We were driving through this area so decided to stop by and give this place a try. Upon entering, we felt very welcome by the woman at the register who greeted us. It was our first time here but she was very patient with us and explained all the options. We got a couple impossible Burgers with vegan cheese, original,burger, large burger, skinny fries and fat fries. We also got a vegan strawberry milkshake. I've cooked impossible burger patty at home and always thought it had a bit of a strange aftertaste so I was a bit worried about eating it here. . But at Fatburger I didn't taste that at all. In fact, the impossible burger was quite delicious. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and I really appreciated that they have vegan cheese! Oh and yes to onion rings in the burger! The bun was crispy and soft. The carnivores liked their burgers too. Fries were hot, crisp and not oily. I think it would've tasted better with a little extra salt but thats ok-- I should skip the additional sodium anyway. We heard some good things about the vegan strawberry milkshake so had to try it. The woman at the register asked us if we wanted whip cream on it. Guess what, they have vegan whip cream, what a treat! The food was really good but what also made our visit special was the woman who took our order and brought our food out to the table-- she was so nice and attentive! She even checked up on us half way through the meal to make sure everything was ok. The extra effort she made really made our dining experience special. This place can get a bit pricey for a burger joint but I came home feeling good-- didn't have the sluggish gross feeling I get when I eat the cheap fast food greasy burger so that speaks to their quality. We'll definitely be back here again when we're in the area especially with their amazing customer service! read more

Really disappointed with our visit here tonight. We came in at 8 pm, ordered two vegan milkshakes, strawberry and vanilla, and they were gross. The woman at the register was rude when I called to check if they had the stuff to make the vegan shakes, rude when we ordered, and rude when we asked for a refund. The shakes are about $10 each, twice the price of regulars, so I expected them to be pretty good. When we went back in to ask for a refund and gave our reason, the woman said, "That's the vegan", as if that's an excuse for poor quality food, drinks, and attitude. Open til 2 AM, but the employees on shift at 1:45 AM tell me they stop taking orders at 1:40 AM so they can "clean up". When I told them they clean up after closing, one employee starts questioning me about wearing a mask. Never again boss. read more

Ordered 3 shakes last night and they were absolutely BOMB.COM!! I also got the large king burger and the bread was a little dry but still good! And Mia was MOVING with the shakes. she was quick, hard working and handling a bunch of other customers and very attractive ;) she had a great personality and chill vibes! Alright, so I haven't been to a Fat Burger in 15 years due to there not being one near my home. It has always stayed with me how delicious there double cheese burger with egg and cheese was. I can't for the life of me remember their fries or their shakes but by-golly that burgers taste was seared into my taste buds forever! This location opened up about two years ago and with all the COVID craziness I just haven't made the time to go. So today I stopped by and ordered the XXL with egg and cheese, a large root beer and their thin fries (they have thick cut fries as well) to go. While waiting the 8 minutes it took to prepare, I noticed their wall which consisted off display board titled XXXL Challenge and pictures of people holding certificates congratulating them on completing the XXXL Challenge. I engaged the associate about their XXXL Challenge, which as one would assume it is an eating challenge for their burger consisting of three patties. You get your picture on the wall for just completing the burger and if I understood correctly, a free XXXL if you beat the record time of 3:09. Now, I've eaten many-a-burger in my days and I found myself over joyed at the thought of easily I had triumphed over all burgers that had come before and couldn't recall a single mega burger that I ever found myself not able to eat. Dave's triple from Wendy's.....easy! Four-by-four from in n' out.....easy! Any mega burger I've ever concocted at home that put all those other burgers to shame....easy! The only question was could I eat it in three minutes and nine seconds? As I pondered this, my order was ready and the very kind associate ensured I received my food along with ketchup and napkins. I grabbed my bag and beverage and left. When I got to my destination, I sat down, removed the warm fries, and ate some. These were delicious. Similar in size to McDonald's fries. I then removed the burger covered in two layers of paper. As I removed the outer layer of paper it exposed a well built burger loaded with meat, cheese, lettuce and friends. I paid no mind to the fact I needed to separate my jaw to open my mouth wide enough to take a bite. As I worked my way through the burger I quickly realized I had GREATLY underestimated the size of this burger. As I hit the half way mark I found myself slowing, but I pressed forward because this burger had really nice flavors. By the time it was all said and done, I..............the end! ;-) Just kidding, I finished it but it took a solid 15 minutes. For just under $20, the XXL meal was worth it. No way in the world will I try to complete the XXXL Challenge! read more

