I've been to this location a few times being inside Santa Fe, the food is good, kind of pricy like everything else these days but the food is cooked to order. I've had burgers a few times, tonight I decided to try a grilled chicken sandwich. They use a real chicken breasts that they butterfly and cook to perfection. The lady here who cooks is friendly and does and amazing job. The lady who takes the orders is kind of short and almost rude and if you don't check your order she forgets things. Tonight a guy in front of me ordered his food then went to play a little. His food was ready before he came back and it was put under a lamp to keep it warm. When he came back, she forgot who he was and when he asked about his food she told it's not ready and to wait. I pointed out to him that his food was sitting there and when he told her that he was Jeff and his food was there she got annoyed. She was in the process of making my shake that she forgot about when she gave me my order. He asked for extra ketchup and some ranch and the look on her face was a look of disgust. On Mothers Day I came to Fatburger to get a meal. The cashier I think his name was Troy he was a very nice and respectful gentleman that was very patient with me ordering even though it was extremely busy. The woman on the grill older Caucasian was seriously in a very bad mood yelling and cursing maybe because it was busy but there is a time and place for all that. The cashier was holding his composure very well for how busy it was. The woman really needs to be retrained and learn to respect others especially the people she works with. I didn't even want my food because the woman that was cooking was so mad I know my food was not made with love and it would taste like shit. I took my order and just discarded it and went to Capriottis. I will not return if that woman is there working. She is terrible and made me feel some type of way. read more

The food here is more like 4 stars but sooo not worth the price they charge. I got a half pound burger and fries, the wife had a babyfat, which was incredibly small, and an order of onion rings. 2 drinks and the total was 45 bucks! They have very good lemonade. The burgers were fresh made and very good. We had them the way the store recommends and they were good. We got the smallest burgers available. Our 3 year old got the kids burger. The food was all very good. Their gluten free bun was literally THE BEST I've ever had!!! My husband said my GF bun was perhaps better than his regular bun. Very efficient. We had a large order as did others and it wasn't a long wait plus the order was perfectly executed with all the separate differences requested in each burger. Very happy. Also the location is close to the east garage so you don't have to walkthrough the whole casino to get a burger. My sister & her family like the turkey burgers and my husband liked his chili burger. They put mustard, relish & pickles on every burger so if you don't like vinegar be sure to remember all three. They have fat fries & skinny fries. My only complaint is that you have to add cheese which isn't cheap in fact fatburger is kinda expensive for burgers & fries. read more
