I appreciated that they did not dismiss the feedback and instead made a genuine effort to address it. They invited us back, and we decided to give the restaurant another chance. On our return visit, the experience was noticeably different. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, and we had an enjoyable meal overall. It felt like the feedback was taken seriously, which I respect. While my initial experience was disappointing and reflected how we genuinely felt at the time, I also believe businesses should get credit when they respond thoughtfully and improve.
