I have been eating Falco's pizza for the better part of my existence, and I'm okay with that. I recently rediscovered Falcos after determining they deliver to my house, and that I could get my perfect proportions of cheese, sauce and crust without leaving my home. We have ordered pan from them twice, and delivery is about an hour - however I cannot compare this to a thin-crust order. -1 star for my pizza coming and falling apart last night. read more

So far, my favorite topping on their pizza (with no cheese) is pineapple. I actually have yet to try my usual favorite: mushrooms and onions... I also recommend their fries (although they did need some ketchup). A "small" order of fries is more like a medium :-) (enough to share or save and heat in the toaster oven the next day). This place has been in my neighborhood forever.. I always get delivery... but have had lots of different pizzas and sandwiches. I would suggest any of the thin crust pizzas and I like the fried appetizers also. Simply the best pizza. I've been coming here my whole life, and this is the best pizza I've ever had. My favorite is the sausage and mushroom, but the double sausage is also really good. Don't order the pepperoni, they put it under the cheese. They've also got an interesting salad that has all of the pizza toppings on it: mushrooms, olives, peppers, pepperoni, cheese, etc. It's surprisingly good. Sometimes we take a 1/2 baked pizza up to our family who moved up to Wisconsin, which they really like, so you get the idea how crazy our entire family is about this pizza. read more

This place is great. Their crust is different from everywhere else that I have had. Their pasta's and regular food are good too. My favorite is the sauce. It is so fresh and sweet. Some people may think it is too sweet but I find it to be perfect. I used to order a regular thin crust but one day I ordered the deep dish and I was blown away by it. It had the perfect amount of crust, cheese, sauce and ingredients. It's unbelievable! I have taken people here from out of town and they still ask about it. Ok, we read the reviews and were told that the pizza is amazing. It is amazing, however, I wasn't overwhelmed with the crust as others have written, just the flavor of our everything pizza. In my travels I have only seen a few pizza places who take the time to add cheese on top over the toppings to seal in the juices, and this is one. Let me preface this by saying I have never worked at a pizza place and don't know much about it. If I had to dissect the pizza I would say the spinach was marinated in something that gave it the equivalent taste of Indian Saag. It was delicious but a bit salty. Ok, I promote myself as being a critical person. I like Panda Express but I am still suspicious. I used to love White Castle and am still suspicious. The pizza is super tasty. Excellent butter crust and sweet tomato sauce. Easily the cheapest date in town. Economic, humongous slices & domestic beer pitchers. The service is not great, but the food will outweigh the service. Watch a game or shoot pool while you wait. If you're really hungry go for the panzerotti--I think it was made in heaven. read more

This was our primary take out Pizza for the longest time. Haven't tried it in a long while and there's no real compelling reason to go back. The pizza (that's what they're famous for) is merely OK at best, it's nothing special. Thin crust has a decent height to it with rolled up edges. But that along with the sauce is just OK. Veggie fixins were plenty along with the cheese (pepperoni was sadly missing in quantity and punch). Keep it hot becuase when it gets cold, it shows it's true colors for how bland it can really be. read more

I ordered at 6:15pm and I received my pizza at 8:30pm. Took 2 1/2 hours to deliver and they're 5 minutes from my house. If my nephews weren't with me, I wouldn't picked it up. To add insult to injury, the delivery driver had the audacity to lie to my face that he called & texted me repeatedly. I don't know who he called because it wasn't me. Pizza was lukewarm at best. Recently I decide to take the fam out for some dine-in pizza at good old Falco's, specially after a new face lift to the building, but after experiencing the ghettoness that this establishment has become, I prob never order from there again. Couldn't believe how many gangbangers were inside lounging and not even eating, yelling at each other from one side of the building to the next. Cursing, regardless of kids in the place. When I went to the bathroom to take care of business, a couple of them banggers were selling drugs to each other. A couple of them reeked of weed. Service was terrible, took 20 min to have someone come over and greet us. It didn't take a minute longer for me to walk out. The people that dine at this place know the Zoo that it has become. This is one of my favorite pizza, when I order take out or delivery. My review is solely based on my DINE IN experience. My husband and I took our little cousins and my little sister to the movies. We all agreed on eating pizza, before dropping them off. We figured we would stop at Falco's, since it is a favorite of ours. Plus, we were hoping to catch the second half of the Bears game; which we did. Let me make it clear, this was my first time dining in! We walked in and sat down in a booth. Behind us was this loud mouth guy. But hey, he's there having lunch too, right? I thought I was going to have to tell the cook my order and get my drinks because for a few minutes, we didn't have a server. The server finally decides to show up and literally just stares at us. I finally ask, "are you taking our order for drinks?" She replies, "sure." Takes our drink orders and just stands there. Whatever. We are asking the girls if the want appetizers and what they want on their pizza. Meanwhile, this chick (GHETT-O by the way) is still JUST standing there! We put in our order for the appetizers. 5 minutes go by and no drinks. Instead, she is chit chatting with the loud mouth guy that is sitting behind us. My husband tells me not to tell her anything, to just wait. So we waited... and waited... and waited... She finally comes back with our appetizers. No drinks! I ask for our drinks. She says, "oh yeah." O_o Almost 30 minutes later and we still haven't put in our pizza order. She FINALLY brings the drinks. A group of young kids sit next to us on a table. No problem. Another group of teenagers come in and sit on the tall tables behind us... They start cussing and yelling back and forth (they knew each other). Not one manager in sight! 40 minutes have passed. The girls want a refill, the hubby is still hungry, and he also wants a refill. I'm just annoyed at the yelling. The server is coming with a pizza! Yaay!!!! Wait, it's not for us?! These kids got here waaaay after we did (ordered there) and they already have their pizza? We got our pizza an hour later. She gave the girls and the hubby a refill. Never came back to check if we wanted something else; which we did. I never got my water. HORRIBLE service is an understatement. I almost forgot to mention. There were some workers that were cussing at each other and just talking nasty in Spanish. They should be more mindful of their customers. I will never dine in again. First off, the dining experience. Do not dine here!!! The place is crawling with drunks and ghetto looking people! Me and my gf had to pass by a group of gangbangers and once in the dining room was greeted by another group of drunks all sitting in the bar shouting about something. Funny how the pizza differs from each location of this place. I like to come to this location if I want to sit down and drink a beer with a few friends over a pizza. It's a friendly atmosphere and they have some really cool and personable bartenders. Every once in the while, you will get a pizza from this location that has just way too much grease and really soggy. (But the location I usually order from in Burr Ridge, is always outstanding.) I just ordered a stuffed pizza and the dough to cheese ratio is waaaay off. A real stuffed pizza (what Falco's used to make) would have a much thinner layer of dough on the bottom, a quarter inch at the most. This "stuffed" pizza had about an inch of dough at the bottom, wrong! See the picture. Seems like Falco's is getting cheap with the cheese. I'm sure it costs less to fill a "stuffed" pizza with dough rather than cheese, but they still charge real stuffed pizza prices. Quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Have had Falco's from the Cicero location my whole life and it has been wonderful. This location is so terrible it's almost funny. Pizza was half cooked, canned mushrooms, little to no sauce and the sausage was non-existent. And we waited appx. 80 minutes. You couldn't design a worse pizza if you intended to. Please, go out and shoot a squirrel in front of your house and eat that instead, you'll be quite happy you did.
