LATE, unprofessional, RUDE- DO NOT BOOK!!! Yes, I had to reschedule the day before, due to a last minute personal situation- I understand that was not ideal to the movers but Ana accommodated with no problem, great. 1) She confirmed via text msg several times that the start time is 7am. Movers showed up at 8am and told me they were told to come at 8am. Texted Ana and she blamed the long drive and morning traffic, obviously NOT owning her OWN mistake. 2) The movers are not very careful: a) I witnessed falling handle from a transparent container box while being transported on a hand cart, I know this happens and is normal, but the mover did not bother to pick it up. b) I saw ceiling fan/light got bumped to a side by the sofa when placed vertically to be moved. c) Usually professional movers use a big box to collect smaller items altogether, they did not. 3) Free wardrobe boxes were promised, only 3 were on the truck (I have x3 wall closets, one in each room, no walk-in closet)- only 1/5 of all clothes went in. Ana blamed me for not ordering more in advance (but she never asked or mentioned any details, while she knew I'm moving from a 3-bedroom house)- poor prepared. Given the multiple inconveniences, I inquired for a possible discount. This Ana woman got mad and rude IMMEDIATELY, saying no rescheduling fee was charged (which was never mentioned), accusing ME (?!) of MY (?!) "attitude" and THREATENING me with OFFLOADING the truck. I was appalled and replied "wow", then movers got notified right away and mentioned that I fought with their boss and started ignoring me while unloading from the truck when being talked to, not showing any sign/will to try to alleviate this situation. I quickly hired another company with the same rate the same day; whom showed up early, professional and respectful, communicated well and got the job done quickly and nicely (and had plenty of wardrobe boxes!!!). 5 Stars for this outstanding company as I had a fairly easy move made even easier by two strong amigos who helped me move from the 4th to the 5th floor in my building. Arrived right on time, never took a break, and were careful not to break anything. Was quoted $100 per hour and they finished in 3 1/2 hours so it was pro-rated to $350 (and I added 30 bucks tip for each of them). They brought a strong dolly (needed for moving an oven), blankets, wrapping tape, and even a drill to remove a mirror from a heavy dresser. The 2 movers were really nice guys and they worked fast. I had no issues with them. Although they did break one of my ikea dresser but the management was willing to pay for the replacement with no issue. I had a pleasant experience with them I even bought them food and tipped them $20 each. The moving cost were one of the lowest I could find during my research so they're pretty affordable. read more

I contacted nearly 5 moving companies to help me with moving from 2 bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom apartment. To start with, the person I talked to on phone was very helpful and extremely polite. They were replying very quickly and gave me a reasonable price fast. I actually was very stressed that they will not come because I already encountered that with someone else, but they sent me a confirmation text the day before so I knew they will definitely come. Two men- Chris and Felix came exactly at the time we agreed, they saw the area and quickly started the work. I haven't seen them having a break or even talk to each other without working, they were very professional and fast. They finished the work in 7 hours and did an amazing job. I picked them because they had really good prices and Ana was super nice. Until she wasn't.... lol... We had made the reservation or the movers to show up at 1-2pm. I got text at 1pm stating the movers were running late and it will be 3pm-3:30 instead. This really put a damper on things since we request half a day at work and not going to have to wait. I told the lady to please make sure it won't be any later then that since we are waiting for them at the storage unit. She assured me it wasn't going to be any later. Then I get another text from the driver with pictures of the ETA 4:25. At this point I'm pretty upset but still trying to be understanding. The driver said for me to call the office so I did and I think they are all using cell phone because I know she knows I was called at least 10 times. I thought I was being ghosted. Luckily the driver finally answered but was very rude and If anyone is going to be rude it would be me since they are making us late. But at that point I just wanted it done. They did end up showing up and were pretty fast and were very good at what the did. We didn't give them a big tip and sucks for the guys but don't give me attitude when you are in the wrong here. At first our move date was postponed by a day. On the day off they kept pushing the time to move us. We booked for morning at 9 am and didn't get moved until about 4pm. The crew was tired when they arrived because they just had a big move prior to coming to us. I also had to ask them to cover the floor as they moved furniture into our new house. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible. These guys are the worst movers I have ever experienced. They were incredibly slow. It took them over an hour to remove the doors off of my refrigerator. And a total of 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment 15 miles. I guess when you are charging by the hour there is no motivation to be expedient. Every step of the way was a nightmare with these guys. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next. Zero customer service. When I called the manager to complain about how the driver was trying to change the terms of the deal, he actually hung up on me. read more

I moved from 2bd house to a 2 bdr apartment with 3 flights of stairs(no elevator). Luisito and his partner did an amazing job. I have a full size solid wood dinning table, wood china cabinet, 2 sofas and two bedrooms full of furniture. They moved all of it quickly and gently. I highly recommend this company. read more

Manuel and Rodrigo were not only hard workers, but they were respectful of our items. They wrapped and carried our items with such caution. I would definitely hire this company again in a heartbeat. The minute they arrived, they worked hard, and non stop. My husband and I are so glad we had a successful move during a stressful time, but Manuel and Rodrigo made the process so smoothly. It's hard for me to believe that this company only has three stars. Miguel, the owner was very professional in our initial conversation. We arranged a move in late February. They were on time and efficient is really an understatement. They showed up with huge dollies and could stack four bins at once. I couldn't believe how fast they loaded everything up. Additionally, all the little stuff that I still had all over my apartment they were able to put into their giant boxes and transport that for me as well. I was so impressed with them that when it was time for my mom to move last month I called them again. They did not disappoint! I had planned on giving them a review sooner but it slipped my mind. It was only when recommending them to my friend Samantha today did I decide to check out their yelp. I don't know how it was even possible for people to get flaked on in these other reviews. I can't speak for anyone else but I can tell you this, we have a carpet cleaning business in the family and there have been numerous competitor carpet cleaners who leave bad reviews in order to discredit other businesses. Not pointing fingers at anyone. Their rates were fair, and they did not have a five or six hour minimum - which the other 20 companies I called did.
