So we dropped off our car for a 9am appointment. Our main issue was that the USB port for CarPlay has this intermittent issue where the sound becomes really staticky, and the only way to resolve it is by unplugging my phone then reconnecting it. It's INTERMITTENT - but we have experienced it happen at least 50+ times over the past year. The warranty is coming close to an end so we decided to bring it in to be fixed before our warranty expires next month. We call the service dept at about 12:15pm, and regarding that issue, we are told "Our technician drive the car around quite a bit and didn't have that issue" So basically since they didn't experience it, it doesn't exist and they can't do anything about it. Lol. He kept insisting that the tech was driving it around for a while... okay thanks for wasting our gas and then being useless in resolving the issue. And then we also wanted the basics - oil change, tire rotations, air filter change, etc. which we knew would come out to almost $300. Somehow we ended up with a quote for $1,700 for a bunch of other services regarding brakes and transmission. I know labor is expensive, so I am more than willing to pay that price ELSEWHERE at a service department that is more competent and willing to help. So during the call I'm just like okay well is the vehicle ready to pick up then? And he says no, the tech went on lunch and will do the services when he returns. I'm not particularly sure what the point even is of making an appointment if they aren't even timely about the work they do, especially when it's for the most basic car maintenance. If I could give this place a zero rating, I absolutely would. I went in to see a Toyota RAV4 Limited with a sale price of $21,201 and after running my numbers, the salesman Sayed came back with an 84 month installment with a $441 monthly payment. If you do the math, that's about $37k after it's all said and done. How did $21,201 (with sales tax of about $2k) after tax, roughly $23k, all of the sudden end up at $37k? He really tried to swindle me so I stood up and walked out of there. His service was so close-lipped and not conversational at all. He was lackadaisical and he was not enthusiastic. He didn't give me any options and just came out with an installment, didn't give me a thorough rundown of all the charges... it blew my mind! I mean, he really must have been on one! I couldn't believe it. As I walked out, I asked for a copy of my credit report that I signed for and he goes, "You can get a copy of that from the credit bureau." STAY AWAY !!!!!! first my vehicle was towed to this facility back around 4 1/2 months ago I was told by a friend of mine to go here after careful speaking with my friend he said he did not mean this particular dealership he meant another Chevy dealership in the local area... smh I'm shaking my head for this one... boy did I pay ...my car was in the shop initially for a little bit over two months they charged the insurance company over $13,000 close to 15,000 for the repairs of my vehicle which I found out later it would not cost that much!! in addition to that they fixed my brakes which was several hundreds of dollars as well... my car within another month or more it began to do the same thing... I was told that I would have to pay $4000 for labor they was trying to get my insurance carrier to pay for labor which is ridiculous when my insurance carrier said they wouldn't pay again for the SAME THING! because it has a warranty part- in addition to it being a GM part , at a GM dealership, on a GM car... they basically said it was not in the warranty to do ... so only the part was " c o v e r e d " later I was told the owner Mike would so-call "pay" for "seven hours" of "labor" and I had to pay for " 10 hours of labor" they would drop the "labor" down to supposedly "10 hours" it took pretty much close to a month of my vehicle being in the shop again !!!! they did not start on it as promised! Smh- over two weeks of my vehicle sitting there I kept getting the runarounds by everyone !!! first they would tell me it will be ready by Monday ... Monday became Wednesday ...Wednesday became Friday .... and it went on for another week and another week .... and another week - until after the Labor Day holiday ! Then George texted me stating he tried to "call" me which could not be true... Because I have been getting calls letting me know my car would not be ready until next Tuesday which became the following Thursday and I had to call myself just to find out when my car would be ready!!! I was getting calls back-and-forth from the company just to tell me my vehicle will not be ready until after Tuesday??????? when I called on Tuesday they said it will be ready on Wednesday no one called me back until Thursday!!!! And that is only because I contacted him on Tuesday to see if my car will be ready that day and of course it wasn't going to be ready. they called me 2 o'clock on Thursday after telling me they will contact me at 1 o'clock telling me it will be ready at the end of the day ... knowing I live pretty much close to two hours away . I told The now lady rep that called me instead of the other representative that told me he would call me back... telling me - I can come get the vehicle on Thursday at the end of the day !!? (my husband and I are saying to ourselves are you