As much as I like the food here, I can't recommend this place to anyone. The food is your typical Alberto's/Robertos style quick mexican food but, this particular location can't get an order correct. They constantly forget ingredients, add things that I've asked be left out, and never have a good response as to why they couldn't get it right. The worst example of this seems to always occur on the rare occasions I place an order through Uber Eats. The person delivering the food didn't make a mistake, the order is clearly shown on the receipt but this location still finds a way to forget something in the order or add the wrong ingredients. Making a trip back to the location for something that was delivered was the last straw. They've done that too many times and I'll never go back. read more

I think Fausto's is delicious and you can't beat the prices!! My favorites are the California burrito & their Carne Asada plates. Everything I've tried has been very good & they are quick too!! You can try to phone them up for a take out order, but your order is unlikely to be understood on the other end of the line, and when you show up to grab your goods you might have a little surprise waiting for you. I've been to this location a few times and it's never very impressive, but the food comes quickly and it isn't over priced. I went in last night and ordered a bean & cheese burrito with rice (I know, super plain). I saved half of it for lunch today. A couple bites in, I bit into something extremely hard. Of course I had to spit my food out and upon further inspection, I found a rock in my food. It's more like a pebble size... but regardless. Faustos is perfect if you're looking for comfort Mexican food. Often greasy and loaded with cheese and fried in oil, this place isn't for those on a diet. That being said, Faustos is a favorite among the locals and is always busy because their food comes at a great price and is always consistently yummy! They get four stars because of their cleanliness, courtesy, and consistency. Im sure there are other great options to be had, but you'd have to know where to look. In my case, it's a quick drive for a quick fix. Food was good while we ise to go.however we had our toddler with us and of course he decided to spill a cup of soda on the table. My wife grabbed some napkins in an effort to clean up the mess with out further embarrassment. This all happened while I was standing in line to make a second order. The women at the counter turns and says don't worry about it we will get a rag and clean it up. Then turns back to the customer in front of her and says that she's stupid for cleaning up the mess with napkins as im.standing right behind that customer. I call her out as I came up to the front of the line and told her she shouldn't speak about her customers that way especially to other customers and ask for an apology. She replied back with she should use napkins to clean up a mess rather then apologize to my wife... won't be going back very sad that customer service is disappearing. I'm currently staying in Henderson for job training for a few months. Visiting from Southern California, there are tons of Mexican joints all over the place; so I've had good and bad. Finding out this place was only 5 minutes from where I was staying has been a great find. I've been here three times so far. The first time: As soon as I walked in on a Sunday night around 10 pm, I was surprised to see a lot of people here. I ordered the Super Nachos with Carne Asada. The chips were fresh and crisp, the meat tasted very good and off the grill; plenty of REAL shredded cheese to go around, too. (If the cheese comes in a can, they are not real nachos). It's a good deal as you get a ton of of food for what you pay for. The second time, I wanted to stay simple and ordered a Bean and Cheese Burrito. Beans were definitely made from scratch, could have used a little more salt, but creamy and fresh and plenty of cheese in the burrito. Typically, if a Mexican restaurant screws up a Bean and Cheese a burrito, then you know its bad. Fortunately, it was great and well worth it. The last time I came here, I ordered the Taquitos (rolled tacos). Crunch tortilla good amount of meat. My complaint comes from the guacamole, though; a little too much lime for my taste. Overall, a great place for a quick Mexican Food fix. I will continue to be a customer so long as I am in Henderson. read more

Faustos is usually my favorite place and amazing food nice workers. But for some reason today the lady working register was super rude . I went to go order my food and forgot to say combo so when I was ordering my burrito I told her no beans double rice and she looked at me and laughed and said are you serious you're supposed to tell me combo now I have to restart you should know this it was just being completely rude about it and just gave me a stank face and just a bad experience on my part I'm only giving this to stars because the food was good she could have just restarted and put combo without saying anything and being rude about it. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The taste of the food is good, but the highly rude staff ruins it. The girl that works at the front, Rocio was her name, was so incredibly rude. She was mad that my husband and I were there at 11:40 because they close at midnight. She even hit my legs with her mop, twice. We told her we were taking it to go and she said "WELL YEA YOU ARE!" I have never been treated this way as a customer in my life. She yelled and argued with me about the fact that we were there so close to closing. It was 20 minutes before they closed!! I will NEVER be eating there again, when employees are that rude to their customers they don't deserve any business at all from anyone!
