There was no proper explanation, no apology, and no effort to honor what I was originally told. The staff gave conflicting information, which caused confusion and frustration. For such an expensive place, the customer service was very poor. Communication between employees is inconsistent, and customers end up paying the price for that confusion. I felt misled and not treated fairly. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

While the original interaction should never have happened, I was impressed by the level of accountability, kindness, and follow-through shown afterward. They treated both me and my friend with respect throughout the process and worked to repair what had become a very disappointing experience. I still stand by my original review of the incident itself, but I also believe good businesses should receive credit when they handle criticism with professionalism and integrity. Ben and Hallie did exactly that.