kidding me ) I basically told her I'm not going to come at the last minute to pick the vehicle up on Thursday I will just be there on Friday morning ! These rude people are a serious joke!!!!! Surprisingly I was able to pick it up !!!!! I picked it up on Friday - long story short my vehicle is still not acting properly the engine light came on again and it is still riding rough ... I have to take it somewhere else because I will not ever go back to this place again!!!!!!!! These folks made me pay $2262.78 FOR LABOR Of the same issue that I had that they received over $13,0000 close to $14,000 just a couple of months earlier !!! This is the 3rd & final time I will return to this service department. They are scam artist. So I needed my key programmed for my impala. I was quoted $450. Took them 3.5 hrs but then they called me trying to get more money with additional recommendations after a supposed 4 point inspection that I didn't ask for. I contacted 3 other Chevrolet dealers to inquire about programming a key and they all quoted me $250 less than Fairfield. My question is why does Fairfield charge $250 more in labor for the same exact services! The reason is because they are getting over on people. I've paid them $450 for an oil change too in the past. Where do I begin? I will start by saying I did NOT buy a car from this dealership. I sold them a car on Sunday, 15 Nov 2020 and I STILL have not been paid in full. Here's the story: I did the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer and I received a phone call from Armando. We agreed on an amount over the phone. EASY. I show up and I work with Sayeed. We get the paperwork done, they give me a loaner for a few days and I finish up in the finance office. I was told to come on Thursday, 19 Nov 2020 to give them time to pay off the vehicle with my financial institution and on Thursday they would have the amount owed to me. I was SURPRISED at how easy this process was. BOY WAS I WRONG. I call them on Wednesday to turn the loaner in early and to see if I could get my check earlier since it was a great possibility I would be out of town. The dealership was unable/unwilling to accommodate.....cool. I ask them could they mail the check instead. They agreed. I go out of town, come back and I call Armando/Sayeed only to get hung up on, put on hold and disconnected again. After serval attempts I finally get ahold of Sayeed. I have a conversation with him, he remembers exactly who I am and he tells me he has no clue what is going on. He tells me he will call me back.....10 minutes later I get a call back and he tells me there was a change in their payout process that he was not aware of and that my check has not been issued or mailed.....there is no check yet. I tell him I will write a detailed/fair review as the dealership requested. Moments later I get a call from Armando.....Armando is basically recapping what Sayeed said and told me he would get the owners permission to write me a check....Im still waiting to be paid in full. I write this review out of request from the dealership and to give you guys warning before you decide to do business at this establishment. I believe this company has poor organization and communication skills which I would attribute to lack of training. No one seems to know what is going on and no one seems to feel empowered to make decisions. I will let you guys know if I every get paid. I bought my Chevy with them in December/2023 and call Red to cancel my service agreement two weeks after which cost $3,999.00, Red sent me a form that I signed and returned to him via E-mail, I called two weeks after for a follow up and he said he didn't received then I resend it and wait about three weeks with no response, I called him back & he told me that he already send the form to the office and that the process take about four to six weeks, I waited with no response I start calling him but he was off or busy with a client and I was told to wait for his call and he never called me back. I called last week to schedule an appointment for the oil change & tire rotation for my truck. After I check-in and as soon as I walked into the waiting area there is Red, I was very glad to see him and ask him about the process of the cancelation of the service contract, Immediately He told me that he sent the form to the office and I asked, well is been long enough and I didn't get the refund on my account, Red ask me to wait that he was going to check on the system , He got back to me & said I never got the form signed! Right after I asked, then what is what you sent to the office. You just told me that you sent the form already. I didn't give him a chance to explain, I ask him to please print the form & I was going to signed. Red printed the form & I signed, He said that he was going to walk to the office and take care of it immediately. Unfortunately I've been in two accidents (1. I hit a deer 2. my brother crashed my car) and had to have my car repaired for major damages. Fortunately, both times my insurance recommended I have my car fixed at this shop and have been beyond please with service and their work. The first time my car was damaged I had my driver side headlights, front panel, tires, bumper and door fixed/replaced. I don't remember much or have pictures from that accident since that happened years ago but