After several visits, finally found bar seating. Started with dirty martinis and HH calamari & shrimp. Our bartender, Ricky was awesome and attentive. Dinner consisted of prime rib and 10 oz filet steak. The steak was cooked to order (medium rare) and prime rib was tender and tasty. Nice sized side of baked potato and perfect yet simple salad.

Great men are not born great, they grow great. And a great way to grow your man is by feeding him at this unassuming Italian Steakhouse attached to a Hilton Garden Inn. I placed my order as such: I would like the Johnny's Stuffed Meatloaf with a house side salad. If the salad comes on top, I will send it back... What they served was two very tender meatloaf medallions stuffed with ricotta cheese, covered in a Cabernet demi glace, mushrooms and mashed potatoes. I never order meatloaf in a restaurant, and it's because I've yet to find anyone who has taken it as seriously as Johnny's. The water seemed filtered, and our server, Angel, was top notch, even though he seemed puzzled by gabagool. Yet, when he presented us with the dessert board, we couldn't refuse. The desserts we ordered were super rich. I do recommend the raspberry white chocolate cake, however, the Bananas Foster Cheesecake was a little too dense... maybe the bananas Foster and the cheesecake shouldn't have been fooling around

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Walking into this restaurant felt very calming. After a long day of travel, the music, low lighting, and decor put us into a relaxed state right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered from their Happy Hour menu and were not disappointed. The quality of the food was unexpected in a really good way. Any restaurant attached to a hotel typically has mediocre food and cocktails. Not the case here. The Bang Bang Shrimp and Bang Bang Calamari were well seasoned and crispy. The steak skewer was tender and paired with a delicious sauce. Each appetizer was reasonably priced at $8.00. My only wish is that the skewer was a bit more substantial! So good. Classic mules, 20 oz draft beers, and house wines are $5.00. Their Happy Hour runs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Would like to try a steak from their standard menu. A gentleman next to us at the bar had the filet, and it looked delicious. *A note for hotel guests (we found out as we were checking out), show your hotel key to the server, and you'll get !0% off the bill.

I really wanted to love Johnny's Steak House, but overall it was just okay. Our server, Ricky, was great friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food itself was pretty average. The steaks were fine but nothing to write home about, and the sides felt a bit uninspired. To be fair, you can't expect too much from a hotel steakhouse, but for the price, I was hoping for something a little more memorable. If you're staying nearby and want a convenient meal with good service, it does the job. Just don't go in expecting an exceptional steakhouse experience.

I was taking my mom out for lunch for a pre-mother's day celebration and heard of this steakhouse so we thought we would give it a try. Its located adjacent to the Hilton Hotel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is clean and classically decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We we went it was quiet, only a few tables filled and a small lively group at the bar.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My mom ordered the 6oz Chubby Cut Top Sirloin Steak. But was actually charged the price of the 9oz. It came with bread that was warm and fluffy, a salad and she chose mash potatoes. She was happy with her dish. I ordered the Johnny's steak house burger with french fries. It was a large burger on a brioche bun with bacon, shoe-string onions, steak sauce, lettuce and tomato. It was a classic burger, cooked well with a plethora of fries. I had no complaints. We decided to splurge and have dessert. My mom had the Creme Brulee, which was creamy and the perfect crusted top that tasted like the campfire marshmallows. I ordered the Limoncello cake and was disappointed. It was bitter tasting from the limoncello, over cooked, dark in color on top and bottom making it dry and dense, to the point I couldn't eat more than a bit. The service was fine. Not much to say there. The server was polite but then again over charged us on the steak that contradicted the menu. Overall it was an okay, but I expected more from a place advertised as a steakhouse.

We went here randomly one night for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how incredibly good everything we ordered was! On top of the great food, the service was top notch which you just don't really see anymore nowadays. We went to a very high end steak house downtown about a week later, and we kept comparing the sides and steaks we ordered there to LongHorn and we both decided that LongHorn beat the high end steakhouse in taste, price and service (what I kept coming back to was the French Onion soup-- LH soup is quite literally life changing and didn't come close to the high-end steak houses soup). Our server accidentally put in my husbands order incorrectly (which we honestly didn't even realize) and the manager came over and offered to remake the item and take it off the bill right away (both of which we declined because we were so impressed they caught the mistake and were willing to rectify it immediately). We will be ditching the high-end steak houses in Denver and will be coming here for our date nights from now on!

I said "Oh, I was kinda expecting to be seated together." as it was Father's Day Weekend. The host said "We can't do that as it's a fire & tripping hazard. We do have a table that sits 10 but that table is being used if you want to wait an hour for them to be done." ANOTHER HOUR from already waiting 40 MINUTES. NO THANKS! When we called ahead of time, the hosts didn't even mention that they can't put tables together!!! They could've mentioned that on the phone but they didn't so they made us WASTE OUR TIME!!! The manager came and we explained what had happened. She stated "The hosts should've told you that we can't put tables together." I said "They didn't mention that at all." to then the manager said "Oh shoot. I'm sorry. I will coach them better." So a big F U to Longhorn for making us WASTE OUR TIME!!!!

Marta took cared of us and did a splendid job. We really appreciated her recommendations and looked to her for advice on the dessert menu as it was extensive. The steak was cooked to perfection with just right amount of seasoning. I didn't need any additional sauce but I heard the blue cheese crust and the bone marrow butter were both amazing, really added to their steaks. Most of us ordered the 10oz Wagyu New York. One of my favorite sides was the truffle frites that looked more like potato cubes, fried to perfection, so crispy and tasty. We also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini, also very good. The mood lighting is definitely adding to the upscale-ness of the restaurant, we were seated next to a cozy fireplace. Forgot to mention, we really loved the fried alligator and the beef Wellington bites as appetizers. The escargot was delicious but the snails were small without shells. Love that they added a small piece of pie crust or phyllo dough on top of the escargot to pick up the herb butter. The only thing, if I must complain, was the water. It reminded me a little bit like the swimming pool water, maybe it's PH balanced and my peasant palate was not used to it but our whole crew picked it up. The water at another fancy steak place was similar experience, so not sure if it was a steakhouse theme or just driving ppl to order other beverages... either way, it wasn't bad enough to take away a star, but be forewarned on the bleach-y water. The house made cheesecake, the crème brûlée, the biscoff mouse were all super tasty! Want to come back to check out their most ordered lava cake. Cheesecake "took the cake" for me, dense, creamy and fluffy at the same time... I know, contradictory descriptions but you have to try it to understand it. Thanks Hideaway for our bday celebration experience, definitely worth a visit if you haven't been! We will be back!!

Upon entering the restaurant it smelled of seafood which I thought was interesting. I would expect this from a place like Ocean Prime but not a steak heavy place. We walked through the booths which looked really nice but were sat in a different room towards the back. We ordered a bottle of wine and the mini beef Wellingtons to start. The meat was very tender. We split the 20oz ribeye steak and had the garlic whipped mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. We had ordered the steak medium well but I feel that it was well done when we got it. The sides we ordered were great! We did order the truffle butter to go along with the steak (additional $7) which was ok. The steak itself was ok. It wasn't anything to bash about. We ordered the Nutella triangles for dessert and it was too sweet for me, very odd for me to say since I have a huge sweet tooth! Our waiter checked on us a couple of times. It wasn't that busy but it seemed that service was a bit slow. As far as pricing, I do think it's overpriced for what it is. There are 5 other steakhouses that I think have better quality and are not as expensive as here.
