Also the location is close to the east garage so you don't have to walkthrough the whole casino to get a burger. My sister & her family like the turkey burgers and my husband liked his chili burger. They put mustard, relish & pickles on every burger so if you don't like vinegar be sure to remember all three. They have fat fries & skinny fries. I'm tossed between consumer common sense and hunger. On one hand they have decent food. But I just don't believe they are worth the price. However, they are open late and sometimes that's worth the prices they charge. Tonight, I ordered just a large drink and a chocolate shake at a whopping cost of $13. And I will be honest Nielsens had just closed and so I was committed. The shake has to be the highest profit item next to a drink, because $8 dollars for chocolate syrup and soft serve is about $3 inflated. But again they have decent food, I just don't think they should be so inflated. I don't want to discourage anyone from eating here, just know you have other options. read more

Dang, where is the crackhead ghetto speaking midget counter guy as was described in another review? Then I take a taste of the crispy, greasy, sweet onion rings. Its was a 3.5 burger but 4.5 onion rings this time. Both were just cooked and just fine. While people in the casino said words like "Da!! This is the worst fat burger ever. I can't order on Uber Eats because every time I order from them they screw up the order. I literally had a $65 order arrive completely inedible. When I called the store and asked for the manager I was told one would not be in until 5pm. It was 12:30. You do the math. Simple instructions like no mayo or extra patti are beyond the comprehension skills of the underlings and I would hazard to guess the management as well given the constant underperformance. Dear regional manager you might want to get off you duff and look into why this store seems to be run by people who clearly can't do there job? 3.5 STARS On my getaway day from Las Vegas on 7/23, in advance of my red eye flight that evening, I could not resist some more sessions of video poker at Santa Fe Station. To get me back to the machines quickly I opted for a quick lunch at Fatburger, located in the casino's food court. A pleasant young woman with a screeching cartoonish voice took my order. She advised me to sit at one of the food court tables and wait eight minutes for a freshly cooked burger. Eight minutes later I heard her scream........my burger was ready. It was a tasty, fresh burger on a typical burger roll. I could not distinguish it from any other fast food burger, although I do give this franchise credit for making fresh burgers to order. The burger did the job and sated my hunger. I did think it was a little overpriced, however. The most surprising aspect of my visit to Fatburger was the Vanilla Milk Shake I ordered with Whipped Cream. It was outstanding. It was delicious, with a beautiful consistency. I look forward to enjoying it again! Thus.....I've added a half star to my review to praise this remarkable shake. read more

I just had the WORST experience. The lady Stacy who was working on Wednesday night on 9/20. She first lied and told me they closed at 11:30 when I arrived at 11:40. Mind you they were cooking food for a Togo order and had people who just received their food and were eating. Everything from grub hub to their own website said they closed at 2 am. I was even there really late on the Monday prior and they made my food and were so friendly. This lady Stacy was soooo rude. I could here her talking crap to the cool Edwardo and even started to argue with me when I placed a online order. She was cursing at me and even told me I am the reason she had to stay late. I myself work in the restaurant industry and know what it's like to have people come in late. Santa Fe Station Casino has a couple of good food options. My favorites include the Oyster Bar and Charcoal Room. But when I'm behind on my meals and need something quick, sometimes the food court is my only option. I was looking for something that was high in protein and very, very high in fat. Fatburger was the only place that fit these requirements. I got their XXL Burger w/cheese. It's only 8 oz., but still big enough to keep me satiated for at least 2 hours. Fatburger doesn't use frozen patties, only the fresh stuff. I skipped the fries and eventually dumped the bun. I got my burger and it was one fried mess. I was surprised that it was actually pretty good. The burger satisfied my gut and gave me the nutrients that I was looking for. The service was better than average. The cashier did a great job taking my money, handing me my change, and giving me a receipt. By the way, the meal is free if they fail to give you a receipt.
