The staff at the cashier and the table server is very friendly, welcoming and courteous. The bathroom was clean The food tasted great. The area wasn't noisy. Plenty of parking. When all the other fast food was looking busy, this restaurant wasn't. Can't wait to try the pasta.

blonde with pink tint hair on breadstick bag??

there was a hair on my breadstick bag. Absolutely disgusting, and the bread was dry with no flavor. the service was also terrible for only getting bread. alfredo was yellow and had a film over the top of it. i am scared to eat at this establishment the girl at the front counter was not very good at communication.

I love their food! I ordered some special food called mazzerela balls. I asked for a side of awesome and I really got it. this experience has been one of my best yet. One heck of a food joint. My buddy keeps burping and it adds to the nature of the restaurant. Truly awesome sauce.

So last night I went with a group of friends to Fazoli's and I'm sorry to say it was pretty terrible. When you first walk in you order your food, they give you a number and then you go sit down. The order came out pretty quickly, but it was missing half of what we ordered. Thankfully they had my order correct (premium chicken fettuccine), but since 3 other people didn't get their orders yet I didn't feel right digging into my meal while they were still waiting. So, I waited with then for their orders to get to the table. Unfortunately, this took a little bit and my was super cold by the time I started eating it. As far as taste goes, my meal was pretty bland and after asking the others if they liked their's, they stated the same. The first batch of bread sticks they gave us weren't very tasty either, but the second batch they gave us was actually really good. (This is why u gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star).

No butter, no garlic seasoning, no taste! 3rd time in 2-3 months.

This place has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The last 3 times I've been there it's the same thing. Pasta has sauce that's watered down because the workers don't strain the noodles, the bread sticks are plain with no seasoning or butter on them. It's terrible and a waste of money. Fire these lazy people and hire people that care. If they can't sprinkle garlic salt on a breadstick how are they doing cleaning the restaurant and prepping the food? Not going back until I receive word that this has been fixed. Come on Fazoli's try to be like Chick-Fila!

I don't usually review chains but based on the other reviews of this location, I feel this Fazolis needs a more current review. By the looks of it, this location has been recently remodeled. The tables and chairs are newer, the entire restaurant was clean, well stocked and organized. The food was actually pretty darn good for fast food. Our entrees were served on real plates not disposable. So they are definitely thinking about the environment. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Staff was friendly and accommodating to customers requests. I happen to really love Fazolils breadsticks. And this particular evening they were hot, garlicky and fresh from the oven. To me, the other food is just ok in general but my kids love Fazolis. So we were happy to find this location as the one closest to my house has now closed. If you're in the Arnold area, I would definitely give this Fazolis a try.

Every one of them the food has dropped in quality, quantity and consistency while prices skyrocket up. Some of the restaurants are better than others but still nothing like what it use to be. Servers and bartenders are still good for the most part. Couple weeks ago we tried Frankie G's Imperial one more time and we were there with friends that have also been going for years, we both agreed it would be our last time unless you guys change your ways. One of the other main issue is management. Same visit our friend informed one of the workers that the woman's restroom was disgusting. Male manager shortly after peeked his head into the men's restroom and yelled is it dirty or disgusting in here? He stated he didn't think it was and actually was asking customers if it was because someone complained. It wasn't horrible in the mens, but it wasn't really clean either. Dude just clean your restrooms. Didn't even realize it was the woman's restroom in question and didn't see him address it. Our same friends were there couple weeks earlier and it wasn't really busy since it was early. They hadn't received their food in over an hour while others that came in after, got their food. My buddy asked the woman manager what was going on and she snapped at him saying the kitchen was really busy and they would get their food when its ready? They finally got their food and wasn't that great as well as the manager was mean mugging my buddy the entire time. It got so bad he actually was mean mugging back. No apologies or recognition of the problem, only an attitude and mean mugging a customer. Unbelievable, my buddy is an easy going very nice guy and got a chuckle out doing the same thing to her. But if she would have done that crap to me I would've went up to her and demanded she call her boss. Completely unacceptable behavior. I've owned and managed a successful buisness for 30 years, would never think of doing anything like this and would never allow any of my employees to act like this without being reprimanded and or fired. Apparently management is so arrogant and blind to see problems at hand and or just don't care. Its not the customers fault you suck now. Get your crap together and get back to old school basics like you use to do. Such a shame and hope the owners start to realize this and make the needed changes.

