Great service, very clean inside, staff is so friendly and the food is fresh and good.

Nothing "big" about the "Big Cheese"

I'm trying to cool my jets so I'm not "angreviewing" (reviewing while angry) but I feel totally ripped off by my experience here. I brought my nephew with me and we ordered two combos @ drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with onion rings and a small drink; he: the California avacado burger combo. Thirty bucks. I'm not joking. My burger patty was skinnier than a McDonalds regular burger patty. The bun was cold and dry. I took off the huge hunk of iceberg lettuce. The onion rings were like cardboard. My nephew's burger was more substantial, but everything else was not worth $30. I honestly do not understand any of the positive reviews for this establishment. Our food was ready by the time we got around to the payment window so it was not cooked to order. I cannot recommend.

I went here to kill a little time waiting for Kohl's to open. It was clean from what could see and there were folks inside and in the drive thru but they weren't being slammed. I wanted something for breakfast but nothing huge and I saw this mini cakes skillet and it seemed perfect. It was the perfect portion size I was looking for. It filled me up without making me overly full. The mini pancakes were just ok could've used some butter which I had asked for when they brought the food to my table but never came back with the butter, so I did without, the bacon was cooked well the eggs were bland as heck but I added salt and pepper and some hot sauce. When I was there it wasn't too busy but I was ignored for almost 10 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped. There was one person at the register helping someone else by making their drinks and he saw me but didn't say I'll be right with you or ask someone else to help me. The drive thru person saw me and didn't say anything to anyone. I was about to leave but finally another person came around and asked if I needed help. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular and even though the service I received that day wasn't up to par I'd like to return and try the burgers and sides. I hear they're pretty good. Maybe when I return I'll have a better experience and not be ignored. If so I'll update my rating.

Fast service and clean building Extensive menu including breakfast, sandwiches, burgers and more. We only try the burgers and they were good.

Great place for lunch the lines we're short and the food was good! There's a good choice of food for anyone and breakfast is served all day

Love FB's in CA so it was nice that we were able to stop by this FB while making some technical sales calls nearby. My colleague has been here many times and when he asked if it was OK if we had lunch here, I was like hell yeah. They happen to be having a lunch special with a Cobb salad and a drink so I was all over that. It was so good. was stuffed after getting to half the salad. Unfortunately I couldn't take it home because I will be going to dinner and then off to my hotel. This place is clean; typical. Including the restrooms.

Great service yummy zucchini but I was a little disappointed in the onion rings. No flavor.

I've been eating Farmer Boys since the early 90's in Ontario, California and was super excited they made their way to AZ. The inside was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We ordered the 1/4 Parmesan Crusted Sourdough Burger, Onion Rings, Zucchini and Strawberry Shakes. Didn't ask for ranch but they read my mind because they have the best ranch!! Everything was sooooo good and fresh! Farmer Boys has the best everything! Be prepared to wait because this is not to be confused with fast food. This is fresh food which takes time to craft. Before you leave, don't forget to ring the bell to show your gratitude! We'd definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised. Was in the area and did not want a typical fast food joint. I would describe it as a quaint diner with quick service. Food was hot and fresh! The dine in area was clean and bright. Would come again if nearby and would definitely recommend! Items tried: Patty melt combo with onion rings 10/10 Seasoned well, great crust Kids chicken strips with fruit and milk 8/10 Perfectly balanced Side fries 10/10 Crispy and airy Strawberry milkshake 10/10 (not pictured) Tasted homemade

Dipping Box with fries and Jr Cheeseburger and one piece of zucchini (yes, they're huge) from my partners side order.

We ordered the Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich with the folded egg, and our second meal included scrambled egg whites with the upgraded Million Dollar Potatoes for an additional $2. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious and incredibly filling! The honey hot sauce on the sandwich truly took it to the next level. It was so good that I'd love to recreate it at home. The only downside was the Million Dollar Potatoes. They were a bit too salty for our taste. I'm not sure if the saltiness came from the potato seasoning or the Parmesan cream sauce, but it overpowered the dish a little. Everything arrived hot and fresh, which we really appreciated. We stopped by just before 12:30 p.m., and the restaurant was very busy. The location is on the smaller side, so the waiting area felt a little cramped. Since it's a breakfast and brunch spot that's only open until 2:30 p.m., it's understandable that it gets crowded during peak hours. Overall, everyone seemed friendly, and we had a great experience. The Million Dollar Breakfast Sandwich alone is worth coming back for! Despite the salty potatoes, we'd definitely visit again and look forward to trying more items from the menu.

We actually followed the owners here after frequenting their previous coffee shop, En Route. When they opened New Penny, supporting them was an easy decision. The café is thoughtfully divided into two distinct spaces: a family-friendly dining area and a lounge-style bar area geared more toward adults. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. There are house-made dishes, local merchandise, a shaded patio, and plenty of charm throughout. My wife's favorites are the Breakfast Totchos and the Acai Bowl. Personally, I am also a loyal Breakfast Totchos fan. As for drinks, the Copper Coin and the legendary Cowboy Latte are both worth ordering. What truly sets New Penny apart, however, is the people. The owners and staff have created a space that feels inclusive, welcoming, and genuinely connected to the community. Support local businesses. Better yet, support local businesses that are doing things the right way. Get to know the owners. Get to know the staff. Places like New Penny don't just serve food and coffee--they create gathering places. Whether you're meeting a friend, taking a business meeting, enjoying a date, or simply looking for a quiet place to sit by yourself, New Penny delivers. One of my favorite local businesses, and one that my family will continue to support.

The decor is a bit dark, but chic & colorful. Our server, Esmerelda, was fantastic: funny, attentive, polite. There was a guy there who seemed to be the Jack of all trades. He brought us our food, I saw him behind the bar, and even bussing tables. He, too, was friendly & smiley. Cocktails: they had a great selection but we went with plain ol' Cokes. That's okay, we'll partake of their boozy drinks when we visit again. Food: parmesan truffle fries were aah-mazing. I even told Esmerelda they should add a pizza with the garlic aioli. The buffalo mozzarella had a bit of a kick to the sauce; we could have used more toasted bread to dip into it. We ordered the heaven and bianca pizzas. The crust was thinner than normal, which I was happy about, and the flavors of both were delicious. Dessert: despite not finishing the appetizers & pizza (no worries, we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers!), we opted for a gelato flight. It was divine, and hefty samples. You wouldn't think 4 oz was much, but of gelato, it was plenty. We selected chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, and mango. If you haven't tried Roma 23, I highly recommend it. So the staff is NOT wine savvy, I wouldn't trust their recommendations on pairings here either. They didn't have any Pelligrino left, so I ended up getting an arnold palmer. However, when they brought the check out, the Pelligrino was still on the tab and we had to ask them to take it off. We both got pasta, the lasagna and the chicken masala, and a caesar salad. The noodles tasted like it was made in house, which was nice. Chicken was not overly breaded and the sauce was light. The salad had too much cheese but I think some people just like that on their salad. I'm interested to try their pizza at some point in the future, assuming we can make it in time before they close ;)
