Falcon towing employees who are answering the phones and are out in the field providing service deserve 5 stars. They have to follow orders. In my opinion, they are probably required to make promises to customers that are serious gross misrepresentations. Pros: The administrative employees that I have had the opportunity to deal with have always been pleasant, a bit rough around the edges at times but that's just part of the business, some of US drivers can be hard to deal with too. Tow truck drivers, these guys and gals are out there working hard under the heat, rain and dangerous traffic conditions, they sit you inside their truck first and keep you dry, cool, warm and safe while they hitch/load your car, I have the highest level of respect for them, a big THANK YOU to the men and women who are out there helping us. Cons: Company leadership, the little there is, is highly incompetent. Nuff said. My customer experience with this company: January 26, 2023, at around 9:43PM, I called AAA roadside assistance to have my 2004 Toyota Sienna towed to my house. Falcon Tow in Gardena picked up the call. The tow truck showed up close to midnight, the tow truck driver, was very helpful and emphatic but, he damaged my 2010 Toyota Corolla parked on the street while exiting my driveway after delivering my van. I was inside my house when I heard the loud impact, keep in mind, it's now 12:30AM so it was loud. I came outside and he informed me that he had hit my car. After the driver called his office and spoke to his supervisor he provided the tow truck's registration and played a trick on me, he provided another paper which I mistook for an insurance card. I don't know if he was instructed by HIS supervisor to CONVIENTLY neglect to provide this information... there is probably a violation of California law here but am not an attorney so am not gonna try to act as one here, specially at past midnight. The driver didn't provide proof insurance, he requested that I contact the manager in the AM. I then contacted the business the next day to file a claim with their insurance, but the manager wasn't available. I've contacted him several times since the accident for their insurance information. To date 3/26/23, they have refused to give their insurance information. But the manager claims I never asked for it, why wouldn't I? I should've called the police that same night, but I was led to believe that it was unnecessary because, "Falcon Towing would take care of the damage" as the driver was instructed to tell me. About AAA reimbursement: There is no point waiting so long when you can contact any towing service working near you just a call away! This is from the auto club's website, "If AAA Roadside Assistance is not available and you obtain service from a non-AAA facility, you are entitled to reimbursement up to the amount it would have cost us to provide the service under similar circumstances." Please check with your auto club and have a credit card before you exercise this option. Where do we begin? Well first, we want to give Glory to GOD for His selection of sending Falcon Towing and Auto Repair to our rescue through the Automobile Club of California (AAA) dispatcher. Our first deliverer to arrive was a special young man named Brennan. We thought by all indications that our battery was dying, with its progressive failure down to a grunt. Brennan was prepared for the task to analyze and test the system with the technology and training he applied. It wasn't the battery. He thought the starter maybe, but it wasn't exactly behaving the way a defunct starter would, under the circumstances. Brennan talked us through all of our options in how to handle the situation with this weird state in which the car seemed to be. Brennan was very sympathetic, reassuring and comforting in his interface with us that gave us the feeling that we couldn't be in better hands and all was in control. After due consideration, discussion and prayer, we decided to entrust the car to be given the free analysis offered by Brennan to Falcon for their expertise. We were truly blessed the way Brennan demonstrated his professionalism and hung out with us clean through to the end with the tow truck arrival. Next on the scene came Mr. Ignacio to retrieve the Pontiac to deliver to Falcon Auto Repair. He, too, was very encouraging as we felt the LORD's peace in this gentleman's company as he prepared the car for transport. He, in fact, discovered another issue in mounting the car and quickly pointed that out to us to see, This, in fact, was a recurring problem we addressed a little over a year ago in another area of the car. GOOD CATCH. Even though disassociated with the reason for our call, this well could be the reason the LORD had this failure erupt to have them come and this situation occurred. We fell privileged for this Divine Encounter. Just to round this out this out, Service Manager Craig Rahsaan has been our main phone interface with us (along with Jonathan once) and it has been a pleasure and a blessing not only during the inspection and analysis of the car, but Craig and company did a vigilant search to obtain the required parts necessary to repair and restore our aged "family auto" in answer to prayer. A Special Note: The occasion when the Pontiac fell prey to the serious malfunction a little over a year ago, it took the other (and we thought only) auto repair facility over two weeks to obtain the parts and use their only capable expert to install the substitute rigging. This wait was only predicted for within two-three days from the time of the failure. --- {((WELL DONE))} --- Upon receipt of and the spotless return of the '93 Pontiac Bonneville, we found the service is not only found on the road. In processing the settlement of the service charges, we were introduced to the Cashier, Miss Cynthia who processed us through. When we ran into a technical snag in the process, Falcon's Vice President Kam Najmi came to our rescue in assisting the transaction to process through. -+- {((PRAISE THE LORD))} -+- All in All, you might call this a FIVE (555) STAR RECOMMENDATION. Every time I've tried using this tow service it has been one serious disappointment after another but I didn't know AAA offers reimbursement. More on that later. I've called them from different areas because I know Falcon Towing serves Torrance, Compton and other cities in the South Bay, maybe their resources are not enough to cover such a large area. This was my customer experience with them in January 26, not only did they have me waiting for an unreasonable amount time but they also damaged my other parked vehicle when they delivered the disabled one, and to add insult to injury, it has taken more than 3 months for them to take responsibility, this is March 26. Pros: People answering the phones are pleasant and empathetic. Cons: In my opinion, the company's leadership is highly incompetent. Nuff said. My wait time has been ridiculous sometimes. I have to believe Falcon Towing in Gardena, asked the person answering the phones to misrepresent Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), to secure my low profit AAA service call and then put me and other AAA customers in the back burner while they take care of the more profitable non-club service calls. I assume that service is not based on who called first or if it's an emergency, but rather which one is more convenient and most profitable. The staff are awesome honest people who are just trying to make a living just like everyone else, it would be a shame to know that someone might require them to lie to me and other customers. Now I know that as a AAA member I have options. Now I know that if I need a tow in Gardena, Compton, Torrance, Lomita, Harbor City or anywhere in the South Bay, there is no point waiting so long for Falcon Towing when I can contact any towing service working near me just a call away! OMGOSH, this place is the BOMB.com. I was first introduced to this company when I was having problems with the battery in my car constantly dying on me and not knowing why. I called AAA several times, got a jump, and even purchased a new battery from them but still the same problem; the car would die after two days. This happened for about nine months. Everyone would tell me not to let the car sit there, and I understood that, but I still didn't think I should have to start the vehicle daily to make sure it worked for the next day if I needed it(I own my business so I can work from home). AAA told me to take it to one of their service stations, and I called around but didn't feel the warmth until I called Falcon Towing and spoke to Marvin. Lord Marvin was the BEST, he was understanding and told me to bring the car to him, and he would take care of me, he was going to make sure he found out what was wrong. I dropped my car off and he called an Uber to take me back home, after a while he call and said I found the problem, and it's not your battery but it is draining your battery. They fixed it and I have been to them for EVERYTHING I need in my car. I even take my daughter's car to them. when they say something is wrong I believe them, they are not a place that wants to overcharge. As a woman, I feel confident in their work, their care, and the service I get. MARVIN is straightforward with what needs to be done and what could wait for another couple of months. My last visit was an oil change and I was in and out quickly. WORDS will never describe how AMAZING the service is at this place. I know this is long but I wanted to express my gratitude to Marvin and the staff and Falcon Towing you have a customer for life. I drive 40-45 minutes just to get to them because they are JUST that GOOD!!!! read more

