So my wife and I just had breakfast at this location this morning. We arrived a little before 11 and we got a seat right away which was nice on a Saturday morning. We ordered our drinks coffee and a large orange juice, then our food, I had a the country Benedict and a side of there "famous hash" and my wife had the egg Benedict with her eggs over medium. The food arrived like warm. My wife started to cut into her meal and found the English muffin not to even be cooked and the eggs to not be cooked all the way, the whites were still runny and the food was bland and tasteless. As for mine the gravy was good and the eggs were not cooked completely either and I found that hard to believe seeing how I ordered them fried. I had the smallest piece of ham imaginable! As for the hash first of all for $3.50 I had maybe a 1/8 of a cup of hash on my plate and didn't deserve to be called famous. The orange juice I had tasted like it was sunny D from when I was a kid and wait til you see the size of the orange juice for $4.50! Will not be going back to this place ever again. We had to wait about 35 minutes for a table. The food was delicious and everything was cooked perfectly. Service was very attentive, almost too much so. There were about four different people checking on us which was good but I felt a little rushed. Beware for whatever reason this location does not have alcohol which was lame. So don't expect a mimosa. And when I asked about it I felt like the server was kind of snappy. Overall I think next time I'll go to the university location because the food was about the same but the service at the university location is better and you can get a mimosa. read more

I normally love this place and I go to this exact location every time my mom comes in town. Today the bald guy with the beard who was serving us was so rude. He acted as if he was doing us a service by serving us. I don't know if he was having a bad day and was snappy with us because of personal problems but it completely turned me off. I know every server is your server but he completely ignored us while helping other tables around us. Staff and service was incredible. We were checked on at least 10 times. Food came out quickly after ordering and the coffee was strong. We had breakfast. Today I had lunch here for the second time. I ordered the club with potato salad. Honestly, the potato salad was bland. The sandwich was good but on the dry side. I enjoyed my first meal here much better. (Half salad half wrap). I'll give it another try & choose from the breakfast menu next time. If they don't get it right then I'm done. Oh...One more thing. Outstanding is the best way to describe this place. The cornbread is soft and sweet plus the jellies are top shelf. I had the hash with 2 eggs and hollandaise sauce all over it. Gastronomical heaven. Prices are good and all the floor staff is your waiter so you can ask any for assistance not just your waiter. I hate when there are several waiters on the floor but yours is nowhere in site. When it came to the service, that was absolutely horrible. If you're a regular customer expect the best service in your life, with that in mind this was my first time visiting and everything that came out from the service was nothing but dry, no smiles, no warm welcome or anything like that. It made me feel like I shouldn't even bother spending money here because I'm not welcome. The food was good, I ordered a breakfast pizza there, but one thing I would want to see is the stuff on top of the pizza stay on the pizza, whenever I tried to eat it like a pizza should be eaten kept falling off and make a huge mess. DO NOT GET THE COFFEE HEREE!! I know that it's weird saying that about a breakfast place but if you just want plain black coffee make sure you like the extreme bitter taste then go for it. Went there on a Sunday at 1. No wait which was good. 3 different people tried to take our order. That was confusing on who our waitress was. I ordered the Avacado omelet no tomatoes. Well it came with tomatoes. Usually I would deal with it but I was pay $12 for eggs and it better be right!! Not really impressed when it came out again. Disappointed. I've eaten at this location in the past and had a decent experience, but they really went downhill. My husband and I both had their hash plate and had eggs prepared in different ways. Both eggs were over cooked and their "in-house" hash was bland, as was the hollandaise sauce. I had a biscuit that tasted like it was reheated in the microwave--rubbery and dry. Okay breakfast but overall a bit disappointing. They were busy, but their slogan "every server is your server" felt like no one was our server after the initial amazing server took our order.
