Every time my husband and I visit this store, we receive the best help we could ask for. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their selection. It is a smaller store, so occasionally I'll see items online that aren't available in-store, but the team is always willing to help me exchange for the item I found online, which I really appreciate. The flare leggings are absolutely amazing for women -- I hate to say it, but they might even beat Aerie! They also carry the best work pants for my husband. Associate's stares at you, not friendly, no greeting, you smile at them and they stare you down. While you're looking for sizes they don't make an attempt to assist you. Once you've stand in line for several minutes they finally acknowledge you "are you ready?" .... My thoughts..,No, I'm just been standing here??? Really... Then "are you a member?" "This is not included " yes I bet it's a believe a kloe addition " you ll get member pricing." Doesn't know the price of hand, doesn't know what are sets, can look up my member number? This company works on some sorta membership and does not tell you they will continuously charge a monthly fee of $69.95. If you use multiple cards they will try and run it on each card. Im out of two credit cards for 7-10 days bc they have tried this. All i wanted to do was buy some things for my wife. I called the store and spoke with MGR Bree and she said "I" should assumed that would happen. Well I would've if someone told me. I would have paid cash. Staff was super friendly and helpful in figuring out my size as it was the first time shopping at Fabletics. I was looking to getting some Yittys (Lizzo's brand), but unfortunately the selection was small and couldn't find much in my size, but I was lucky to find a set. Store wasn't too big so probably why they didn't have a lot of selection or maybe Yitty is just that popular. It was cool that in their dressing rooms they had a iPad thing where you can search for different styles and shows their inventory so you can search to see if they have any other sizes in stock. Luckily, I came when they had a 50% off sale for EVERYTHING, but only 50% for Yitty! They do ask if you want to sign up for their VIP membership and I don't recommend doing it unless you don't mind shopping every month or remember to cancel. I did a similar thing with Rihanna's Savage x Fenty and I must say it is quite annoying to set a reminder for myself to cancel each month. I recommend to just say no to this if you can't make a habit to cancel all the time. Yes, you won't get as good as a discount, but it's a lot of work. Overall, I was happy with the service I had here and my purchases (mix of leggings, shorts and yitty pieces). Although I still love my Lululemon leggings, this is a great alternative for a more affordable price (especially during sales) and still good durability after multiple washes. read more

The workers here did not want to work. I had to go up to them. They have a 2 for 22-24 deal right now that I saw online so I went to go check out what they had for the deal. I asked about the deal and one of the girls said "it's not a sale". So I left, went to Sees candies, walked by again and saw the big ol sign on their window with the damn sale! So I go back in and I tell her and the other girl "that's the deal I'm talking about". Online Customer service was horrible. They scam you with their two for 24. When you go to check out they enroll you in their paid VIP membership for $54. Billed every month unless you call to cancel on only certain days. The customer service agent told me that there was no way to get the $24 deal unless you did the paid membership. Loved the store as it was clean and they had very helpful, courteous and kind customer service! The fitting rooms are so futuristic! So if you go, definitely use the fitting room! Lastly, I have a very hard time speaking English and they were extremely patient with me. I've seen the ads before on television, and I love Kate Hudson, so when I saw the store I just had to take a look. I wasn't expecting to anything for men because all the commercials the brand is pushed towards woman. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a tiny section for men. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The associates were polite and welcoming. They asked for what i was looking for, and told me not to be shy if I had any questions or wanted to try anything on. The store is well air conditioned, the displays are chic, the layout is easy to navigate, the dressing rooms are next level !! There is also water available where the dressing rooms are located. They even have a nice big mirror in and out of the dressing room in case you want to show any friends you bring along how you look! Lindsey was such a huge help in particular. Super great woman, kind hearted, positive, great communicator, and well-informed. She told me about the membership Fabletics offers, which includes very generous discounts!! March 5, my sister visited Fabletics and bought 1 legging for me. Yesterday, March 8, my sister bought 2 more leggings for me. Today, my sister and I went back to Fabletics, because I wanted to change all three (3) leggings one (1) size bigger. The salesperson explained to me, that the leggings were compression leggings, and is suppose to fit very tightly. Also, they did not make compression leggings in the size I preferred. I decided to keep what I had. To my surprise, I was charged an Import tax of 50 cents, and $1.20 for tax. I asked, for what ???? The answer I was given, is that it is company policy. I left with the exact same items I came in with, ( the 3 leggings I intended to change 1 size bigger ), but $1.76 poorer. I was charged the amount of $1.76 to talk to a salesperson ??!! I am giving a poor review, because that was definitely a rip off. I am definitely never buying from Fabletics again. read more

THIEVES... The product of the quality is amazing however the ethics of the company are not. You would think a company would want to take care of it's members, not try to pull a fast one on them. Being enrolled in their membership program I accrued 249 in credit when trying to use it they never have the available size however if you log in through another account (sisters) or new member the size is available. Nonetheless i decided to wait for their sale. finally when it arrived I tried placing an order through their website only to find out that the credits couldn't be applied to the sale. it was upsetting, because what changes the value of the dollar amount? I called to cancel and gave them my reason. Which then the rep responded with the sale still applies we just don't do it online you have to call in NONE OF WHICH IS STATED WHEN YOU SIGN UP. When I received my order and realized some of the items were missing I reviewed my order only to realize many outfits are the exact same product sold under a different outfit name with a substantial price difference FOR THE SAME PRODUCT. Turns out my order was put in a split shipment and I have to wait until I receive all items to further the matter. These ethics are scandalous and should not be acceptable. I love love love how fashionable and comfortable Fabletics is. when purchasing in store I have had a few issues with some of their staff not being trained properly on their system and being over charged or not knowing how to return or exchange something. I hate hate hate ordering online. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order. i know we are in a pandemic but i have been ordering from other stores and getting my things faster. its to the point where i do not want to order online if this is how long it is going to take but they do not always have the same stuff online as they do in the store or they do not carry the correct size. i am being patient because i feel this company has some simplifying to do in regards to ordering, returning, store pick up(would be nice), and overall getting products out a bit quicker. read more
