I am always on the lookout for new facial places. Facialworks is relatively new to the are. The great reviews tempted me to go try it out. I regularly get facials so I knew what to expect at the very least. I had a huge hormonal change in my body within the last year that caused me to break out a lot (is now mostly under control. thank the lord.). The esthetician recommended couple options for me to choose from, depending on what my budget is. I came in here to try the hydrofacial... but she told me that probably wasn't suitable for my skin. So, wanting the private treatment room experienced, went ahead with the O2 facial. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, with warm bed and all. However, I don't know if it helped clear my breakouts to the best it could. Maybe once I have full control of my skin, I will give it another try. Can't recommend Facialworks enough, it's such a comfortable approachable environment and the online booking system is so easy. I go in monthly, the membership is great to have and credits rollover which is nice if you forget a month. Which I do frequently. Shaina is the best, I can't recommend her enough. She is such a great listener and really takes the time to address your concerns during your appointment. Her follow up recommendations for products and skincare routines are on point as well. I've seen other reviews raving about Shaina so I made sure to request her and wow I had an incredible experience! Although hospitality was great and the staff is kind there were some issues with service. We got there about 5 minutes before our appointment but were seated 15 minutes after the appointment. I assumed that we would still get the hour or 50 minute as the delay was to the service availability, but that was not the case. The exfoliant was not on as long as they used to. Aesthetician says it's supposed to last 3-5 minutes, but I happened to check my phone during that wait and it was barely 2 minutes. I cancelled my add on as the service continued to feel rushed. This was my 5th or 6th time there and it had been fine before but this one was quite a disappointing and frustrating experience. read more

I liked the facial experience and the products that were used that day. However, I bought two items (that were not cheap) and ended up having a reaction from both with red and peeling skin. They said they do no returns or refunds which really is disappointing as this is probably $100 in products I won't be able to use. I won't be returning due to that. read more

I wouldn't go here. I actually canceled my membership. I walked in to return something, Individual at the front didn't even greet me, I asked if could return and she said she needed to get her manager. Manager comes out and was very rude. Again no greeting. Just asked what was wrong with the product. Might I add product was still sealed. I provided her with the information that my dermatologist advised against it. She then proceeded to ask me if I had a reaction. Again. Item. Was. Not. Opened. She did the return and said she would send an email. I thanked her and went along with my day. When I got to my car I saw the email. I remembered the price being higher when I purchased. So I pulled up my bank statement and saw I in fact did purchase it at a higher price. Called. No answer. So I said I'll just email since I saw they were short staffed and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Numerous calls and emails later. No response. Safe to say I took a loss for the money they didn't return plus the 4 unused credits I have for facials since I will not be stepping foot in any facial works locations, again. I'd rather pay for a real facial. Hats off to management for hiring individuals at a "spa" type place with a lack of customer service skills. read more

Cool facial place. They offer complimentary champagne! You get to watch movie and listen to music. Lots of fun. They offer $50 facials for 40 minute facial. First time here and I love the concept of this place! You can come in for a facial at the bar where they have a variety of different types of facials for everyone's needs. Or get a private facial in the room. The private facials are more pricier but it's because it includes steam and some other things that they can't do at the bar. She answered all my questions and because I was pregnant she gave me tips and ingredients to use/ avoid ! I was very excited to try this spot since it is conveniently located close to my place of work. I got the Polarglow, and the esthetician walked me through all of the steps before the facial. The facial itself went well with the particular tools they use on this one, but at the end, she did not use the LED light which was supposed to help with the redness that this facial leaves you with for a bit. I did see results, so I was pleased with the experience overall. I just wish she would have explained why she didn't choose to use the light she said would be involved. Best facial I've had in sooo long! Immediate results!! Emmory did my power works facial today and she was Amazing!! Emmory is super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Took my boyfriends mom here and she LOVED IT TOO! She said her esthetician was very knowledgeable as well. We were super impressed by the technology and tools they use. I added on extra oxygen and the 5 min facelift facial. My skin felt so smooth and glowy all day hehe! I was struggling with dry skin from winter and this was exactly what I needed. My face is a little red right now but I'm not sure if it's because I had a glass of wine in the bath... the aftercare says "may experience mild to moderate redness or heat sensation" so I think this is normal. LOVE the concept of a facial bar - it works perfectly for facial connoisseurs like me! I've gotten quite a few facials here in the past couple months (I told you I was addicted) and managed to try everything out on their menu of services. Here's my rundown: 1. Oxygen facial: Brilliant. Who knew a blast of oxygen could help with my stubborn fine lines around my eyes, reduce my chin breakouts, AND give me a glow that lasts for days? Just the hydrating effect alone would get me in the door. Perfect for my flaky, tight skin. Sometimes I double up the oxygen if I'm feeling especially dry. 2. NuFace Microcurrent: They just added this service, and I've already included it in my facial repertoire. It really does wonders in lifting the skin. They did just the right side of my face and let me compare it to the left before continuing, and there was definitely a difference. My eyebrows and jowls were especially lifted. It's a no brainer as a $20 add-on. 3. Hydrafacial: I was brought back to their treatment room for this. One hour of exfoliating + serum infusion = heaven. My face felt a little tingly and SO CLEAN afterwards. I treat myself to this when I want a full hour of total relaxation. 4. Dermabuilder: This is an add-on to the hydrafacial. They used it on my wrinkly eyes, and it really helped to soften up those wrinkles. Also helped this weird crease I have on the side of my face (probably from sleeping). 5. Airbrush makeup: Who doesn't want to look flawless?!? I got this done right after an oxygen facial, and I swear I was ready for the red carpet. They have a ton of shades to choose from, so there's no worrying about finding the perfect match. What makes this place even better is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and willing (and able!) to answer all your questions. Bring in your friends and ask for some bubbly to make a whole spa day out of it. People get massages and their nails done with friends all the time - it's about time someone decided facials should join the party! read more
