This restaurant is very modern for young adults( hence that its right next to a college) the food is delicious, the vibe is amazing and the people who work there have good spirits. All of the employees were SO nice, the restaurant itself was super sleek looking and clean, and the food was great! We had the chicken fingers, Philly cheesesteak, and mac n cheese bites (huge portions for the price). All great. They had a very large and fun menu, with options that you can't get anywhere else near campus (fried oreos??? Yes ma'am) we'll definitely be going back. Great addition to TCU, great location, and being open so late provides more food options for all-nighters (instead we're normally stuck to just Dominos). 10/10 service 9.9999/10 food. read more

No thanks. We won't be back. As like other reviews, hubby brought home our food to have missing items from my sandwich and no flavor. I got the "spiciest" option on the menu and it lacked any spice also because they don't bother with the sauce. When you have this much breaded items you can't eat a dry sandwich. Wings were tiny which I'm sure is why they don't mind having a special on Sunday. Oreos were the only decent thing, but not enough to salvage coming back ever again. read more

This place was ok. If you're looking for healthy food, this place isn't for you. I had philly cheese steak. Others in my group got the specialty sandwiches with the fries in the sandwich. It was a lot of fries on the sandwich for most everyone's taste. They sort of overtook the rest of the sandwich. Service was very good. Very attentive staff. Dessert was really good. My friend and I decided to go check out the actual restaurant since we had ordered delivery last time and we were so impressed with how cool the interior and layout of the place was. Everything was sparkling clean as well. Our cashier helped us with suggestions for food and drinks (they have a full bar!!) and we had such a great time - the service was phenomenal. Our food came out quickly and we could tell it was extremely fresh. I tried a strawberry malt shake this time as well as a philly cheesesteak and they were both excellent. I used to come here because I liked there food, but after so many bad experiences I will not be coming back. There staff is badly trained, they don't show consistency in food preparation, and they struggle to do simple tasks like redeeming rewards points. The girl that took our orders was so pleasant and informative about the lunch specials they had going on that day and throughout the rest of the week. During a pandemic you would expect more from employees and employers but the staff were rude and not at all attempting to wear masks. My brother and I only order take out if we do not make something at home because it is really too dangerous to be eating at a restaurant. I understand that people still choose to and aren't wearing masks as they eat 6ft apart but the employees were not wearing their masks whatsoever. The only one that had their mask on had it incorrectly hanging below her nose, the others had it below their mouths on their chins and one didn't even have a mask at all. He just came out of the kitchen talking (which is the main way to spread Covid-19. Completely disappointing, we will not be going back and telling everyone about our experience. If we go back I'll make sure to take pictures and report it. read more

The sandwich here is amazing! I got the Fat Shack, and the small is not small at all. I could only finish half and got the other half to-go but it was SO delicious. Amazing customer service. Great food ! Ordered the wings - could have had more meat on the bone but great flavors. The BBQ chicken fingers were giant ! Definitely a great buy. House made ranch was good. The cheese fries were basic unseasoned fries with plain cheese sauce on top. The fried pickles were really good. Couldn't tell if they were prefrozen or made to order! But oh my the fried Oreos are to die for! Super delicious we were so stuffed from our meal that we didn't even eat until hours later & when we did they were still fresh and delicious. WOW!! I must say this place was incredible! The moment we walked in I just knew this was going to be a good choice for dinner. The staff and atmosphere is fantastic! The food is absolutely AMAZING! I came here with my fiance and one year old daughter. My fiance ordered the Fat Chance. It was loaded to the max with fries, chicken strips, jalapeno poppers, buffalo ranch sauce & cheesesteak meat. I ordered the Fat Shack. It had a very generous serving of fries, cheesesteak meat, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, and chicken strips. Everything was cooked to perfection. I ordered from this place via DoorDash. Prior to placing my order I read few reviews from yelp and someone said they take a long time and that was in reference to dining in. So when I went back to DoorDash it had an estimated time of 52 mins smh. I ordered anyway, time changed to 26 minutes. Needless to say the time kept changing and my dasher had to sit there for a very long time because it seriously took over an hour to get my order. So, be prepared to wait if you order from here. I only ordered 6 wings (sweet heat bbq), deep fried cheesecake and deep fried Rice Krispie. Wings and cheesecake were good (I'd buy again) and I don't know what the Rice Krispie taste like because they didn't send that to me. Instead I got funnel cake bites. Those were good but too thick and since I was craving Rice Krispies, it didn't do it for me. Next time I'll try the sandwiches. read more

Slow service, subpar food, EXPENSIVE! I get it, it's a place for people who are stoned out of their minds or very drunk. The burger I got the first time I came in was okay,but the "fat doobie" I got last time was terrible! I don't like honey mustard,so I got ranch instead.it was so soaked in ranch it was litterly dripping, and I could taste nothing but the ranch that seemed like it had been left out for a couple of days! I also asked for extra mozzarella sticks on it in place of the onion rings, but got extra onion rings. And the manager, Bella I think her name is, is a complete b****! Told me she didn't care that my food was wrong and that it was my fault! I can't believe how rude she was! They should put her in the back somewhere washing dishes and tell her she's lucky to have a job. Jake was a much better manager the only other time I was drug here by my girlfriends. Apparently they fired him because he was too good at his job or something. The owner needs to get his stuff together and learn how to keep his good employees, and get rid of the bad ones! Went for the 1st time today to try it out & they forgot my side of fries but other than that the food was amazing.

First time to order from them, maybe the last. It took over an hour to get the food and when the delivery guy showed up he handed me the food as fast as he could and literally took off running. Then they didn't even give us all our food, the guy didn't even check to make sure that was all that was in there. When we called about it they told us there was nothing they could do about it. So had to get grub hub to give me my money back. Just sucks because the part they forgot was the only reason i even ordered from them in the first place. Food was okay, had one of the specialty sandwiches the French fries were too much.. there were more of them than anything.. would rather have more meat. I'm real big on first impressions and this place didn't make a good first impression. read more
