Just updating my previous review. I still stand by my those remarks. Unfortunately I feel it necessary to share a couple recent experiences that I left me rather disappointed. The food and service are still great. Base prices somewhat reasonable, but lots of hidden fees now. If you pay by credit card. They automatically add in a tip without telling you. So in one case I was charged a tip. Because I didn't realize tip was included I left some cash too. They got tipped twice and I did not even receive any table service. The other was a grinder that I ordered over the phone for pickup. They do not tell you that you are being charged .99 cents for each additional item. So three dollars was added to what was a reasonable bill. So I shopped around like a good consumer. I found less expensive place down the road. Their food is on par. We had a dreadful meal. We ordered 2 sandwiches that came with fries. I ordered mine with no onions (dont' like raw onions). We asked if we could sub onion rings for the fries. We were told yes. A bit later the server came back and said they were out of fish and onion rings. I said I was avoiding potatoes, could I have something else. Yes. Fine, we asked for a cup of mushroom soup and a small chili. When the soup arrived it was curdled (and not very flavorful). The chili without beans had an inch of fat floating on it and was tart like vinegar and spicy, it tasted like the brine from a jar of hot peppers was poured in. We ate very little of these, pushing them aside. The sandwiches came. I took one bite of mine. It was full of raw onions that were chopped so they could not be picked out. I ate the meat only. The server never came back until it was time for the check. She removed my sandwich from the bill, she said she forgot to order it with no onions, although it appeared that she was writing that on the slip as I ordered. BUT, we were charged full price for the platters AND full price for the small soup and chili. It would have been fair to charge an up charge for any amount the soups exceeded the cost of fries, but full price on both? Nope. Never going back. Bad food, bad service. read more

Nice food in a casual atmosphere. Even hot dogs are made better than average. The pizza is a nice Greek style pizza. For meals I've tried the Moussaka, and the fried clam strips. The clam strips were average but the Moussaka was amazing. The Moussaka was maybe a little light on sauce, but the waitress was happy to bring me a side. It was brought out fresh from the broiler with some nice crispy cheese melted on top. The current Two Roads IPA is available in bottle, as well as many other beers and soda. read more

This place is horrible!! Ordered 3 grilled chicken salads and two wraps. The cook rang up the food for 78.00. When i questioned the bill the owner , who is a complete asshole came over and rudely insisted it was correct. Review for takeout: I wanted to try somewhere different for pizza tonight so I decided to come here. I haven't been to this restaurant in years! I called in, and ordered a small bacon & onion pizza. The phone barely rang once before it was picked up, and the woman who answered was quite pleasant, and gave me a time of 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. When calling in, they give you a number for your pickup order instead of you providing your name - (I really prefer this system, as my unique name is difficult for some people when I am calling to place orders). I arrived at the restaurant after 15 minutes, and my pizza was hot, ready, and waiting! Upon walking in the door I was immediately greeted by all employees that were near the front door, and was in and out within 5 minutes - everyone was extremely friendly! I really enjoyed the pizza: there was not a lot of sauce on the pizza, and the crust had the perfect amount of crunch. I know I ordered bacon, but the only thing I would want to change is that the pizza not be so greasy - almost the whole bottom of the box was covered in grease. This wouldn't stop me from going back, but I would try ordering a different pizza to see if I got the same result.
