Last chance. 2nd time I've ordered a bison burger medium well and both times it's been mid-rare! If I wanted it bright pink in the middle, I would order it that way! A little pink I can handle but not the entire inside! Gross. It was carry out so I couldn't take it back. Take some lessons on how to cook a burger properly, please. (Buffalo burger, Reuben salad) I wouldn't come back, though, because the beer is way overpriced. You can buy Guinness at the corner grocer for less than one glass here. Went today for a late lunch. The shrimp po boy was yummy-I had it with grilled shrimp and a side of housemade chips. Others at my table had the bison burger and turkey wrap. We all loved our food and were very pleased with the service! We ate our food outside since it was the perfect day for it. Finished off the meal with the gooey butter cake. HOLY DELICIOUS. Fallon's is an excellent establishment. We were there today at an off time (3 pm on a Saturday) and the place was mostly empty. But our server was excellent and had the chef make my son's pastas w/out tomatoes and capers. The onion rings were were made fresh and served with a yummy horseradish sauce. The rest of us had the fish and chips. Again, the fish was fresh batter dipped cod with homemade coleslaw. The prices were reasonable and I'm sure the place would be hoppin' most any other time. It does have a great pub atmosphere and many tv's from which to watch sports. would highly recommend. Hard to find a reasonably priced local spot that actually makes fresh food to order. read more

Love Fallon's. Even after eating there 3+ times a week for 2 1/2 years, I don't get sick of it. Try a house salad with chicken, toss in the buffalo sauce. The buffalo chicken sandwich with pepper jack is amazing. Wings are A+. Great atmosphere, have some amazing bartenders and servers that really do go the extra mile. Their seasonal drink menus rock. Very friendly here! I had dinner here and from start to finish the service here was top notch. The food was outstanding. I had a rueben; very good with fresh sliced meat, tasty sauce and melty cheese. My boyfriend's fries were as non-standard and delicious as you can get, a plus for me. Possibly hand-cut, well-rounded seasoning, and crispy hot. Beer selection: excellent. Can't wait to come back for evening entertainment as I've heard they have live music on the weekends. read more

When you're so close to a booming new smokehouse, you have to be on point. I don't think Fallon's was on point. They were pretty tasty, but not on point. I had a side caesar salad to start. I found out later that I was charged for a small caesar , which is fine. It could have been miscommunication. However, it was $5 which was considerably more than I thought it would be (typically things like that are cheaper when coming with a meal). I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. It tasted pretty good, pretty standard. The chips were good too, although overcooked. The waiter asked me if I wanted any sauce so I said, sure, I'll take ranch to dip. I found out when I got my bill that I was charged for that sauce. It isn't a huge deal except he never said it would be extra and he offered! I probably won't come back. Great place to watch the game and to hang out with friends. They donate a lot to charity and have a wide variety of events. Cornhole, painting with a twist, event donated an entire trip to Ireland for two! All of the proceeds to the Ireland trip went to Alissa's Hope (a local breast cancer charity, check them out!). Food is great. Daily specials are awesome. The head chef (Steve) is always popping around to make sure all of his specials go out perfectly. Danny and Chris (owners) are the friendliest around town and Josh (manager) is great as well. The whole staff is great, the regulars are friendly, and the food is amazing. read more

This place is ok for drinks if you live right down the street and don't feel like traveling far. The interior looks like a typical irish pub with nothing out of the ordinary to look at. Don't ever order their chili if it's on the menu. It tastes like someone scraped the black char from their grill and stewed it in beans with way too much chili powder. read more

If you have a coupon or gift certificate don't waste your time. They hate taking them. The waitress ran (literally) to get a manager after we supplied her with a gift certificate. A special gift certificate that they gave out on a "trivia night" as a prize that they themselves said would "never expire" (and it was for food only). The manager came over and argued his case bitterly that it was a year old and he couldn't except the gift certificate and then reluctantly gave us half-off the face value. I didn't tip the waitress due to all of this, and the manager then confronted me very rudely AT MY VEHICLE and asked if there was a problem with my service tonight. I sent an e-mail regarding my rude service and got no response. Do not patronize. read more