Been here 4 times. 2 times the food was perfect and exactly what I expected. Other 2 times not so much. Burgers were soggy, fries were soggy, and the food was just not worth the money. The one thing I did notice was I happened to come on different shifts with different managers/supervisors and had completely different experiences with both. I'm assuming one runs a tighter ship than the other so I am going to only come when that particular manager is there. Kind of disappointing that I can't just go and expect consistent food every time especially for their prices. read more

Love, love, love my Fatburger!!!! So I do the skinny burger, fat fries and I am never disappointed! Love the Corona location. It's people are just so friendly and welcoming. Most fast food places takes like manufactured food. Fat burger is the ultimate exception. Excellent food, service, and very fair prices. read more

This is our 3rd time to this location. The cashier was rude...didn't smile..talks super low so you can't hear her. The portions are horrible. The fries had maybe like 5 fries in each little bag and my onion rings...well the photo is what I got. You don't get what you pay for that's for sure. Too expensive for what it is. Forced to leave a negative review to bring attention to lack of process or quality control while reconciliation of an order selections/customization while ordering online from checklist options to add the condiments and side. It's been happening very regularly and next time I would be forced to open the box and check if I am receiving the order as selected. For the latest order placed today ordering online and directly from the website to go, I was charged for the onion rings and cheese but never received it. Leaving a review in frustration after I was unable to call the store directly. My apologies as don't leave reviews. Please kindly ensure to check each order customization before handling over. I believe it's rare but it has happened to me multiple times since the store has opened and couple of times in the last few months while ordering online. How about a stare down from the girl at the register instead, because we weren't ready to order 4 seconds after walking through the door? How about the beady eyed troll in the kitchen who kept shooting daggers at us but was still able to somehow hear our order over his blaring meringue music? ( am I in T.J. searching for a $3 plaster Donald Duck or the crapper on the job site at 7:30 searching for a $3 plaster Donald Duck?) good thing too, cuz he had onion rings to burn, but only on one side? How do you even do that in a deep fryer? I'll cut it short, kinda like they did with this establishment. Remember, we walked in at 10:00 and this was all in about a 14 minute timespan...I'll bet the owner wouldn't be too happy to see these two chuckleheads closing shop 20 minutes early & undoubtedly still getting their full minimum wage + all the unburned rings they can stomach...See Mr. or Miss. or Mrs. Fatburger owner, these times are critical and so should be your choice in hired help. I'm not proud with giving only 4 stars, but I have some reviews. Let's start with the food: So I sent my daughter in to get me a turkey burger. I wanted to give it another try. And not only did it take over 10 minutes to be made, but the bread was..dry. Now for the customer service: The last few times I've come to Fatburger I ALWAYS see Mia! She's always happy, greets me with a smile even under the mask, and remembers me and my order lol! She's amazing! I told my daughter to make sure Mia takes her order. I guess she was busy. She said a different girl, I think her name was mickenna?? Anyways my daughter said she was very dry with her. She said she noticed she kept talking on her watch. I'm not sure what this new technology means lol. She also mentioned that she kept leaving my poor girl Mia all alone up there :( But she mentioned that Mia took care of her when she realized our turkey burger was taking over 10 minutes to be made. So disappointing! Wasted $28 on 2 x large burgers, fat fries and onion rings. The burgers had no taste and the buns were super dry. They have just opened!!! fat fries for $3.29. There was 7 in the portion ... I actually wasted 3 seconds of my life counting. The best was the onion rings although they were super skinny. Would of been much better thicker/chunkier.
