Great food and FRIED. Good frienly customer service- woild definitey recommend trying this place!

-Burgers- Their burgers look hand pressed to me so i don't think they're frozen. Their special sauce is on par with in-n-out if you have ever had them. Definitely better than smash burger, good times, and all them. 5 guys is good too but different, this is more like a west coast burger. -Fries- Seasoned, crispy, amazing, holds up to the heavy sauce on their sandwiches -sammies- Amazing try them all especially the hangover :D -Atmosphere- Great environment, great people, be prepared for it to be busy at times Oh and they sell booze :) read more

So I'm going to begin by saying they close at 1am, we ordered at 12:00. The cashier himself was extremely ignorant did not even greet anyone nor looked at us I told him my order because he didn't even ask. We waited until 1 am for our food and when they finally gave us our food they told us we couldn't eat inside because they were closed already. Our food was all cold, meaning they WAITED until it was 1am to give us our food. Horrible service and food. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They are not following corona guidelines. I saw one of the cooks drinking a beer in the back. Employees cussing and gave little attention to customers in waiting area. After hearing about this place on the Travel Channel, I really wanted to like this place. We ordered takeout online which gives you the option of customizing the items. Unfortunately those customized requests get ignored. First item I requested no ketchup...I hate ketchup. When I opened the wrapper there was ketchup all over everything. I asked for Ranch as the side for the wings. No Ranch was included, and the wings were TINY. Even with Sunday half price wings, it's still not a good deal. The last item was the Fat Cow. They forgot the Buffalo Ranch and bacon. Not the French fries though. It was basically a French fry sandwich. The staff were friendly so I gave two stars. Food gets a zero. read more

It's unfortunate that there are so many people that have had a bad experience. My husband and I ordered from here and right as he walked in he got a text that our food was done and the girl came out with it. Everything was delicious. The wings were juicy yet crispy which is exactly how we like it. My husband got a Fat Bronco and I got the Fat Shack. It was so good! My favorite part about the whole order was the Fried Oreos. Literally heaven on earth. I tried to get my husband to go back to get a second order of them. Very please and will be ordering from here again. read more

Grand opening was last week. I stopped in to check it out with my wife. We ordered the single stack burger and fries. The burger was $6. And we had fries and a drink. Service was fast. But the burger did not impress. It did not even compare to Smash Burger, Fat Burger, Freddie's, Five Guys, even Good Times has a better burger.They say their meat is cooked to 165 degrees, I think it was more like 185 degrees. It was so dry, that there was no juice in it. It was as hard as a hockey puck. And I think it was a frozen patty. Which is a big No No in the specialty burger business. The fries were fantastic , crispy and seasoned perfectly. I chalk this up to opening day issues. But on opening day, you got to impress, we will try it again in a month or so. Maybe they will work out any issues. Now we are going to try the new Garlic Knots Pizza Pasta place that just opened right next door. With a name like Fat Shack, it sure didn't deliver. If I could give the food 5 stars I would but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Granted, it is 10pm I gave them the opportunity for the fact I was there later than usual but I ended up waiting for my food for over 30 mins longer than anticipated. One of the employees claimed he worked there still drinking a beer still working but said he was off the clock. There was a customer who was being rowdy and the "worker" proceeded to antagonize the customer like he wanted to fight him. Today me and my family ate there and I would just like to express some concerns. The Single was built beautifully but the burger was a little tasteless and there was a lot of cheese applied, overpowering the burger. Secondly, the Doobie cheesesteak ( I think that's the name of it) is pregnancy cravings on bread. The best way to describe it is Panda Express Orange Chicken on bread with French fries from Waterworld, mozzarella sticks and onion rings piled onto hoagie bread. The French Fries remind us of soggy Waterworld fries. They would taste a lot better without whatever batter or coating that was put on top. The only good thing we ordered was the Buffalo Cheesesteak. I feel that the food was not worth the $45.21 we paid for it. I don't think we will be coming here any time soon. read more