The restaurant was cleaner inside and it was busy but not overall packed. Our waitress checked in on us frequently to keep our drinks full! I got the shrimp speidini and white pasta. Our waitress, Hazel, was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food was good. By the time we finished eating, the restaurant was packed, which wasn't surprising considering the good food and service. Overall, we had an excellent Father's Day meal.

Unfortunately, we had one of the most cringiest and fairly insulting experiences from who I'm assuming was the manager. My wife ordered the Cavatelli, she tried a bite of it and said all she could taste was garlic. I smelled it and was put off by the smell alone but also tried it. The dish tasted like they added garlic powder and never cooked it into the sauce to blend and mellow it out. We spoke to the waitress who was nice and offered to get us something else but we had instead just shared my Italian Beef which was quite good. She then was dragged out by the manager holding the food we'd already said we did not want, and the manager then questioned us as to us not wanting the dish like we were idiots. This poor waitress had to sit there holding the dish while Mr. Manager tried to explain to us that we're essentially wrong. Hey Mr. Manager, I worked in fine dining in Boston for 8 years and trained under an executive chef. I know food, and this dish was bad. Please work on your customer service skills or you may end up with no customers to treat with your blatant disrespect.

What really stood out to me was the service we received! I really appreciated not being rushed through our meal. The fact that they actually let you order your courses separately so they're not coming out on top of each other was refreshing. And even though it was a Friday night and there were others waiting to get in we weren't rushed to pay our bill but instead invited to take our time. We hadn't seen or heard much about their pizzas, but we were in the mood for one and decided to order the meat pizza. It was made in a brick oven and it was really tasty. Honestly there were so many toppings that we ended up asking for an extra cup of the marinara sauce to dip it in. The sauce is made in house, it was delicious and the waitress said it's the same one that's used with the spaghetti and meatballs. In regard to the pizza size even though they're considered personal pizzas it was definitely bigger than we were anticipating. I would say they're close to 11 to 12 inches in diameter. My husband and I each enjoyed two pieces with our salad and took the other half home with us. They are definitely big enough to share, especially if you're ordering an appetizer or a salad to go with it. Our group very much enjoyed the artichoke spinach dip. It came with bread that had been cooked in their brick oven and I love that the spinach was in bigger pieces. My husband, and I also shared the harvest salad which had butternut squash on it, candied pecans & goat cheese. It was really yummy. Others in our group enjoyed the salmon and the crispy chicken sandwich. I had recently seen on a local Jefferson County page that many people consider Twisted Tavern the best place for a good piece of cake specifically, their wedding cake . Truth is that was the primary reason why I suggested this restaurant to meet our friends at but sadly by the time we finished our meal and were ready to order dessert they had already sold out. We were told this does not usually happen. Overall, we found tasty fresh food made in house, great service and fair prices. I am already planning another visit to the Twisted Tavern (so I can try their wedding cake! ).

We called ahead before to ask if they can sit 7 people and 2 kids if we needed a reservation. We were told no and to come on in. We were less than 10 mins away but wanted to call ahead to make sure just incase we needed to go to another restaurant. we were told no and to come on in they will get us right in. From the moment we walked in around 6:20-6:30 pm , the experience was terrible. We did not receive our food until after 7:45 PM. On top of that, a takeout order was placed at the same time as our original order, but it was not brought out until more than 30 -40 minutes after we had already paid the check. We paid our bill around 8:05 PM and were repeatedly told the takeout food was "being boxed up," yet we did not actually receive it until after 8:40 PM. What made the situation even worse was the attitude from the staff. When my father pointed out that we had been there for over 2 hours waiting on food, the server actually chuckled at him instead of addressing the issue professionally. After speaking with the owner, Mike, he stated, "I will back up my employees," claimed we were incorrect, and said that as a chef, he personally trained his staff. Even after explaining how unacceptable the service was -- including the excessive wait times and cold food -- he continued to dismiss our concerns. When asked what could be done to make the situation right, we explained that after such poor service, cold food, and extremely long wait times, some type of refund would be appropriate considering we spent over $200 plus tip. His solution was to offer a free fettuccine. At that point, it was no longer about compensation, a refund, or a free meal -- it was about the complete disrespect my family received both during our visit last night and in the way we were treated by the owner afterward. His response was essentially, "You got your food, didn't you?" He also claimed this was the first complaint he had received since December. To add the restaurant was not busy once they set up our table. Overall, the experience was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will absolutely be warning others about how poorly my family was treated.
