The food was a little less than mediocre. I'm surprised to see the food truck has a 4.8 rating with how the food tasted. The jalapeño popper soup tasted nothing like what I thought it would. It was bitter and sour. The outer taco shell was made of egg and cheese which was ok, the meats were definitely lacking flavor. The two people working were nice, and food was done super quick. There were a handful of us that ate from here and not one of us really cared much for what we got. My rating is based solely off of the food, not only based off of what I thought, but what my friends thought of their food as well.

WOW!! I was looking for a gluten free sandwich and was absolutely blown away. The owner John is such a kind and welcoming person. I was able to share celiac stories and chat about the business. He even brought me a delicious peanut butter chocolate dessert (somehow was sugar free??) while I waited. I was shocked at the generous portion sizes and how delicious the food was. For the soup I tried the half chili half jalapeño popper and it was incredible! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Yessssss I love them I hunt them down every time I visit Oregon. I always get the chicken Asiago sandwich and their chili it's a must for me but their salad is really food everything is homemade and keto .I have a healthy, guilt-free lunch. Plus they love to hook it up last time they gave me a homemade sugar-free peanut butter bar. Absolutely great people, please give them a try if you get the chance.

The Janice, Texas Chili, and's Chicken Asiago sandwich. Not pictured, but just as tasty: Jalapeño Popper Soup.

When we found out Fatso's was coming to Portland, we couldn't find them fast enough! They are so kind and you can tell they truly care about their customers and their craft. Every bite of food was delicious. Hands down the BEST keto sandwiches I've ever had, on a perfectly prepared chaffle. We will keep our eyes open for the next pop-up -- you couldn't keep us away!

    The best food truck around!!!

FAVORITE food truck ever!! The service is amazing!! Friday I drove from Shady Cove to Phoenix just to have lunch!! Had my niece with me. They were amazing to her. As she got a side she didn't like. They let her switch it out and made her feel special!!

Everything was very tasty. The owners are really sweet & gave my kids and I some samples of their soups & desserts. I'll be back for more.

Fatsos Cheketos drove out to Ashland to serve food at the Jazz in the Park at lithia. They provided a small menu with three meals to choose from with 3 different possible sides, and 2 salads. The simplicity made it an easy choice while still providing a variety of options. The hamburger had a large patty, lettuce, tomato, Mayo and mustard on a "Chaffle" (cheese and egg waffle) in order to stick with their keto theme. The bun provided a unique take on a classic while also tasting like a genuine nostalgic burger. The chaffle was light and fluffy and I may have preferred it to a regular waffle. The side I chose was chili, which comes in a very small container, however given how large the burger is, it was appropriate. The chili was mildly spicy and had great flavor (more on the saucy side of chili).

WOW!!! I've seen the Fatso's food truck around town but never had a chance to try them out until today. Holy guacamole...the food was out of this world and service was outstanding!!

Cheeseburger with a side of 3 meat chili.

I wish I could leave 10 stars. I don't leave a lot of reviews but Fatsos deserves it. I've been on the carnivore diet for over a month now and was switching to ketovore. Fatsos showed up to my dealership last Thursday and I was stoked there was a food truck I could eat out at. The food is amazing, it is clean and extremely fresh. The owner is an amazing chef, and you can tell he puts his heart and soul into his cooking. He has a true passion for the art. I brought over a couple co workers that are not even on keto and they loved the food as well. Ontop of the food being amazing, the customer service is outstanding. They are incredibly nice and wholesome people, the best customer service I have had out of a food truck hands down! They even offer samples if you have a question about an item, they don't just try to explain it to you. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

It had a panko crust which sometimes I prefer to batter. They were a little bit salty for my taste but ever since I got COVID lots of things have tasted salty so take that with a grain of salt I'm not a tartar sauce guy but this is some great sauce. I feel like later I got a piece of tarragon(?) out of my teeth and reminded me of the herby yummy sauce. I scoffed at first at the chips. Very non uniformly cut but surprisingly all well cooked. I don't know if it's they type of potato but the skin was really off putting. But solid toothsome chips that a splash of vinegar helps a lot. If I end up in a similar position again I'll definitely consider coming back.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!