Deceptive marketing practices at best! Half off wing special on Sundays is only available if u go in and order from a person. I waited 30 mins in a crowded room before i could even put in an order. Half off wings are NOT worth it if you have to stand for an hour in a lobby. We have had food from this location a few times. More often than not the order is wrong or missing items. Tonight they missed an entire entree. When you call they have a very lackadaisical attitude about helping you. Tonight I was informed that she didn't need my complaint about the missing food and hung up. This is the very reason that so many businesses tend to go out of business. A lack of customer service usually ends in a business that isn't there in a few years. Had a rough experience last night with fat shack. First time I used grub hub and ate fat shack. I order a large fries which tasted like it was soaked in grease for hours. It was super wet and soft. Second I ordered a 2 liter of root beer and the delivered me a 2 liter of cherry coke. The only thing that was good about my order was the vanilla shake. I will never order from this place again. My boyfriend and I came here to get some food. The kids working were loud and completely unprofessional. We told the girl we needed a few minutes to think so she went to the back and when we were ready we had to ask for help over and over to the point that we had to yell to get someone's attention. While we're waiting the boy working came outside and was skateboarding not even working. 15 minutes go by so we go back inside to get our food and same thing they're all in the back loud and laughing not paying attention to the bell the door makes. Already frustrated my boyfriend and I finally get our food and the boy got our order wrong and almost didn't give us our drinks that we asked for. We told him we wanted two meals and only gave us 1 fry. We will NOT be going back! The most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I will not be spending my money there anymore. read more

First time eating Fat Shack. I had the philly cheese steak with cheese sauce and onions. It was exactly as I wanted, a greasy goey tasty sandwich which is probably real bad for me. I whole heartedly enjoyed it! I think it may be over priced by a couple bucks but the amount of steak was pretty generous so I don't mind. I ordered online and my meal was ready to pick up in about 20 minutes. The ladies working the register and bar were quite nice. I've ordered from this place quite a few times and it's really hit or miss. I've picked it up to-go and gotten delivery. Sometimes it's great. The cheesecake bites are amazing and the sandwiches are soooo good.... if the order is right. More often than not, there is something missing from my order (sauce on the sandwich, powdered sugar on the desserts, etc.) or the number of items it says it comes with is inaccurate (i.e. ordering 6 chicken fingers and only getting 4). Once I ordered from Grubhub and my order was cancelled by the restaurant, which made no sense because it was 10pm and they're supposed to be open at least until 1am. My last order, they didn't give me my sandwich at all, only the appetizers. I'm disappointed because the food really is good when it's right but the amount of times that my order has been wrong makes me not want to order from them again. read more

The workers there are pretty clueless a lot of the time. They are also pretty lazy. They refuse deliveries with the excuse "you are outside of out our delivery range" when we have had food delivered multiple times to the same address. I would avoid if you don't want a ton of time wasted. read more

Just threw out $30.00 worth of so called food. Hubby and I wanted philly steak sandwiches and our normal place was closed so we googled and the nearest place was fat shack so we gave it a try. First the sandwiches (if u want to call them that) there was nothing left to the bread it was completely soggy with grease - obviously they don't know how to make a true philly steak sandwich. Here's a hint - griddle the inside of the roll!!! It's not that hard. Keeps the bread from becoming a soggy nasty inedible clump. Second - to top it off the nasty soggy sandwich was not even the sandwich we ordered. We ordered 2 regular philly cheese steaks - not one of their crazy fat sandwiches- we ended up with one regular and one with Buffalo sauce. Only thing remotely edible was the fries and that was just barely. I don't know how they put all those other ingredients on their sandwiches - the bread must be nonexistent if they can't get the regular philly right to begin with - by the way we r from The east coast and know what a real philly is supposed to look and taste like and these were not even remotely close. I wouldn't feed this to a raccoon in fact I would rather eat dog food than this soggy clump of grease. Absolutely awful!! Save your money. read more

First of all we go in at 2:05pm on a Sunday. Upon arrival I noticed 10 people standing around waiting for their orders. Brushing it off, we end up waiting 10 minutes to order. Once ordering I get my drink cup and go to fill up. No ice. No big deal, it happens. We go sit at a table and start watching football. Waiting..waiting..more waiting... at around 2:40 my buddy gets his sandwich. (There are 3 of us)...more waiting. I have heard nothing but good things about this place. My boyfriend and I we're in town visiting family and this was on our list to check out. We ordered appetizers, dinner, and desert! Everything was super fresh and a reasonable wait time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Would defiantly recommend to family and friends.
