The service itself was going to cost $75, and I already spent $24 on transportation to get here. When I arrived, I was told that the nail technicians had already left because no customers were there. I find this very unprofessional. If the business is open until 7:00 PM, I would expect at least one or two technicians to remain available during posted business hours, or the business should indicate that it is no longer accepting customers. The open sign was still on, which made it appear that services were still available. To make matters worse, I now have to pay for another Uber to travel to a different nail salon, adding even more unexpected expense and inconvenience. As a business owner myself, and someone with a background in management, I believe business hours should be honored and customers should be able to rely on the hours that are posted. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning

My young children purchased a gift card for me at the beginning of April for my birthday, and just a few weeks later, the business was sold with no notice to customers. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

From the beginning the woman, I believe her name is Becky, but I can't be sure, did the worst job. I had to remind her to put a topcoat on my pedicure. This should've been the moment I said she wasn't doing my nails, but that was my mistake. I asked for almond shaped nails, I literally showed her the picture with the color. I asked for DND and they said they didn't have it, but they did. So weird. Anyway, she starts to do my nails and she makes them stiletto. I did not show her a picture of sharp pointed nails, I've showed her a picture of rounded nails. Then she put them on all wonky. I spent way too long telling her she was doing it wrong. So, she starts to take off the stilettos to put on new almond shaped and she type the nails that were wrong down to where my fingernail was and left the base of the nail on my nail. So basically she was putting another nail tip on top of the nail tip attached to my finger. I can't even explain it it was so dumb. She literally either doesn't know how to do her job or doesn't want to do her job, but either way she didn't do her job. In conclusion, my nails immediately started lifting, these were brand new nails on top of nails that hadn't been done in a year. There's no reason for lifting ever. Do not go here, you will regret every penny that you spend.

The service I received yesterday from Vincent was unacceptable. I requested a clear overlay and maroon color nails with a one finger design. I called for an appointment and he accepted a 630pm appt. so I could get nails done with my mother-in-law. After the overlay, he was trying to get the right color the 1st two colors had more purple than brownish red. We found a maroon that was like the picture. He decided to put black down first which I asked if that was necessary he said it would make it darker. as he was doing my nails with black I explained to him I did not want any of the black showing through around or anywhere on my nails because when he did one with maroon it was showing through with black. he also left one finger for a design which he painted it with shellac white. I did not like the design and I went to pick out a glitter shellac which I asked can you just put it over it because I saw he was frustrated about me not liking his design anyway that did not work which he stated I know you don't like it and I've been working on your nails for two hours and I'm about to go home then I said that is not my fault. He took off the white and I told him Dat could do it polish on the finger left. He then came over and painted then maroon. Like I explained to the manager there, I usually go to Kevin but I went to Vincent to be with my mother and Kevin is on vacation. Vincent left power underneath my nails, he didn't clean them up at all, you can see the black through some of the nails and some of the nails have no clear polish so it looks dull. I have been going there for 2yrs now and that will be my last time I spend my money there. I feel their services has decline and no one will ever make me feel I'm wasting their time and they are about to go home and expect me to pay for shiesty work. If Vincent wasn't going to take his time then he should have never taken a 630pm appt. I requested I not pay the full amount due to lack of professionalism and poor work done on the nails. The manager asked if I would return tomorrow to let them fix it but I said no this is the last time I will ever come here. He give 20%off after I said 15% isn't enough. After moving to the area from north Houston I had to search for a new nail salon. I have been to many in the area, some very bad... but I love this place! The salon is always clean and bright. Everything is brand new and well thought out. They make you feel special as soon as you walk in the door. There is always someone here who greets you with a smile and I have never had to wait for a service and sometimes even get to go into the VIP room! I love that they have a full bar and complimentary drinks, and they offer you so many choices on all the different options during your service. Ken is literally the best for shellac manicures. It doesn't matter what color I get they are always flawless and last for almost a month. I'm getting married in November and I'm making sure that he does them! Also best hand/ arm massages ever. FASHIO Nail Spa was wonderful! We had a large birthday party there all getting our nails done, and because of the inclement weather, every one of us was late, but they never made us feel rushed or out of place. Everyone loved their nails, and the bride was really happy with her treatment. One of the ladies in our party was in a wheelchair, and they were able to accommodate her, without making it seem awkward. It's set up very well for large groups, and making a reservation was easy! If I'm in that area again, I'd go back in a heartbeat! Supper clean and close to my house in pearland. They had all free drink and free liquor. Tianna doing a good job. This is my new favorite nail salon. I started coming here about 4 months ago. I left my old nail salon because they were always super packed, rude, and never greeted the customers. When I started going to Fashio, they were SOOOO nice and very patient with me (because I am VERY picky).. I am very particular about how I like my nails shaped and a super clean finished look. I have not been unsatisfied yet. They are also up to date with the new nail trends, have the best drinks, and I always enjoy the latest movies while getting my nails done. My personal fave techs are Ronny, Amanda, and Ann. I brought my mother-in-law in for Mother's Day and she also said they treated her like a queen and she loved her nails. read more