my car still looked and worked like brand new until a few weeks ago! I remember picking up my car after that first accident and was amazed all the repairs and paint job. The car looked brand new. Today, I picked up my car just after 2.5 weeks after my car was crashed into a yukon with a tow-hitch. The body shop manager James was very helpful throughout the process of getting the car repaired. When I first dropped the car off he was very friendly and processed the paperwork in a timely manner. He gave us general estimates and was able to find enough used parts to save my car which was borderline total loss... I was a little afraid the shop wouldn't be able to find paint to match the color of my car since so much had to be repainted but everything looks great. James kept us updated on the status of the car and as you can see from the picture my car looks brand new again! I am amazed... read more

Took my truck to this service dept for a problem with my transmission (would not shift out of 1st gear). Knowing that these transmissions have had a problem, I asked the advisor what is included in the 225.00 fee to check out the problem. All he could tell me is the mechanic would look at it. I received an email the next day that I should flush the fluid and that might help the problem Might! And for only 630.00. They didn't take off the pan because it has fluid that cost money. I asked how they came to that conclusion and they said they checked the fluid. Service Mgr couldn't tell me anything either, didn't really know much either. Went in to purchase a 2021 Suburban z71 in Sept of 2021... Sayed the salesman was great and the purchase process was smooth as can be, Armando (I think) was helpful, and the finance guy was great too! The problem was that when they were detailing the truck the next day they scratched some trim pieces. The truck was brought in at least 5 times.. more like 9 probably to resolve scratched trim pieces. They'd get a piece in, call me to bring it down, I would, and the trim piece they just got in would be scratched. One time they took apart the door just to realize the piece they ordered was wrong... complete waste of time. All this happened within the first month or two of owning the vehicle. I spent some money on uber trips back to the house to leave the truck there, I sat there a couple of appointments... just a huge waste of time/effort. I talked to Redd who I think is the GM... he's a really nice guy and was trying to assist, but the service manager dropped the ball. I asked what would be done to compensate me for the time wasted and the service manager graciously offered me a complementary oil change. I declined, why would I want them to touch my engine if they can't even replace a trim piece efficiently... no thanks! i'm now taking it to another dealership in another city just because I have 0 confidence in their service department. Another slight issue was whoever put on the front license plate holder stripped the threads.... I asked them to replace it completely and they didn't, they just put some bigger screws in its place... Horrible experience. Dropped my car off on 7/18 and just got an update today. That update came from Syed, the service manager. Syed was rude and unprofessional and did not have any account history details when he called. I naturally met Syed at his level and told him he would not talk to me the way he was. Syed was super defensive and would not let me get a word in. Syed handed me off to his manager after he hung up on me. I understand Syed feelings were hurt when I reciprocated his tone. But as the manager, I expect a higher level of service. Don't call a customer back unless you have the full story and a professional deliverance. I talked with Ron, the Director of Service, and he blew off Syed's bad attitude due to the heat. Excuse me, Ron, we are all living in this heat, and that does not excuse his poor service. My mother who is elderly purchased a Malibu a couple of weeks ago and received a registered letter from them yesterday stating she needs to return the car due to the fact that financing was not in place. Even though she already had her letter from the bank with the account number and monthly payment. She contacted the bank and her financing was in place. So she contacted the dealership which stated oh we had to send this letter out because all of the paperwork had not been submitted to the bank. But just ignore the letter. Most surprising was their accountant, Dana, who left me a misleading voicemail they hoped would quiet me. I still share that when asked. Unless you have a family member in the business, you won't have mob protection. The price of the car we bought jumped up $800+ while there and an unnecessary GAP fee of almost $900 appeared on price breakdown just to name the two biggest things. My husband has a 2013 chevrolet sonic RS with 66,000 miles that recently did not pass smog..It said something about 02air..my husband made appt for Monday morning 9am..at about 4pm he called about his car and they were doing a test that would take a while so could they keep it overnight..we agreed...then today Tues about 2pm he called about his car and he checked his email and they had several thousand dollars of work they said was immediate..i.e transmission 1600, the 02 sensor 560..battery service 84 (mind you the