This place is over priced, with the worst front office. They want to shove a battery down your throat for any reason. It's a complete scam. They say that their batteries are the best lol how if I'm having to replace the sorry battery you sold me and your solution is to sell me another sorry battery. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!! If they take your car to their shop, they want to overcharge the services, do you really believe that everyone is that gullible and naive to your prices?! If you like to be dicked around and enjoy overspending, I highly recommend falcon towing but if you have any common sense or dignity I recommend shopping around. If you don't believe me look at their complaints on the better business bureau!! The sad part is that Gardena and Torrance has a high population of older folks, and it's sad to believe that falcon towing is robbing them blind because they believe what they are saying. I did speak to Kam and Dennis and honestly you're better off speaking to a fucking wall because these 2 can't even come together to form half a brain to answer your questions. Instead of sitting behind a desk thinking your running a high "corporation"? how about actually going out on the field and have some knowledge about vehicles and what you're trying to sell. This company made be good at towing, but there business ethics are horrible. One of there drivers ran a red light and hit my vehicle. The driver begged us not to report it to the insurance because he was scared of loosing his job, he offered cash to fix it. He kept saying he has 4 kids and a wife and blah blah blah.. So i fell for it and got 3 estimates the next day called him and told him what they were which was and he of course couldnt pay for it so he said he would tell his job what happened and go through the insurance. I called his job spoke to his boss and he said he would speak to his employee but to bring the car up there to view and take pictures. When bringing my car there he offered to fix my car at his buddies shop. I said no i would like to go through the insurance to be safe.. Both the employee and the manager admitted guilt. Filed with insurance and they lied, lied, lied.. apparently now there saying they had a green light.. I am filing a law suit against this company.. its a shame there driver can rin a red light at a major intersection and get away with it.. He could of killed someone and still instead of accepting the liability and having the insurance pay for the damages they lied. I hope none of there drivers decided to run a red light when you need your car towed and cause an even bigger accident.. Such neglect. read more

i requested service from AAA at 2:07am.. it was contractor called falcon towing in gardena,ca ... she waited over 2 hrs (4:07am) and no driver showed up.. i did call falcons dispatch and lady had a horrible horrible attitude.. my pregnant wife was stranded and was told to keep waiting but that they didn't have an estimate time.. i did tell the dispatch to find out the time because it is her job to do that and she answered" this is not our problem this is something to do with AAA" .. i did told her it's your job and this is what you guys get paid for and she gave me a horrible attitude and said she can cancel my call and take my business else where!! this isn't a professional behavior that dispatchers should have towards worried customers that are stranded. my wife is now having pain and this was my biggest worried... i was expecting AAA and falcon to make my wife's experience pleasant due to her pregnancy but falcon dispatcher really got her feeling bad and is now having pain. i placed a future call to get towed. dispatchers are horrible horrible!!!! as a family business this type of service will really hurt them in the future. more training is needed for dispatchers. read more

