The circumstances are too long to post, but he was rude and had no patience for the dilemma I was in. He tried to convince me to do a $49 repair for a $5 bracelet instead of working on the issue I orignally arrived with. In the end, I didn't leave the bracelet because he already told me that he wouldn't warranty the work and that my daughter was 16 and probably careless, so she would end up breaking the bracelet anyway. My fiancé and I came in so he could try on wedding bands and also to see if there was any way they could adjust the size of my engagement ring. Richard was extremely kind and very helpful. They talked us through a number of options to make my ring fit a little tighter without actually resizing it. They added two small knobs inside the band in one hour and saved us the trouble of fully resizing my ring! Richard also let my fiancé try on a number of styles without adding any pressure to purchase from them which kept our experience pleasant and informative. Unfortunately the guard that was installed had clasps with sharp edges that were scratching everything they touched & snagging on clothing, plus they had a tendency to open on their own. I took my watch to this place to repair. I left it there while I went shopping and came back in a couple hours and asked her to see if the battery needed to be changed. When I came back she said it wasn't the battery and I would need to pay $500 to fix it. I declined the repair and gave it to someone I know that knows another Fast Fix franchise owner. They took it there, replaced the battery and charged me $35.00. I guess paying that high rent at Westfield turns people into thieves or she was just incompetent. DO NOT GO THERE! I was in LA and my eternity band got stuck on my finger and had to be removed. I was sent there as they were closest to the hospital and they were able to remove a stone from the eternity band and cut the ring off my finger. As i did not want to travel with lose diamonds I asked Fast Fix to fix the ring. When i got home I took it to my jeweller who made the ring for me and he informed me that the stone was changed. It is visible to the naked eye. Fast Fix swopped out my diamond for a lesser quality stone which is brownish in colour. I have called them several times and they keep saying to me that they are unable to find the job number and they never get back to me. I now have to get lawyers involved to help me fight this case as they will not get away with theft!!! The century city store swops out diamonds!!!! read more

We came in to get a battery put in for a talking watch for the visually impaired that had stopped running. The guy who helped us was friendly and knew right away what type of watch it was and what it needed. In fact, he told us it held two batteries, one for the watch and one for the mechanism that made it tell the time out loud. He was a true expert in watches because he was highly skilled and knew immediately how to install the batteries and exactly how to set it and set the watch to tell the spoken time. Asked specifically for brown, brought in the broken band. Get it back (well after it takes them an eternity to find) and it is shocking pink. Owner insists it is same color (somehow my original broken band was "lost" - fortunately had photo). Still the manager insists color is right, treats me like I am crazy, even when I show him photo! Not only that, but new band looked used, frayed. Sent back and got same wrong thing. The worst was manager's attitude -- the man actually cursed me out on the phone, went into a full blown sexist rage when I politely asked for refund. I believe he called me a "crazy b--ch," among other things. Never encountered such a rude, unprofessional retailer -- EVER! No one should ever. read more

Today I have brought my watch for a minor repair and their qoute was no charge. I love this place they are professional and very friendly.I recommended them to my friends and they are very happy of their services. My advice is to get a quote before the repair is done and decide if the repair amount is reasonable or not, that will keep everyone happy.
