Ran over a nail and needed new tires. I spoke with Matt over the phone and he was very helpful and professional. Took the time to answer all my questions and get everything I needed set up. I was looking for the same set of tires since I got very good mileage out of them, and Matt informed me there was a closeout set with better tread wear at an excellent price. I showed up and they helped me right away, got tires and alignment done in about an hour. The drives like new, pure and straight. I've been to other tire and alignment places where I had to make several return trips because the alignment wasn't correct. This place makes sure everything is correct, and if you have any issues you can just bring the car back and they'll fix the alignment. Before I get into my review I think it's important to note how the reviews fo this place are consistent and frequent. I think that alone speaks for the business. Consistent reviews either mean the business is doing really awful in customer service or really great. I was here yesterday (Easter Sunday). All 4 of my tires needed to be replaced immediately and I managed to find this place thanks to reviews and being open on Easter Sunday. I don't have much knowledge of cars and because of that I know I'm more likely to get jipped, scammed, swindled (whatever you want to call it) into paying more money. However, Matt did none of that. If anything he took the time to show me why my tires needed to be replaced and how to check for next time. I might have also caught him on a slower day since it was Easter. He gave me a fair price $280 for all 4 tires (I have a HondaFit meaning my tires are tiny). He then checked my alignment and walked me through that as well. End of the day my tires and alignment were shit and Matt took care of all of it. Total came out to $353 and he gave my free tire rotation next time I came in. I didn't want to share my experience because I want this place to myself, but Matt and his team are very deserving of business. I definitely found my new mechanic and am slightly protective of Matt and his team so be a nice customer because these guys really are doing their job and doing it well. read more

If I can give "zero Star", I would!!!! The repair they did for me did not work and I ended up went to another shop to fix their issue. I am requesting a refund for services NOT delivered as promised. Few months ago, I came here to replace one tire sensor as the orange tire horse shoe lighted up, but all four tire pressure numbers are properly presented. The technician recommended me to replace all four tires for $280, instead of one as the battery may run out soon on other. So, I said OK. The technician did the replacement and told me it is done, so I paid $280 as quoted. When I got to the car, I found that the four tire pressure numbers were not lighted up, I asked the Technician, Mann, why the numbers are "blanks". He said you have the drive for the wheel to "re-calibrate" and they will show up. Sounded reasonable instruction, so I drove the car for a day, it did not show up. I brought the car back and told him it did not work & he needs to fix it. He asked me to drive few more days. I drove for another 3 days, they did not show up & I brought it back ask him to recheck it. He re-checked and I drove another week, they are still blanks. I brought the car back and told him I could not drive the car around without knowing the tire pressure. It is a SAFETY ISSUE for me. I told him to fix it or give me a refund for "services not rendered as paid. He said that it is the due to the type of car, not the sensor issue. What a "Stupid statement". I paid him to fix the problem, not create another problem. He refused to fix or replace the sensors or give me the refund. I am sick of wasting time. I decided to go to another Tire Shop that my friend recommended. The new Tire Shop replaced all four sensors LESS than $280 & the tire pressure re-calibrated within 15 minutes. It turned-out that this place uses cheap stuff that does not work. DO NOT go here services. They use cheap stuff; therefore, it does not work. You will ended up paid double. Went in for a simple oil change yesterday! I called them prior to coming in and they were very informative and kindly explained their prices for the different oil choices. Drove in and was greeted by the same guy from my phone call and the oil change was a breeze. I chose the synthetic blend which was $45 and then I applied the yelp check in so the total came out to $40. (: While I was there, they also did some basic check up on my car and at the end, he told me some things about my car that I may want to fix for my safety. I really appreciated him taking his time to really explain which parts may need fixing and liked that he really seemed to want to do what's safe for me and he never pressured me and made me feel like I had to get these things fixed right then and there. Like he even said "it doesn't have to be with us, but I'd recommend you get these things checked for your safety" which was very nice of him. I was in and out in less than 30mins! Patch a Tesla tire cost 55$ that is not a problem seen Im in a rush, agreed with the price. The problem is they patched the wrong tire, I told them front passenger side tire I even show the guy which tire, horrible job and expensive charge. The next day went to another tire shop they open up the tire and there is no sight of patching! So they either patch the wrong tire or didn't patch at all and took my money. The issue of my 8-year old car was fixed completely; beyond that, the MPG recovers and improves from 25.1 to 29.8 after their service. They will take care of you, and your car. My car would not turn on in the morning. They are so nice and willing to come over to diagnose the issue because I was nearby their store. After that, they helped to arrange a tow truck as my car was a bit far to get pushed to their store. The most challenging part is the OBD port of my car was not even working, meaning no error code could be detected by the computer. Still, the team was able to find the root cause and correct the issue right away. After that, they helped my car to conduct a full service. Surprisingly, my car's MPG recovers and improves from 25.1 to 29.8. My previous visits at the OEM dealership could not even do that. went in for tire patch. They didn't find a nail and they still wanted to Charge me full tire patch $35 for just taking one tire off and putting water on it to check for leaks. I was not going to pay $35 for tire inspection. He said he was going to call the cops. I said I'm okay with paying for Tire Inspection but not the $35 that includes Patching of tire, that involves more work than removing one tire. This place has a narrow entrance with limited parking, but the service and price is pretty reasonable. Came in for an oil change. Intake worker asked what type of oil and I just picked the cheapest option (synthetic blend). The mechanic later came out and asked if I hated my car. Dumbfounded, I just said it's a car to get from point A to point B. He then scolded me that I hated my car because hybrids need full synthetic. I get that I should have known that my car needs full synthetic but the mechanic was a total dick about it, especially since the intake worker initially ok'ed me getting synthetic blend. Prices are really good and they are usually pretty pleasant to deal with so I can't give then lower than 3 stars. read more

They declined my request due to the location of the nail thus instead opting for buying new tires.
