I paid over $100 for them to replace the posts and the first time I wore them, one pair broke. Within an hour, that $100 repair went down the drain with my faith in humans to do the right thing. It wasn't even a week from the time I picked up his shoddy work. When I tried to bring it back, not only did he give me attitude, but he wanted to charge me. He even said he remembered when I came in with my male friend when we spent hundreds of dollars. He said he was willing to throw in the labor but wanted me to buy a new earring back and post which was not even gold. And he wanted to charge me $50 for a metal, (NOT gold) post and earring back. How many earring backs have you lost in your life? It wasn't just his greed that annoyed me, it was his total and utter disrespect of me as a human. I find men like this treat women very differently when there's another man with me. I wouldn't trust these folks. Plus he obviously doesn't respect older women. Steer clear.

He e-mailed a pre-paid return packing slip, apologized for sending back my watch in such condition, and promised to work on it so it comes back as good as new. Watch was received the second time by Time Tec on 2/5/26. It came back today, 3/9/26 after a little over a month turn around time. Kevork delivered as he promised, the pictures speak for themselves. I would rather he did it right the first time, but I'm really grateful my experience with Kevork and Time Tec ended on a positive note. I don't think I've ever left a negative review in my life on yelp. But this one is definitely worth it bordering on criminal activity. I had my girlfriend that was going to century city mall to replace a battery for my watch that's usually 10-15 dollars an old Swiss wenger. Which was actually 10 dollars at another fast fix in hemet that was awesome and a nice guy. But not this time.. She comes back with a receipt of 80 dollars, sold to her by Cesar the manager. I go in two days later and there's another lady working and ask how much would it be for this watch just new battery. She says 39.99. I ask her to check it twice to make sure and she says she's positive it is this amount for this watch. I come back two days later when Cesar is there (who looks like you would expect a shady type who has many of these yelp reviews would be behind) says no she got it wrong. She is there in the store and I ask her to come over and look at it and Cesar says "no she does not need to come over here, so I walk over to her and ask her do you remember me from two days ago asking about this watch? She says "no I don't think so"...she doesn't remember me from 2 days ago? I start to understand what's going on and why this place has the yelp reviews it has. Cesar was not only rude but started actually calling me a liar, and yelling at me that I don't know anything about watches. This is the "manager" of this place. No offer to refund, even make it the 39.99 which was priced by the other worker. Cesar has the look of a criminal and after reading the yelp comments of others this place, definitely a place to avoid. I have proof of all of these interactions btw, and if anybody knows a way of recourse please let me know! And avoid Cesar and that shop! read more

I am writing this review at the request of my mother who does not spend much time online and does not have her own Yelp account. She never give reviews but was so impressed by the quality of service a this Fast-Fix store, that she asked me to share her experience. She had a couple of pieces of jewelry repaired and purchased a watch battery. The prices were reasonable and the workmanship with the repairs were very well-done. I have read some negative reviews on here but it should be noted that this store recently went through an ownership change and apparently, the previous owners were conducting some shady business practices. As far as my mom's experience goes, she was thoroughly pleased and highly recomends this jewelry repair shop. read more

I come to this mall a lot have came here as a kid growing up I needed to get a couple watches repaired late at night with a hour left before closing. A young Man named Austin helped me out Great customer service was a little pricey but because of the service an a great connection between me an the sales person I stayed. I've been a customer for some time.. I took my watch in for a band resize. They did the job just fine.. I was hoping they would set the time.. The person said he would rather have me do it. ITs a G Shock, I understand they're complicated that's why I asked the fix it place to fix it. I even offered 10 more bucks to set the time... Customer Service isn't what it used to be. Today, Francisco repaired my watch. I fully expected to be told to leave it behind and it would be ready in 3-5 days and instead he had it fixed while I stood there checking out the silver and gold polishes they sell at the front desk. It didn't even cost very much. This was a small thing for him to do but I plan on having him fix other jewelry because I didn't know they do other work there as well. Thank you Francisco! read more

I always come in here when I need new watch battery. They're usually fast, although the last time they said "fast" would mean an hour. Good thing I had a more than an hour for lunch. Watch batteries are never as cheap as you think they're going to be, but that's true wherever you go. If you work in Century City and you notice your watch is dead, this Fast Fix is a very convenient place to have in the mall. read more

I always go to Westime on the first floor for my high end watches and then use Fast Fix on the 3rd floor to get my repairs. Recently I helped get her Baume and Mercier watch repaired there. The store is great with watches. The price is cheaper and the quality is just as good as Westime. Being in the same mall is convenient. If they move its still worth going here although less convenient. read more

Extremely Disappointed: Watch Retuned in Worse Condition…read more I brought my watch to Regency Jewelry based on their glowing Google reviews, hoping for a simple evaluation and estimate on cleaning. I met Bob, who was kind and seemed knowledgeable. He said it would be sent to their "watch guy" and quoted a turnaround time. When I finally got an update, I was told my watch was rusty and probably a fake (Omega). That was a huge red flag showing a lack of knowledge and expertise. Then, when I went to pick it up, the story changed. Now it was probably real but "not worth fixing" because the party's are too difficult to source. Fine. Frustrating, but I accepted that. The real issue: when I got the watch back, the crown fell out, and the watch no longer keeps time. I have them a watch that worked albeit in rough shape, and I received back a non-functioning. No accountability just a shrug and gaslighting. I stayed calm out of respect for Bobs advanced age, but let's be clear: my watch was returned in significantly worse condition than when I brought it in. That's unacceptable. I'd give myself 0/5 stars for taking my watch to Regency. What a mistake that was.
