Feel like a QUEEN! Owner and employees are the sweetest people you'll ever meet! Sherry has been my stylist for cuts, color, and blow dries. She's so friendly and does a great job! I told Robin, the owner, I've been allergic to every hairspray I've tried so he had me try the one they sell, by Phyto. I'm seriously NOT allergic to it!! I love it! Since I could use Phyto hairspray, I decided to try Phyto curl cream. I got compliments on my beautiful "curly" hair! Must haves!! Never got a chance to write a review (I'm a college student) but when I got my hair re-balayaged by Vladana, I spent $250 on a balayage that lasted about a week. Also charged me to curl my hair, which I wasn't told about??? Overall overpriced for a balayage that didn't even last, and the sneaky charge for curling my hair (which doesn't happen at other hair salons, by the way) makes it highly unlikely for me to return. read more

I have been a client for approximately 5 years. I first saw Robin in 2015 and surprised he did not laugh me out of his salon.I had a butch cut and red (LUCY Red) hair. Not what I had ever wanted but had been seeing a really bad stylist who kept promising to fix it. First thing that happened is a consultation - I had never had a consultation before from my prior stylist; Robin was totally honest with me. He advised that miracles do not happen and while he could make things right it was not going to happen overnight. When I left the first time my hair was still short but styled in a very pretty manner and the color was beautiful. As time went on I was able to add extensions to get the length I wanted and the color just kept getting better and better. Robin is truly a miracle worker!!!! Aside from being so professional, skilled, knowledgeable, sweet and adorable!! 5 Years later my hair is in the best condition it has ever been in my entire life, the color is so natural and beautiful. Used to be I would go home and my husband would ask me is that the color you wanted??? No more - now he saws your hair looks great. This was an awful experience. My niece scheduled a blowout for her senior photos. The staff wrote it down for the wrong day AND at the wrong time. They tried to be accommodating and called the hairstylist, Hausa, and told my niece to wait. Well, after 15 minutes she never showed up. My niece had to leave so she wasn't late to her photo appointment and needless to say had to do her hair herself. This was terribly disappointing: communication and organization were dismal. They didn't offer my niece anything: no voucher for a free blowout or shampoo, nothing to compensate. Please do not rely on this place for special occasions like parties or weddings--you can simply not count on them. I would feel awful if someone had a huge event and couldn't even get their hair done for it due to the salon's failure. read more

$50 for a simple straight blow dry? Wow. That makes about as much sense as paying $10 for a cup of coffee. Perhaps their other skills are worth it (other prices quoted over the phone seemed about average in comparison to other salons) but I would never pay $50 for someone to blow dry my hair straight. I've had red carpet updo's that included blowdry which were cheaper. Sorry, but my conscious would rather I buy a family in need some dinner with those funds than to blow it away. read more

I have been going to Felix Design Studio for several years and have never been disappointed. I am always greeted with a welcome smile and soothing environment. Whether it's a chic holiday updo, a fabulous masterpiece for my wedding (he did me and all 5 of my BMs!), or an amazing PERM, Antonio always comes through for me. Yes... that's right. I said "PERM." I have long, Asian hair and generally play it safe by limiting myself to color and the occasional cut to just below the shoulders. But I decided to do something different, and once again Antonio's skills proved why I trust him so much. I'm usually a no-hair-fuss kinda girl and although a perm isn't wash 'n go, Antonio followed through by teaching me how take care of the perm with only about 5 minutes a day. And I after all the compliments I receive about my "naturally" curly hair, I think that 5 minutes is completely justified! read more

Not only he gives you a FIVE STAR treatment but he gives an awesom head messages. I love his way of style & he knows exactly what to do if you have certain request. I had gone to another hairdresser sometime last year & she did not give me the right cut at least not the way it was shown on the picture, I had for an example. When I went back to see Antonio... all I can say to him is "I LOVE IT!" not only he fixed my hair to the style of my face but he also add some color into my hair. I sure lucked out when I found Felix Design Studio and Stacey. She not only does my hair, but, my 9 year old daughter's hair, we NEVER leave unhappy.
