Got warned by a tire shop that the rear brakes in gf's car were getting thin. Long story short, that confidence and motivation disappeared REAL QUICK, so I hopped on Yelp. Not only did EZ-Brakes give an appointment slot next day, they come out to wherever you are! They also don't mind if you supply your own pads. They got the job done in 30 minutes, and they stuck around and made sure the brakes settled in (drive around the neighborhood). They even stuck around to talk about our dog and also gave us tips for next time (about the brakes, not the dog). The thought of making an appt and commit to drop off my car to a shop and pick up sounded dreadful. Im a single woman with not a lot friends and family around to count on haha. I took a day off work to run errands and golf in OC. Teslas have auto brakes so the screeching was getting bad and I knew I needed brakes ASAP. I was pretty pessimistic that I would find someone who could be available immediately and have my car done before my tee time or be available for me to pick up my car after golfing. I found EZ brakes here on Yelp and was shocked to see a MOBILE SERVICE! They come to you?!!! Never thought that was a thing. Then read through the amazing reviews from WOMEN saying they are honest and won't rip you off. I knew rotors were going to cost a lot and was very worried of being ripped off as a girl. I called and Parker picked up immediately. I laughingly asked if he would be available same day and told him if he would come to a Golf Course and work on my car while I golfed since I can remote open and start my car for them. He said he had to call the other techs and see if they were available after their current jobs to fit me in. He called me back pretty quickly to let me know they were not available and decided he'd just come out and do it himself! He met with me in an hour! There were 2 guys and I got to meet them, talk to them about what needed to be done and the cost. They just gave such a trust worthy vibe for me to leave my car unattended to them. I went off to golf and they texted me when they were finished. Asked me if I could remote start the car for them to test drive it. Everything went well, sent me a link to Venmo and done! I paid $800ish for front brakes and rotors to be replaced. He was honest my back ones will last a bit longer and did not need replacement. Will definitely use them again for my rear brakes when it's time. I tipped them as EVERYONE SHOULD for an amazing service. So happy they exist. Just to be aware! Contacted EZ-Brakes after my front brakes were starting to make noise. The appt was easy to schedule on their website and communication was excellent. They ended up inspecting and finding out my front pads maybe had another month on them so I decided to get new pads installed on the spot.
