WOW! Came here because of a gift card, probably Wouldn't have ever known it existed otherwise lol. Super duper uber cute place. It's definitely a house but don't get me wrong It's a spa. They're 100% professional but it has that nice "at home feel" you only know it's a home when you pull up. Once you get inside, you totally forget. The staff was very nice and extra nice and helpful. Joey did my massage and he's a friggin blast. He even helped recommend a vetter massage for me after discussing my concerns and what I was looking for. I ended up not using the gift card because I would rather just save it for another time and I will be back. I feel amazing. The spa was really cute and clean. Masseuse was great! Major issue was the misrepresentation of what they consider a "60-minute massage". I arrived at the time I was given , filled out paperwork and changed as quickly as I could ...then waited for my masseuse to start. The massage started approx 10-minutes after I arrived at the appt time and then ended 5 minutes before the end of that hour. So essentially I was given a 45-minute massage. When I asked the front desk about what they consider a 60-minute massage to be, I was informed that it is not from the time they start massaging but rather the time you arrive to change and that I should've been told to arrive sooner. I understand that spa's are redefining what a "60-minute massage" is but at least wish they would've been up front and promoted that it includes getting settled in, consultation and then getting prepared to leave. Well, my massage itself was pretty good. But my experience was terrible. My appointment was for 60 min at 2pm. They didn't call me in until 2:09. They finished at exaxtly 3pm. And the man doing the massage literally did not stop talking for the entire 45 min which was supposed to be an hour. I swear it was as if he was trying out his stand up routine... just awful. I thought the service and atmosphere were wonderful. Fantastic for a local easy to get to place. Allison was pleasant and as well as the young lady at the front desk. I came to this spa about a week ago and got microdermabrasion done by Maryanne. The place was very clean and organized and has a very homey feeling. The location is in what seems like a regular home, but inside they have turned it into offices, spa rooms, massage rooms, and a great waiting room that feels like your own living room. My microdermabrasion felt great and I had no reaction or redness or sensitivity after, and I have pretty sensitive skin. Maryanne was so sweet , knowledgable and helpful ! I would definitely recommend her! The reason why I'm giving 4 stars right now rather than 5, is because I want to see if my problem skin becomes better and I continue to go there. Mike was great, I needed someone(or was hoping) that was very familIar with working specific past injuries as I have a nerve impingement since 12/20, I'm hoping visiting mike(or Joe or Maxine) will maybe initiate a healing process for the nerve. Mike and I communicated well and I told him I wish I woulda came to him two months ago instead of going to PT. he's also very informed regarding physiology of muscles, skeletal structure, etc. he told me a few of the same things my chiro and ortho doctors told me, so that was reassuring, I'll be a regular client going forward, hopefully he helps heal me too, and that nerve starts firing again for me read more
