Attended for our annual St Patrick's Day meal. Got there just in time for the band. Very loud. Made it next to impossible to have a conversation with my table mates. Our server was hurried and not real friendly. I get that this is probably their busiest day of the year, but that's no excuse for unfriendly service. Food was good but barely warm - although we got served on paper plates with plastic wear while tables all around us had actual China/ceramic plates and real silverware. next year may opt for a different locale to spend our $.

Aye, I'm not even gone hold you. I like Fallon's. I've been here twice and everything has been pretty consistent. First time I came here, I came alone. I was plgreeted immediately. She was very helpful with helping me decide what I wanted. I ended up getting the buffalo chicken wrap. It was really good! All of my food was hot & fresh. The next time I came, I was with my husband and we ordered a slew of things. We got chicken wings, a salad, gooey butter cake and he got a chicken Philly wrap. Everything was phenomenal. I wish my wings were fried a little harder, to be crispier but they were still good, hot and fresh nonetheless. THAT GOOEY BUTTER CAKEEEEEEEEE. FIRE. My salad was a side portion but it was still HUGE and the house dressing that came with it was the Bomb it was sweet, tangy and savory. My husband's chicken Philly had proved cheese and the cheese pull was insane. Everything was seasoned perfectly as well. I'll definitely be back!

Fallon's has excellent Irish food and American fare. We were here on the night Notre Dame football was playing the Nittany Lions and it was on all the TV's and many people at the restaurant were wearing Fighting Irish apparel. It made for a fun evening as we dined at the bar. I ordered the Guinness stew and my boyfriend ordered the strip steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Both meals were delicious and enough that we shared them. I really like the flavor of the stew and steak. We also ordered the chicken wings and they were very good and crispy, not fried soggy. Our server in the bar was excellent and hopping busy as she was one of the bartenders too. She regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The ambiance at Fallon's is casual but it's fine to be dressed up here.

Took the opportunity to watch Copa America football and Fallon's Bar and Grill was the place. Visited on a Saturday afternoon and was able to get seating with no issues. Fallon's has plenty of seating for any group and would be great for any occasion. Our server took our drink order and provided their daily specials. We went with a spinach/artichoke dip with pita bread and was served hot and delicious. After a few minutes reviewing the menu we ordered and took in some sports on the plenty of TVs throughout the place. They do show Cardinals games regularly for those needing their fix. Food was served quickly, great portions and well seasoned. Our server checked up on us to ensure our needs were addressed and drinks were topped off. Great meal at Fallon's and will be back to try their happy hour specials. Give them a try.

Good ol Fallon's! This place will forever have a place in my heart. I used to love going here when I lived in the neighborhood so coming back is always special. They never miss! Started off with the potato skins that were cooked just right. If you like a good pub skin, you'll truly fall in love with these. Got to get the breaded buffalo chicken sandwich! Whether you get it with or without blue cheese it truly doesn't matter. A humongous piece of chicken, fried just right then tossed in their buffalo sauce, delicious! I had to get the funnel sticks to cap off the dinner. I'll be back soon!

Sat at the bar. Not a busy lunch time on a Thursday. Calm atmosphere. Attentive service. Ordered the Salmon BLT, Brisket sandwich special, and House Hot Wings. Cold smoked salmon, enough to fill the sandwich. Brisket was plentiful. Wings were a little spicier than expected, but well made.

Joined a group of folks out on the patio after a MeetUp and was VERY surprised to hear that their special of the day was Corned Beef Hash with Fried Eggs on top! Yesssssss!!! And to top it off, they had a Bloody Mary Bar with all sorts of stuffed olives to dress up a VERY tasty Bloody Mary! The service was GREAT and it was a perfect day for sitting on the patio. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Pork steak and BBQ beans.

I love this place!! Sit at the bar a few regulars and no kids! Always ask for the special of the day. Today was a St. Louis staple: BBQ pork steak with baked beans.

British Bar INSIDE a "British designed hotel", so I had my hopes probably heightened more that it should have with my previous British bar results. I went in thinking British craziness and got a "Edgar Allen Poe" feel... But I'm going to say this was NOT what I was expecting. First and foremost, your eyes are going to need adjusting. Plain and simple, it felt more like a dark ... room? (Part of the problem I think is that as it was already June, you can forget using the fireplace to lighten the room up) so it felt.. "Small", and I"m going to feel weird saying this... "Romantic Horrorfest". Wait, before you go "wha??", this isnt' necessarily a bad thing. The Taxidermy , the photos on the wall. the fireplace. the VERY (and I mean VERY) dim lighting... The limited seating on the main floor, the one door in and out it had a "wooden cabin feel".. Yes, if you had a wonderful romantic film and it was suddenly invaded by some monster villain... This where it would take place and it would be perfect. (See I can find positive things to say about things i wasn't looking for) As for the service, apparently (going back to the Romantic filmfest), I was struggling to get any attention for the bartendress, cause I guess I was solo'ing by myself, and because of how I wasn't able to get the bartendress attention... I kinda felt like an unwanted customer in a place more for couples or friends getting together which had me leaving shortly thereafter, so no real food score (although I will say, much like Oh London ,the menu wasn't really much to work through...), Anyway, no TV's, no world cup game on the air.. just like I said a vibe of a cabin in a "romantic movie, where the monsters lurk". And Apologies for some of the iffy pictures, it just didn't feel right using a flash on the camera in such a secluded locale) and like I said, it wasnt' what I was expecting (rowdy British fans watching the local club or something), but there's something about it that even i have to admit, would make this location a nice "date night" or "out with friends' location, more so than just a single person looking for a nightcap. (And Maybe there really is a monster hiding in the fireplace, to keep the "Horror" feel going?? :)

We visited on a Saturday at 5:00 PM with a group of 10 and made reservations ahead of time. In hindsight, reservations weren't really necessary since the restaurant wasn't very busy. There was a private party in the back room, but it didn't affect our dining experience at all. Food: Overall, the food was very good. I'm not sure why there are so many reviews mentioning bland or flavorless food because that wasn't our experience. The complimentary bread was outstanding. I wasn't personally a fan of the orange marmalade served with it, but everyone else at our table really enjoyed it. I highly recommend the stuffed cremini mushrooms, jacket potatoes, and salmon bruschetta. Everyone who ordered a salad or the clam chowder soup was pleased with their food. For entrees, our group enjoyed the grilled pork chop, glazed pork ribs, salmon, fish and chips (definitely not bland), and the kids' chicken strips. The side dishes and drinks were also very good. The atmosphere was inviting, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Service: Our waitress was wonderful and worked very hard, but the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed. I honestly felt bad for her. You could tell some of the other customers were becoming frustrated with the wait times as well. Another issue was the lack of high chairs--we had to wait for another family to leave before one became available. I would have given this restaurant 5 stars if they had more staff on hand and a few extra high chairs available. Despite those issues, the food and atmosphere were excellent, and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more items on the menu.
