I wish I could say I shared the same experience as most of the other reviewers here. I got my tires replaced which were okay but anything more than the simple tire change seems too much for the shop. I inquired about my broken AC. They looked at it and told me it was a hose issue. I brought it to two other shops for another opinion. Both other shops said it was the AC condenser leaking. That should have been the first flag. Then I brought the car back and told them what the other shops found and to please replace the AC condenser because they had a good rate (even though they couldn't identify the root cause initially). They said they would call me when the AC condenser arrived. It's been over 4 weeks and they still have not contacted me. I eventually took the car back to one of the other shops and to my surprise, they were able to get the AC condenser in the store and replaced within one day! Communication and professionalism seemed lacking unfortunately in my experience. Lastly, when I paid for my tire replacement, the manager/owner told me a different price from what one of his workers originally quoted me. Felt ripped off. Oh, and the shop lost my AC port caps under the hood while initially checking my car. They said they'd replace it but I'm still waiting 4 weeks later... read more

Earlier this week my tire pressure light came on and I attempted to fill the tire that I suspected was low...but In the process I actually let air out and I wasn't able to fill my tire. I did a google search and I suspected I had a broken valve stem so I found a place 5 minutes from my house that was open Sundays and I explained what happened. I was told they don't work on valve stems that have sensors. So I found ez stop on yelp and decided to drive out a little further than my area. I'm so glad i did! I walked into waiting room and was approached right away by owner. I told him the same thing I had told the man from other shop and an employee inspected my tire right away....I didn't need the valve replaced.....they filled my tire and didn't charge me anything! I was in and out within 10 minutes! Owner seems very trustworthy and honest...and is very friendly. I will definitely go back for future repairs. read more

I had gotten a nail in my tire last night Sunday afternoon and this was the only shop open in the area around 4:30. Due to this being an emergency I didn't hesitate and they were helpful over the phone. Once I got there, I was told it would be $35 to patch my tire which is a bit high, but considering nothing else was open I had no choice. I ended up waiting a little bit over an hour, and I wasn't too happy about it but I was just glad to have someone help me with my tire. After the wait I was given my car and gave a small tip. I woke up this morning and my tire was on the floor. I don't know how a place that specializes in tires couldn't get that right. Now I still have to patch my tire and I can't make it back there because I'm not from the area. In other words money lost. I don't like writing things like this but for future reference, I would hope they take their time and get things right considering you had me waiting there for over an hour. I'm not happy, I was late to work and now I still have to find a tire shop read more

So I went to get my my tire patched as it had a nail in it (new car, bummer). I met the service person he took a look and did tell me it was close to the wall. Here's why I got mad. Forget I paid $25 but they were done in 10 minutes I couldn't see if the tires was removed or not but I was assured by the owner it was patched. Cool, so I left and out of curiosity, I pulled to pump gas and take a look at the tire. I observed they plugged the whole on the tire and patched it either with some sort of glue/silicon. Most places would be honest and tell you no I can't do it instead of making a few bucks. This type of practice of patching is dangerous because it is meant for very short term and can cause the tire to burst. The employee said that's what we do here. Other tire shops said to me that they would not have done it. Beware of this place. I'm all for helping small businesses that's why I went there but damn, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Make a few bucks at the cost of placing someone in harms way is not cool.