I experienced discriminatory and unprofessional conduct from one of the drivers during a recent service. During the interaction, the driver made comments toward me with clear racial undertones. He called me a "snitch" for reporting the incident and stated that I was "just like them," adding that this type of behavior was "typical" of me. These remarks were offensive, degrading, and strongly implied racial stereotyping. When the driver approached me in an aggressive manner, I called a friend over for assistance because I felt uncomfortable. I later showed video of the interaction to the general manager, Gerry, expecting the situation to be taken seriously. Instead, I was reprimanded, and the driver was defended as a "good person who always smiles." I was also told the driver's name was Frank, which I later learned was not accurate. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what anyone should expect when dealing with a professional service. After being incorrectly advised that I needed a new engine and wasting two days at the shop, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. It turned out that the actual issues were related to the suspension pipe and coolant system, not the engine as initially suggested. Initially quoted an $8000 repair cost that the shop couldn't accommodate, I found the lack of timely updates frustrating. Despite promises from Marvin to call me back, I often had to follow up due to the lack of communication. This whole ordeal was a significant inconvenience considering the problem could have been diagnosed elsewhere. Moreover, the fact that the necessary repairs were overlooked during a previous inspection further disappointed me. I had car trouble when my battery drained and wouldn't start. I called AAA, but after waiting an hour, I found out they had sent help to the wrong address, causing another delay. I called again to confirm the correct location, leading to another hour long wait. Thankfully, Falcon Towing came to the rescue within 30 minutes. Victor was incredibly helpful, he checked and jumped the battery, confirmed the alternator was working fine, and advised that the battery needed replacement. Since we were close to home, we decided to drive back, and we really appreciated his guidance. Where to start?!? AMAZING service from start to finish. Called AAA at around 1:30 AM due to a flat tire and was told that Falcon would be servicing me. By 1:35 AM I got a call from The Falcon dispatcher telling me that between 1:55 and 2:10 the tow truck will be arriving to where I was. At 1:45 ADAM ( the most awesome tow truck driver I have come across) rolls up. He quickly greeted us and asked what was going on. He got our car up onto a flat bed and we told him the bad news, he would need to drive us over 50 miles to our home. He did not seem to mind at all and was extremely personable. After arriving to our destination he took great care driving the car off the bed as to not damage the bumper in any way. We could not have been happier with Adam and his team. Thank you Falcon and ADAM for making this not so fun experience a great one. read more

Falcon Towing said they will me there 10:50 pm. then about 30 min later they changed it to 12:50, then changed it again to 2 am, changed it to 2:20, then 3 am the driver called me and said where are you I said terminal 4, then he said what is the address, i said it is at lax, then he said let me check something and i call you back, they do not call me. I called Falcon Towing of gardena, california 's office they said they do not go to the airport, they could have told me this 5 hours ago. At 4 am i call another company and they show up in 30 minutes and they came to the airport. Falcon Towing is the worst, how can anyone be worse. horrible experience with a driver monday 1 / 10 / 25 rude, low class driver came to our apt building to drop off a vehicle for a tenant. the driver was blocking the entire driveway not allowing vehicles to pass. when he moved his truck he proceeds to insult me through my open passenger side window trying to act tough. i told him get the f*** out of our building and he proceeds to insult and threaten me, incredible the level of low class trash this driver was. i also gave them a 1 star rating on the better business bureau website. we called his boss & the police to file a complaint. grow up people & act like a professional at work instead of insulting people because you cant park the right way. he broke our parking gate by refusing to move his truck & the gate was hitting it. now its broke & needs repair!! read more

I took my car there for an oil change in July. I had an appointment and it still took them over 3 hours. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appointment to get a simple tire rotation and brake inspection. 3 hours and 15 minutes later my car still had not even been pulled into the garage. A guy came in after me with an appointment an hour later than mine and they pulled his car in, worked on it and he left and my car was still sitting outside. I went in and explained how long I had been there and that I wanted my keys so I could leave. The service tech Marvin was very rude he handed me my keys and didn't even bother to apologize for wasting over 3 hours of my life. It wasn't even busy. This is a horrible place to take your car. As a woman who does not know much about cars and much less about the mechanics, it's important to find an auto mechanic that is trustworthy and reliable. A friend referred me to Falcon Tow/Auto Repair and I took my car in for brake service. The Customer Service Rep, Ash (don't know his last name) was very helpful. He mentioned the technician that would be working on my car had all these certifications and been with Falcon for 25 years. In addition, he offered me a ride until the repairs were finished. It did not take long for the mechanic to complete the inspection and repairs. He also changed a filter 'free of charge' because they realized it needed to be changed. I recommend anyone looking for a mechanic to go to Falcon Tow/Auto Repair. Their customer service is impeccable! read more