battery was only 2 weeks old) gasket and oil pan dont remember that total.., but just had oil change recently.We didnt even take it there for any of that just the sensor to pass smog. Windshield wipers, and the gearshift top replaced...so they had our car for two days and basically ran the diagnostic test today and said they needed to order parts..if they would have done it Monday the day we made the appt maybe they would have had the parts..When my husband went to get the car he felt like he was basically stealing his car back...minus the 200 diagnostic fee and 60 wipers....when he told me Suburu and Chevy were both the same I was like now that makes sense..We went to Suburu last March to test drive a suburu outback one they couldnt find on the lot and the other they couldnt find the keys then proceeded to let me test drive one they just got in that was a filthy mess inside and out...so needless to say I will not be going back there even for an overpriced oil change..Im sorry I didnt read the reviews before...now gonna call for a new place to get theceoek done to pass smog.. I would not agree to bring my car back to them after they had it for a month and charged me over $3000 and still didn't fix some of the problems and actually caused me more problems. I never heard back from the dealership, had to chase them around only to hear that "my manager needs to talk with you." That wasn't a good sign, of course, but the manager never even called. I bought a 2018 camaro used there that was having issues saying "shift to park" on the dash when i would have it in park. It was doing this after the test drive and since day one. It started happening more frequently and when I asked about this to the service department, I was told the dealership would have to charge me for the issue to be looked at even though i bought the car with the issue. Nice guys, worked on the price with me but seems like the car's underlying issues is probably why they were quick to get the vehicle off the lot. If they had a zero star, that what I would give them. I had my truck towed in....and had it towed out ! This after finding out that they were lying to me about not having a "part for their diagnostic machine", then creating a part number that did not exist. Going as far as saying that part was ordered...after a week the lies kept coming. It turns out the part that they were missing was a Diesel mechanic...the one they had quit due in part to how they ripped off customers. Zero rating... I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. During the transaction with finance manager Naveeda - she had indicated we must purchase a GAP insurance plan. When we had questioned charges we were told this was required during signing. We also had a General Motors suppler discount which would provide a discount in the amount of $3360.75. Instead of using the dealer code and honoring the discount they provided a one time $1500.00 credit. As a consumer and trusting the process they took advantage to make a even larger profit. SHADY UNETHICAL BUSINESS Worst dealership ever, I came to purchase a Chevy volt, upon arriving at notice the volt was in horrible condition, major car damage and horrible attempt to fix it, you could see the oxidation. The brought me another one to look at, I'm still debating on the other car because it's not black and I told them I do not want to finance, I wanted to pay cash your it. They ran my credit without my permission, I did not sign an authorization for them to run it at all. When I confronted they denied it. And the punk manager wouldn't even come talk to me about their unethical business practice. I have a 2016 High Country, the gps stopped working and the rear slide window also stopped working, made an appointment which took 5 days, took the truck in on the morning of the appointment and it sat all day and wasn't looked at until the next day,(never got a phone call of any kind,ever), never called to ask "can we keep your truck overnight? or over the weekend or into the next week" never called to ask "we found this problem can we fix it" only AFTER I called did they tell me what was found, and then proceeded to text me an authorization to fix the problem, then nothing all weekend, so I call on Monday and then they proceed to tell me another problem that they found Friday and now will send me another text to authorize that repair...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! read more

Breaking CA law (see below) by not advertising the actual price of vehicles and communication from the sale people here is the least professional I have ever dealt with. They also do not accurately list prices, so don't bother wasting your time. I spent over a week trying to get specifics from the sales staff with never more than a sentence response with little to no details that were requested. Under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and trucks, and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices, unless the ads specifically list expiration dates that have passed. Further, Section 260.04(b) of the regulations promulgated by California's Department of Motor Vehicles further mandates that advertised vehicles "must be sold at or below the advertised price irrespective of whether or not the advertised price has been communicated to the purchaser." read more
