Had a nice large bolt puncture an apparently rare tire that, if it couldn't be repaired, would have resulted in me buying 4 new tires. I was quoted a reasonable price for tires which I agreed to, should the patch fail. Luckily, the guys were able to fix the tire after all, saving me a lot of money and time. I appreciate the work they helped me with and was impressed to see the assortment and quality of tools they were equipped with, which I always pay attention to when I'm unable to do the work myself on my truck. Moved to the area about a year ago and found this shop walking distance from my house so I thought I'd give it a try. Went twice and both times were great, great customer service and walked me through everything going on. This last time I was not impressed. I went in because my service engine light was on and something was going on with my brakes. My boyfriend dropped it off and they kept my car for 3 full days and didn't even do half the things that needed fixing. They kept texting my boyfriend on things that supposedly needed fixing when all I needed done were my brakes and to see what was wrong with the engine. My boyfriend asked everytime they texted him if they knew what was wrong with the engine and they told him that they didn't know. 3 full days later, i pick up my car and I don't feel like any changes had been done. The service engine is still on and didn't even give me a referral to someone who could help me with my engine. On top of that, the back seats were filled with sunflower seeds and there was trash everywhere. I knew for a fact that wasn't me because I never put anything in the back so not only was my car half done, they trashed my car and charged me an extreme amount of money. I wouldn't mind paying the amount if they had executed every job. Very upset read more

Highly recommend this place! Came here because of a nail stuck in my tires and also low pressure on all 4 tires. I was quickly greeted when I drove into the driveway. The guy (sorry I didn't catch his name) was very nice and gave me options to fix my tire. In the end, we found out the nail didn't actually poke through my tires so I wasn't charged. They didn't charge for pumping air into my tires too but I left some tips for their help. read more
