I just went for a massage this weekend. The service was amazing from when I walked in the door! I was greeted at the front desk (the young lady) was very friendly and checked me into my appointment right away. My massage therapist Kathy was very nice and asked me about my target areas and gave a gentle massage which helped me relax and feel amazing after. I am just furious. My husband bought me gift cards for the holidays and I have been a client for many years at Feel Well - though not too much during the pandemic. I had an appointment this morning but was throwing up all night. I left a VM cancelling the appointment and received a call back that there is a 24 hour cancellation fee - for the full amount of the service. I asked if they wanted me to bring a stomach virus into their "spa" and I was told that the therapist was there so I had to pay for the full service - not even a partial payment - a full payment. What if I tested positive for Covid this morning? Would they still want me to come in. That would not make anyone Feel Well, right? I will use the remaining gift cards and then NEVER go back again. read more

I have been to Feel Well numerous times. Today I went fo a massage and I am feeling anything BUT relaxed. On arrival I was asked by my massage therapist if I was "double vaccinated" First off that goes against Hipaa Law. Then when I said No she put up her mask, even though I was wearing a mask. Made me VERY uncomfortable. Then she preceeds to talk about the vaccination and how it wont affect your DNA or fertility etc.... This is a BRAND NEW vaccination, NO ONE knows the long term effects, there are ZERO studies, so how DARE you spread misinformation becauses you feel virtuous for getting an experimental vaccine and trying to shame others! I will take my business and my money elsewhere going forward. MY body My choice! read more

I was not completely satisfied with my massage as the style of massage was not my preference. I prefer more of a kneading type massage and this was more of a rubbing. Otherwise I have enjoyed many of my massages at Feel Well. read more

I really would love to give more than two stars, but the past 3 times I have gone in for a deep tissue massage they have all been absolutely terrible. My fiancé and I both had masseuses that we loved but no longer work there anymore. So every time since, we have been just getting whoever is available on the days we are available. I suffer from chronic migraines, and I explained to my masseuse today which areas I would like to be focused on (neck & shoulders) and she just neglected these areas. It almost seems as if she didn't know what to do and most defiantly did not give me a deep tissue massage. Instead of sitting in my massage enjoying it and feeling better after, I found myself just wishing it was over & leaving still in extreme discomfort. Had a massage there but was rather disappointed with the experience. I had to wait a few minutes for the therapist to get me and I could see they just finished with someone else and came to get me right after. I looked at the time we started it was 6 minutes past the hour which was fine as long as I got my hour massage like I usually do. It was a cold day and the room was not warm. When I usually go for a massage the bed is heated and they put a blanket or towel over the sheet, but I had neither. I thought maybe they didn't have beds that were heated. After a little while I asked for a blanket and the therapist said oh I have to go and get one, and then she turned the heater on the bed. So I long another minute or two with her getting a blanket. The massage was okay but she spent a lot of time pressing on this one spot and just sort of lightly rubbed my back. It was not like the massages I've had in the past and I go fairly regularly. Then she said it was time and I thought it seemed short and I looked at the time and it was only 50 min. I'm not a complainer and she left the room already but I didn't get the full hour and it wasn't a good massage. read more

WOW! Came here because of a gift card, probably Wouldn't have ever known it existed otherwise lol. Super duper uber cute place. It's definitely a house but don't get me wrong It's a spa. They're 100% professional but it has that nice "at home feel" you only know it's a home when you pull up. Once you get inside, you totally forget. The staff was very nice and extra nice and helpful. Joey did my massage and he's a friggin blast. He even helped recommend a vetter massage for me after discussing my concerns and what I was looking for. I ended up not using the gift card because I would rather just save it for another time and I will be back. I feel amazing. I could tell the differencr as he was working on me (he paid freest attention to the many many knots I had in my neck and shoulders but as soon as I got up I almost felt like I had a need body. read more