Ron did my nails. They were great! Catherine did my pedicure and it was nice. Update: I've come back several times since my initial visit & while Ron does a great job my pinky nail broke 2 wks later. Came in to have it fixed and I was told there would be a hour wait. A hour wait to fix one nail?! That's crazy. When I asked was there someone else who could fix it I was told no... Yet there were plenty of nail techs there who I'm sure could've assisted me sooner than a hour. I was told to come back however I do not live in or near Pearland. Wow!! I have had tons of pedicures and nail treatments and this place takes the cake! Salon is clean and decorated nicely. They are very thorough and detailed. Did not rush through the process. They offered a drink which I did not have, but they appeared to be mimosa. They put a heat wrap on my shoulders and I drifted off into complete relaxation. I had a deluxe pedicure, shellac on my fingernails and eyebrow wax. All 3 ladies were complete professionals. While I believe this salon is a little more expensive than most, I will continue to go there simply for atmosphere and a job well done. read more

Love FASHIO! Great service& never too busy so they don't rush your experience ! New shop in shadow creek about 5 min from 288. Lots of TVs playing new movies, beautiful chandelier and decor to create a luxury spa like atmosphere. Nice staff and the shop is VERY clean! They have margaritas, wines and non alcoholic beverages with chips to snack on! It's like being at a movie theatre! Nice sized private room with a more personal setting for parties or maybe a date with friends or spouse! The place had great service and they even gave me a $2 dollar discount so the amount can be even. The guy that did my nails made sure that my nails were dry before I left and said that if I had any problems with it I can come back and get them fixed if they were to mess up. I also liked it that they have a kid/toddler area for the pedicures and the drink bar is fabulous. I got two drinks for the wait for my nails to go dry and the prices are average. By far the best nail salon I've have ever experienced! Johnny did my pedicure and I have NEVER had a technician that was that detail oriented who made my feet baby smooth! Fashio Nail Spa is amazing!! Daniel is my nail tech and does phenomenal work everytime. He's very passionate about his work and takes his time making sure everything is perfect. This is my favorite nail place in Pearland, and I can pretty sure they are the only best one in this area with theater room, private party room etc All of the technicians are AMAZING!! After moving pearland had a hard time finding a great nail salon with fair pricing until finding FASHIO Nail Spa. They do high quality nails at reasonable prices! Great service today (b-day eve!) at Fashio ( as usual). Johnny is AWESOME. He does the best pedicures and is a people person. He takes his time and makes sure your needs are met. I've never been to a nail salon that cuts so many corners when it comes to dip powder services. Proper dip application requires removing the old dip each visit, yet I was repeatedly told that if I chose a dark color, I would need a completely new set the next time. That simply doesn't align with standard dip nail practices. I was also surprised to be charged extra just to trim my nails -- something many salons include as part of basic service. Over time, the focus here seemed to be more about speed than quality. What truly ended it for me was my most recent visit. The technician did a very poor job on my nails, and instead of correcting the dip properly, the manager placed shellac polish on top of the dip powder as a quick fix. The polish began peeling the very same day. I walked out extremely disappointed and will not return. Luxe Nails -- quality, integrity, and professionalism matter far more than speed or cutting corners. Customers deserve better. Tu really disappointed me and management doesn't take concerns seriously.

There were 4 other clients there during my visit. No shields on the pedicure stations, however we were all distant and the techs were wearing mask and gloves. I'm not sure if the salon is always this quiet (slow), but I plan to return if I can get Jenny to do my pedicure. UPDATE: I just found out Jenny is a manager, so the likelihood of me getting a pedicure by her again was low. My guess is she just jumped in so I would not have to wait because, the other tech were occupied.

They also have a wide variety of colors that really fit my aesthetic, which I loved. The tech who did my nails was friendly and pretty good overall. However, after finishing my gel topcoat, she re-filed all of my nails. I mentioned my concern that filing after polish can cause chipping, but she reassured me it wouldn't be an issue and said I could come back if it was. Unfortunately, the polish began chipping the very next day. I came back two days later, but since my original tech wasn't in, another tech fixed it for me. While I appreciated the quick repair, one of my nails ended up shorter than the rest and uneven since she only took off the gel on half of the nail, which was disappointing especially after paying $80.

I kept hoping this would become my "go-to" spot in the neighborhood but after three visits with three different technicians, I've realized the consistency just isn't there. The staff seems to change constantly. My last visit for an acrylic soak-off and pedicure was very disappointing--the filing was so rough and uneven that I actually wanted polish just to hide the work, but the tech disappeared as they were closing up. My nails still hurt and soon after I got home I covered it with polish to make sure it doesn't look odd. I did mention it at the front desk and the person there said, I will keep in mind next time. Sadly, I won't be returning. It is incredibly frustrating to pay so high for a "breather" for your natural nails and end up with a job so sloppy that you actually wanted polish just to hide the damage. The inconsistency and high staff turnover are major red flags. When technicians change constantly, you can't build a relationship with someone who knows your nail health and preferences. Pedicure tech was nice and did her job well.
