Today was my first time at EZ Burger. I originally stopped by this place to try a breakfast burrito, but the line was so long and moved so slow when it was my turn to order breakfast wasn't being served anymore. (Bummer) I was hopeful and decided to order a cheeseburger meal with regular fries instead. Only to be highly disappointed not only with the food, but the customer service as well. No one greeted me at the window after I waited close to an hour in line and then on top of that I received my food and it was cold.( I took a bite as soon as I pulled out of the drive thru) Despite it being cold, the burger lacked flavor and the fries were very obviously not fresh. Paid about $45 for three meals added bacon and avocado to both burger meals and wild fries my burger was good for the first two bites until I ran out of bacon . Although I can see them cooking our burgers when we got to the window our burgers were cold when leaving. We waited about 25 mins for our food and to top it off I got chicken strips for my daughter and the photo included showed the inconsistency of the strips some super over done and probably reheated and one normal one ‍. It was sad we saw this place on tik tok and although we are hard core INO fans we came here cus we wanted to try bacon and avocado with a similar burger. At this rate it would have been better quality and cheaper if I would have just picked up a burger from in n out and made my own toppings at home. Sorry team we won't be back. I love this place me and my bf have been coming here ever since we started living in upland. Michelle is so nice and idk who cooks but everything is always amazing! Really good burger! Had the double, wild style. Quite filling too (unlike some other burger joints that leave you wanting...) It's a modest little spot, but if you're looking for a tasty bite it's great. Coming back I'll aim for Weds/Sun for their $1.99 burger special (with a purchase). read more

This is my 3rd breakfast burrito from EZ recently. Co-workers have made the burrito run the last two times but I went solo today. The lady who took my order and gave me my food was very kind and friendly. Amazing at 7:30AM on a Saturday!!! Their breakfast burritos are standard greasy breakfast burritos but always taste great. Even though it always has a long line, I've never been there because my parents got food poisoning from ez burger around 8 years ago. I decided to try it and it was really good. Found this place on tiktok and while driving through the area we decided to stop. Once we pulled into the drive through we instantly regretted it. With only 2 cars ahead of us... 1 at the window and 1 ordering. We were the third car and it still took us 45 min from that point, to getting our food. They weren't busy. The food is overpriced/ over hyped and smaller portion than in&out. The biggest thing they lack is getting people (in and out) we arrived excited and pulled away angry. lol. Bittersweet experience with EZ Burger. Pulled up on a Sunday morning around 925 am. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I ordered 4 breakfast burritos and 2 boysenberry shakes. It took me 35 minutes in the drive thru! Which is unacceptable. Especially when there was only 1 car ahead of me. And upon receiving the food there were only 3 tiny cups of salsa included with the food. And when I asked for more. It was like she was upset that I asked. Now on to the actual food. The breakfast burritos were actually really good! The burrito had a lot of flavor and a good amount of meat in it. And as far as the shakes. They use real ice cream in their shakes. They were good as well I'd come back to try EZ Burger again. Maybe they had an off day. But as far as my first visit. 35 minutes in the drive thru when they weren't busy is unacceptable. Hopefully next visit they cut the wait times down. And hopefully they are not stingy with salsa when you just spent 45 dollars on burritos read more

There were 8 cars ahead of us in the drive through and it took us about 55 minutes to order and get our food, which I thought was REDICULOUSLY long. Got a double double, fries. The burger flavor was not good the patties were slightly overcooked. Other people were raving about the fries but the fries were so disappointing - Really wanted to like this place. Man oh man, I underestimated this place for three years and am totally convinced that this simple mom n pop burger place taste better than In n Out. I was in n out lover before they make their meat like paper thin, overcooked when they are busy, and increase the price. I know I know it's the economy but you ain't cheating me with da meat. This place seasoned the meat and cook it nicely, still moist (not dry like eating a sandpaper). The bun toasted perfectly yet still soft. Just one thing that I'm not a fan of is the fries, skinny one, I like my fries thick. Basically you can order anything add "The Wild Side." You can find out yourself with what I mean Wild Side by ordering from them. They also sell breakfast burritos that out of this world and they are taking it seriously. You have a choice of how many eggs that determine how big is your burrito. Add hashbrown for only $.99. You don't even need any salsa since seasoned perfectly. Me and my 4 yrs old son agreed it's soooo yummy. Altogether, good service and quality, affordable and good food. Don't get me wrong, breakfast burritos are delicious, but when you pay for the large and it's the same size as the regular...it's disappointing. They also refused to cut my burrito in half telling me they weren't cutting any food in half because they were busy. Really??? How long does it take to slide a knife through a burrito? The food is great I like their simple yet customizable menu. I have been going to ez burger since 2018 and have found their breakfast and lunch items both good in quality. Their service has also been good through out the years. They are busy sometimes but you can see everyone working as fast as possible to get your order. The staff is kind and has never messed up any of my orders the many times I have gone. The ambiance is simple and to the point. The burger grill looks small and simple next to a car wash. I think their simple looks let's them focus more on the quality of their burgers. I am happy I stumbled across this place, I plan on going for as long as its open. So this is not my first time here but today we wanted EZ burger, we were waiting in line for an hour when a worker then came put a cone in front of our car and said any car behind this cone can not be served because we "ran out of food" so we left we were cool about it oh well, but then we passed by again 35 min later to go home and there was several cars again in line so they just lied to us to get us out of there which is very unprofessional why not tell us hey we need time to stock up or clean up it might be a little longer, at that point it's our decision to stay or leave. EZ Burger has been around for a very long time, but the management changed over about 5 years ago. EZB has burgers and fries very similar to Bakers or In N Out, but also serves breakfast, chicken, fish sandwiches, BLTs, shakes, and more. I haven't tried the boysenberry shake yet, but I'll be changing that soon! You can even order the fries well done, smothered in cheese, or as "wild fries" with cheese, grilled onions, and thousand island burger sauce. It's slightly different from In N Out's animal fries in that EZB puts the cheese on top instead of under the onions and sauce. Service is always friendly and quick, and this location offers two drive thru lanes and outdoor seating. There is no indoor dining room here. read more
