey Bendet,…read more As a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Alice + Olivia over the past decade, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding both a product quality issue and a subsequent failure in your customer service department. I purchased a white vegan leather jacket from your brand at the soho location. Shockingly, the material has begun to discolor and turn black, rendering it completely unwearable. When I reached out for support, I experienced an incredibly frustrating "ping-pong" effect: the Soho store told me to call customer service, and customer service directed me right back to the Soho store. No one was willing to take ownership or provide a solution. For a luxury brand with premium pricing, this dismissive attitude toward customer loyalty is unacceptable. Product defects can happen, but your current policies and customer care framework fail to support the people who keep your business running. I have noticed your merchandise lagging on the floors of major retailers like Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue--and frankly, this unhelpful approach to customer service is likely a driving factor. Until Alice + Olivia improves its quality standards and institutes a policy that actually protects consumers when items go bad, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I will also be sharing this experience with my network to warn others against buying from a brand that does not value its dedicated customer base. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer support infrastructure. Sincerely, Dr. Estupinan
