The builder gel became dull and cracked, which is unusual for me. As my nails usually last 4 weeks at other places. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to confirm my service, but the appointment felt rushed and inconvenient to the staff. I was asked for payment before my nails were even finished and felt pushed out before they were dry. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer and won't be returning, but wanted to share my experience for others.

As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Since I'm now a regular, I typically schedule at least two appointments ahead so I can stay booked with Maria. Front desk staff is awesome & always quick to help.
