The factory is not very quick at getting the product to Budget Blinds. I highly recommend Budget Blinds. They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. They moved our shutters ( which were purchased through another company) to a different window and then replaced that window with shades instead. That was very appreciated. They also offered to fix the some of the shutters which had broken and needed new hinges. They made some adjustments to the older shades they had put in previously. The installers were receptive and did their jobs adequately. I also had recommended them to friends. The problem was the follow through. I think maybe there must have been something going on because it took so long for them to respond to finish all the work - mainly the shutter repairs. This is why I am taking a star off.
