When I called the restaurant, the employees explained that they had already handed the order to the driver. Uber then contacted the store, and they kindly remade my meal and had it delivered. The employee I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole situation. Huge shoutout to her for providing such excellent customer service! As for the food, I really enjoyed it! Everything arrived hot, fresh, and tasted wholesome. I tried the strawberry and mango lime juices--they were good, although not very sweet or flavorful. I'm guessing that's because they're made with less sugar. They also included a complimentary flan to make up for all the confusion, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Thank you!

The mac & cheese is terrible - tastes just like the type you would find in the Safeway or grocery store deli except with way more fake cheese. The mashed potatoes are meh - reminds me of kfc but worse. The rice is instant rice so there's that. I hope they change their rice to actual Mexican style rice one day. The churros are good! The service is friendly when there are actual adults there (weekdays during traditional work hours). Yeah, the little cup was not even 1/3 full. They charge a buck for an empty cup of ranch! (No, it wasn't spilled) So, I called the Restraunt and tried to explain my situation. . . .well after I explained, the man that answered screamed "why you call me? It's not my problem, you call Uber" and hung up. Yep. The wings were fine. The experience poor. $30 for 6 wings and an empty cup of ranch is just not great. Giving that money to a restaurant with that kind of attitude? Nope. Not again. Wings were ok but there are others that deserve our hard earned money, not this place.
