Loco Moco - from hawaii. egg over beef patty over rice. topped with gravy

Tastiest and friendliest morning spot run by the kind ladies Fely & Deewi. They made me Loco Moco when I asked on a whim and it was delicious.

The cheeseburger I ordered at Fely's Cafe. It came with an awesome amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato slices and you can see all the grilled onion slices. One of those small local places the locals know about that I am sure glad I found.

    Cheeseburger, huge! Very good

Good French fries and friendly service. Yes the Pepsi was a little flat. The mixture on the machine is probably off.

They make their own vodka and it's quite nice. Do yourself a favor and try any of the Superfly specials with it, they'll surprise you. They do have a food menu, but it's a martini bar first and restaurant second. The food was pretty decent, but the knife work, plating and ratios showed the experience behind the stove. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could order fish tacos even though it wasn't on the menu. I love a good grilled fish taco so I went for it. The fish was perfectly cooked and seasoned well, the green and orange sauces were good if a little too mild, and the tortillas were the right style but not grilled quite enough. Also, there was very little cilantro or onion and almost no cabbage so they weren't as filling as I would have liked. My wife had the Katsu Chicken Salad. It arrived plated like it was deconstructed: the katsu on a bed of lettuce greens with very thick slices of vegetables around around the plate and the dressing on the side. It was odd, clunky and the katsu was under seasoned. The peanut dressing was divine though, my wife said she could have drank that like milk. There are some other dishes I'd like to try and their drinks were fantastic so we'll definitely try them again.

Super disappointing brunch service this morning. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen but the…read morewait time was a little ridiculous for simple breakfast food and considering the place was only about half to two thirds full at the time. It was at least 40 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our food started showing up and, for whatever reason, our French toast kabob appetizer didn't come out until the rest of our mains. The bigger problem was the Irish Filler. Of the two strips of bacon it came with, one was overcooked to the point of being brittle and hard to chew, while the other was way undercooked so the fat had just barely started to render and had that sort of gross gelatinous texture. On top of that, I had to send it back twice because it was missing the gravy and the corned beef; both of which are standard ingredients included in the base recipe. Our server was very apologetic and was quick to return to the kitchen for the missing ingredients. Unfortunately, when the dish was complete I dug in only to find the entire thing lukewarm to the point that the cheese hadn't even melted over the potatoes in the bottom of the bowl. By that point I just wanted something in my stomach so I just sort of picked at it until I was no longer starving, but I didn't even bother with a box for the leftovers. To be fair, the Top o' the Mornin' omelette and the breakfast burrito with sausage were really good; generous portions and cooked well. But I feel like when your brunch menu only consists of like ten items to begin with, you should probably excel at all ten of those items. Hopefully this was just a one-off and not indicative of their usual quality but with a variety of other local places to choose from, I can't say for certain that I'll be trying my luck here again.

Many places were closed, so I searched for nearby options that looked decent. I found a highly-rated restaurant and decided to give it a try. The vibe of the place was lively, and it was filled with a younger peeps. I noticed that several older couples walked in, looked around, and then left immediately. My partner and I, being the oldest people there, decided to stay--and we were glad we did! We were impressed with the food and drinks. The Mini Gyros were a standout dish; the tender lamb and beef were packed with flavor, complemented by tomato, cucumber, feta, and creamy tzatziki. The Chicken Strips were also delicious, especially with the crinkle fries. We enjoyed our drinks as well--a classic Old Fashioned and a Margarita. It was amusing that the background music was from our generation, which brought back fond memories of our youth. We had fun watching music videos from the 1990s to the early 2000s, especially since most of the customers were in their 20s. Even though a younger peeps surrounded us, we enjoyed our time out without our kids.
