The BESTTTTTT!!! My business got broken in to. And as soon as we noticed it needed a whole new front door glass repaired we called them. They were at our store in twenty minutes. I mean we didn't even have to have it boarded up. They came so fast and fixed it soooo quickly. Amazing service. Very friendly. And of course no one wants to meet under these circumstances. Great handiwork by these two pros. Very professional job and after my building was vandalized one night, they were local and showed up very soon after I called the next day. They did an excellent job, completed the job efficiently, and with friendly service at an affordable price. Plus they were able to take my credit card as i need to pick up more checks, which was a huge plus considering. The large bay window (apx 4' x5') was on a building I use for both residential and business, and I will be using them again for any work with any of the windows. Fantastic service and a really nice guy. From the time Lauren answered my call to him completing the job took maybe 75 minutes. The wind had slammed a door shut and shattered 2 of its 4 panes. Lauren came right away, removed the old glass and cut and installed the new glass on the spot. His price was reasonable, and he was the only guy who answered the phone on a Sat, let alone 24/7, as he assured me he does. I recommend him highly for the right service and attitude. Long overdue review from October... my front window had a giant crack, probably as a result of my kids repeatedly running into or throwing things at it. Lauren at Fast Glass gave me a quote over the phone and was able to get out to my house to measure the window the same day. The job was completed the very next day. My house is a pretty old, a 1925 craftsman, and it was nice that he was able to replace it without damage to the surrounding wood frame and my interior plaster walls. I hope I don't have to replace any other windows soon, but if I do, I will be sure to call Fast Glass again :) read more

Called fast glass on a Sunday to fix my grandfathers kitchen window. The guy told me he wasn't at his shop because it was Sunday but also told me to go ahead and send him pictures. I sent a few pictures and he responded right away. Told me to meet him at his shop at 3 pm. I went, him and his wife were there waiting. 15 minutes and $50 later my window was replaced and he even straightened out the old rotted wood frame. They were super cool down to earth people. I called Fast Glass to get an estimate on a small 10x11" window that was broken. A man answered right away and was able to give me a quote right then and there. They asked that I text them a picture, to make sure we were on the same page. My window was fixed within an hour of contacting them for $73 which is what I was quoted (if not more) by other companies. Wow, these guys are awesome. We needed a glass cover to our antique Duncan Phyfe oval table. I called Fast Glass and Loren answered my call right away, texted back and next thing I know our job was complete and he said our table was smaller than he thought and charged us less. my 90 year old grandfather called me and told me he had a broken glass slider door and when I went to check it out it looked older than me and I'm 46 and I thought there is no way someone can fix this. the frame was all mangled and it looked hopeless. My 8 year daughter broke the glass in our door and we are making her use her allowance to fix it. The gentlemen from Fast Glass (forgive me for forgetting his name) completely understood the situation, fixed the glass is less then 20 minutes and had great stories of similar mishaps with his boys and from his own childhood. I had my coffee table top crack and needed it replaced in time for Christmas. I was pretty last minute getting it taken care of- but I called and they were able to bring a new piece the next day. I paid $20 for them to deliver it and they came and took away the broken glass and replaced it with a new one. Friendly service, quick response! I docked a star because I wasn't given any estimated time for delivery... they let me know it was on the truck and would be coming that day but i wasn't given a time window. They texted me when they were on their way so it was like a 15 min warning. Thankfully I was working from home that day so it wasn't an issue, but that's not always the case and it would've been difficult to plan my day. read more