NEVER GOING TO FALLON'S AGAIN!!!! A few coworkers and I went in to Fallon's today for our lunch hour and will never go back. When we first got there a waitress came up and we gave her our drink order. About 5 minutes later she came back and we placed our food order. About 45 minutes later we started to notice that people who had arrived later than us were starting to get their food while we still had not received anything. After being there for a little over an hour the table that sat down immediately after us was walking out having already finished their lunch. One of us went to the bar to ask for a manager, which we were told would be out to speak to us. While asking for the manager our waitress finally walked by our table and we were told our food was coming up. We asked it to be placed in togo boxes since we had already been there for over an hour and needed to get back to work. 15 MINUTES later a different waitress dropped off our food and walked away. No manager ever arrived to talk to us. Our original waitress didn't even deliver us our food. Already upset with how rude the service was and how we were treated we left Fallon's and arrived back to work (one hour and 35 minutes after we originally left work and we still had not eaten). We went to go eat the food that was now a to go order and we found a hair in one of the dishes. We work only a few minutes away from Fallon's and with few choices besides fast food, we would like to frequent restaurants often but NOT FALLON's!!! We came back to the office and told everyone in the office about our horrible experience and I will continue to tell people. read more

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Menu items were overpriced, even though the food was fairly good. The music was so loud that I had to leave - had a difficult time even hearing the waitress (who called me Sweetie). I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to a quiet dinner. Wow!!!! This place is not near my home, but I will go out of my way to go here again! I can't explain how attentive the staff is here, so you'll have to go for yourself. My kids had a pizza which was kind of standard pizza, and I had the gnocci diablo which had awesome flavor. What stood out, though is that the staff was very friendly, and even staff that had nothing to do with my table were coming up and asking me if I needed anything else: Did I need a box to take things home, did I need more water, lemonade for the kids, etc. You will be pleasantly surprised by this restaurant/bar. I also should say that I felt comfortable with my kids here. Outdoor seating is available as well. read more

I've really enjoyed Fallons during each of my many visits. It's great "pub food" and everyone is friendly. They also have nice beer specials, though I don't follow them enough to know the schedule. My favorites dishes are the reuben and the buffalon chicken sandwich, and the onion rings are very good. They have several tvs inside for watching the game(s), a very nice outdoor area with a fountain, and they regularly have music playing inside and/or outside when the weather allows. They also do trivia nights, though I have never participated. My only criticism is that I was there a couple times when they were obviously short-staffed so the service was a little slow.. but that was a year or more ago and it has not happened since so for my review I'll let it slide. read more

We got takeout from here just to try it... My friend loves the roast beef sandwich from here... But he likes roast beef from almost anywhere lol... The onion rings were under battered and a little underdone for my taste... I ordered the pot roast for $14... I thought for that price it would be good but it was just ok... The meat tasted like it had been cooked separately from the gravy with no seasoning and then placed in the brown sauce... It came with chopped up potatoes and carrots and was placed on pile of mashed potatoes...( I thought it was weird to put potatoes on potatoes but maybe that's just me)... The mashed potatoes it was on were extremely thick like they added nothing to them just potatoes..... It's one of those places that doesn't peel the potatoes completely so you get those pieces of skin throughout the mashed potatoes.... I might have a beer here but I don't think I would order food again.... read more

Really loved the onion rings and will have to come back for more! They are the best I've found in St. Louis so far. Like I noticed someone else mention, I ordered a medium well burger and but the whole table commented on how red it was in the middle. It was a big burger, so I just ate around that part. The patio is really nice, but we are going to eat inside next time...or bring citronella:) The staff is friendly and they have a large drink menu. read more

This place has great food, solid pub fare with a few twists. Daily specials are always imaginative and a safe bet! Things usually taken for granted get special treatment. The fries and onion rings are superb, as are the chips. Really great burgers, especially if you like a Full Slice of Onion! Also one of the few places that has a really tasty veggie burger. Standard Irish fare is done perfectly, check out the stew! Fish and chips is also perfect crisp and tasty. Again, mostly pub fare, but a notch up from what you were expecting. Good selection of cold beer on draft, and LARGE glasses! They also have an amazing selection of Irish whiskey. The staff is courteous quick and attentive. I have honestly never had a bad meal there, which is why I go back. I rarely give a stinker a second chance. My only criticism is that they no longer have live music.
