**KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY** My HVAC was pushing warm air out yesterday, one of the warmest days of this week, and I wasn't sure if a tech could come out to diagnose and repair the problem. Yelp cast a net for me and EZ Duct Testing & AC was one of 3 companies that responded in 15 minutes. This company was the only company who would set up a same day visit within 2 hours of contact--IMPRESSIVE! Menua was at my doorstep within 30-45 minutes of our phone conversation and was able to diagnose the issue. The caveat--a super minor one--was that the capacitor required to fix the problem would not be available until the next day. Menua called me at 7:45 am the following Monday and requested to come back and finish the job. He fixed the issue and explained to me and my father how the units work and how parts for better quality units are not always available at hardware box stores (i.e. Lowe's or Home Depot). I called late in the day on a Friday and he arrived in 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem right away. My capacitor went out and I needed a new motor. My Goodman R22 unit is over 15 yrs old. (He said that this unit is a workhorse.) He replaced the capacitor that afternoon so we can have cold air until he can get the replacement motor on Monday morning. Our heater wasn't coming on a Sunday night, so we contacted EZ Duct Testing & AC. Menua answered our request within minutes and told us he could be there the next morning. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, went out to get the part we needed, and then came back and installed it. While he was here, he also helped us get our gas fireplace working again, which involved crawling into a very narrow part of the basement to adjust the position of the gas valve.
