We HEART Fallon's! My husband and I have become regulars. Mostly because of the amazing staff in the bar. We just like hanging out there to watch the game or catch up with Michelle, Lexi, Paige or Alissa (servers/bartenders)! We are vegetarians. There's not a ton to choose from, but the vegan burger is yum!! Oh and the potato skins are amazing...for a splurge;) and we love the nice selection of beers and of course Irish whiskeys. read more

Had lunch there for the first time and was very impressed. My Salmon BLT was perfectly cooked with a thick slice of Salmon. I had sweet potato fries which were seasoned with cinnamon sugar..nice surprise. My Michelob Ultra was ice cold as was the chilled glass they offered. The managers/owners stopped by to check on my food..nice touch. The reason for my first visit was because they give back to the community (and I heard the food was great), having donated money to the St Louis Ovarian Cancer Awareness banquet recently and other fundraisers for Breast Cancer Awareness. I don't think i could say too many great things about this place. The food will speak for itself i have tried almost all of the menu and never once have i had anything that was less than fantastic! The owners are wonderful and so warm and friendly. We even had our rehearsal dinner here not just because the food is SO WONDERFUL but because really you cant beat the atmosphere. Was planning on taking my Mom and partner to lunch at Sugarfire's next door, but they were overflowing and people had no place to sit so we went to Fallon's. Was a gorgeous fall day so we opted for outside seating as we had planned at Sugarfire. The staff were quick (to start) and very friendly, prices were fair and portions were relatively generous. I opted for the fried shrimp po' boy with onion rings, my partner got the same with sauteed shrimp and Mom got a burger and fries with slaw. My po' boy was very good, the bun was sturdy yet fresh and the onion rings were excellent. The fries were great and seasoned just right without overpowering the ketchup and onion ring dipping sauces. Mom said the burger was delcious. One complaint, our server brought the bill and said "no hurry". He meant it. 10 minutes later I walked the bill inside to pay it. The bartender had to track him down which took another couple of minutes. If we had been the dishonest sort it would have been incredibly easy to simply walk away from the table and drive off without paying. All in all though I would recommend you give it a try. read more

The food here is mediocre at best. Fallon's is very accommodating, we hold a monthly meeting here and they always take care of us by reserving the back room. The service is great, but the food is just so so. I normally get some sort of wrap or burger, probably the safest things to get on the menu. T-ravs tasted like cardboard. I think the only thing that is consistently good is their draft menu, they usually have a wide range of craft beers, some of the better ones too. read more

The food was so lackluster. The "Irish nachos" were painfully terrible - the beef was unseasoned, and tasted as if the flavor was boiled out of it. You get lured in by the lovely fountain outside - well you need to REALLY love the fountain because it tastes like that the water they serve, so unbearable. I have been going to Fallon's for over eight years. I love the atmosphere. Fallon's has excellent food and they are always adding new craft beers to try out. If Irish whiskey is your thing, then you will want to cone out and join the Fallon's Whiskey Clan. I believe they have the largest selection of Irish whiskey in the area. Fallons looks like your average pub, but it is definitely a step above! You can choose to sit on the restaurant side of the bar side. They have a varied menu and very good food. The service there is excellent. We have been there often and always have wonderful service. Their house dressing is a parmesan garlic vinaigrette that looks a little different, but is amazing. If you save room for dessert, their funnel cake fries are amazing. Light and airy funnel cake sticks served with chocolate, whipped cream and strawberries. If you are in the mood for a more substantial dessert, their gooey butter cake is the best I've ever had. read more

I have been here a few times for happy hour with some co-workers and usually would get their Irish nacho's or their wings, both amazing. Decided to go with friends for dinner the other night. Whenever a place has gnocchi on the menu I have to try it. Best gnocchi dish I have ever had and will definitely be going back for. If only they had a small portion to go with happy hour : ) My friend's boyfriend had the steak medallions and had great things to say. (He would usually cooks these amazing meals for us on Sunday nights at his home so his thumbs up meant a lot - thanks Jeff : ) I guess they have a new chef who used to be a high end restaurant in Chesterfield. 2 friends and I stopped in here on a Saturday for lunch. It was a seat yourself type of deal. The service seemed a bit slow however I think there was only one waitress here and one bartended. The food was good, I would put it on par with hot shots, maybe a little bit better. I would think about coming back but I would most likely go to SugarFire instead... sorry. read more

Love this place! Owner introduced himself to us and greets us now even after a few months between our visits. He seems to genuinely care. We feel like we are really welcome when we walk in. We go to Fallon's at least once a month. In several years, we've only had one bad meal and the manager apologized profusely and replaced it. We usually get the burgers or the specials - it's not a salad kind of place. The service is always outstanding and we never have to wait for a table. This is the part I don't understand. Poor Fallon's gets left out because it's next door to Sugarfire and the food is at LEAST as good. Go and support Fallon's before it's too late!! read more

Love this place! My husband & I sat at the bar so we could watch the baseball game. Our server was very attentive & was very helpful in telling us what items we could get using our Groupon. We had the stuffed mushroom appetizer. It was phenomenal! We could have made a meal out of just them. I ordered the Philly Cheese steak and did not have high expectations for it (I'm from the Philly area), I was wrong! It wasn't AS good as a really Philly but the most comparable I've been able to find in STL! We have become regulars at this awesome local pub. The food is fantastic; the servers are always friendly and efficient; and the fun patio is perfect during the summer. I order the Reuben and fries almost every time and have never been disappointed. The fish and chips, potato skins, and buffalo chicken sandwich are delicious as well. Plus they always have a large selection of great beers on tap to wash it down. And there are plenty of screens if you're looking for a good place to catch a game. Wanted to Yelp to let everyone know about the new Wednesday King Kut Steak dinner special. I would typically never order a steak from a pub, however, after hearing friends say how great it was I gave it a try. It was a pleasant surprise! They marinate the meat overnight which gives it more flavor and tenderness. It comes with a side of mashed potatoes (skin on) and mixed vegetables of broccoli and carrots (still somewhat firm as they should be). All for $6.95! Not a bad place, but not great either. Ordered the app sampler, Ruben with coleslaw. Tha app sampler was good. The buffalo sauce in the chicken was GREAT! The coleslaw was not a typical slaw. It's more of just a salad that's been finely chopped and soaked in vinegar. Not a winner for me. The Ruben was very dry and needed way more sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. The ratio of meat to wet ingredients was just off. Also the female singer thay had had was ok, just WAY too loud for that small of a place. read more
